Long story short, just say no!After our counters were put in we found a mistake (which they knew about, but just hoped we wouldnt say anything) and reported it to them the next day. They told us they would fix it, but never did. After months of calling, stopping in to the store in person, and having them no-show to appointments we are still stuck with an unfinished product.They will lie directly to your face without blinking an eye. We just want to save other people from going through the same nightmare we did.

This company is now Granite City Counter Tops and they have not improved one bit from their previous location/name! They delayed the install of my counters three times and when they did install them came to my house with NO TOOLS! They did a horrible job on the cutting and the seams are not professional and use a lot or epoxy. They had to take a piece back because it was installed UNFINISHED and tried to hold it hostage and force me to pay them the remaining balance before they would complete the job. They did not cut the counters to the correct dimensions and had to put part of the end inside of my wall to make it fit. The island was not cut to the correct size and they are now telling me I have to live with it or pay for a new slab!! THe under counter sink was installed with wood supporting it up nailed to my cabinets and its not centered. They are very rude and are not professional and when I brought these issues up to them it took them another week to come out to even try to look at it. They left my old counters sitting in front of my house also!! Just a ton of mess left and they also scratched up my hardwood floors doing the install. worst experience I have ever had with a contractor EVER! Avoid this place and find somewhere else to get you tops done, Yassir and Gustavo are con artist and do not do quality work!

BEWARE!!!! Worst customer service. Dont go with this company. They take you for a ride!!!!The owner Won has not answered a single phone call since the time they came home to take measurements and take the deposit. I got 2 calls stating on Saturday & Sunday morning to expect install @ 4 PM that day and then no follow up at all. Nobody shows up,and no courtesy call to say when they will come. I would like to get my money back...but nobody answers the phone and the 2 times I stopped by the store, they were locked. Finaally after 3 more false appointments to install the granite, they show up and it is the wrong stone!WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MOST DISORGANISED Business.
