Please charge your hours on your website. I came today with 2 kids only to find out they were closed. Just a FYI they closed on Thursdays becaise of COVID-19?
Dr. Lyons was excellent. He was kind, thorough, and knowledgeable; he discovered what the sources of my eye pain were that another doctor had missed. I could tell that he really gives his best to each of his patients. He is the doctor I will definitely go back to if I have any other eye issues.
I talked my husband into going to Target Optical after having a very positive experience a couple of years ago. The current experience was anything but positive. The entire ordering process took a few hours, and we didnt even have our eyes tested. They were understaffed and slow. The glasses came in wrong, so it took a month to actually get them, plus they acted like they were doing us a favor by giving us the sale price after the sale was over. The sales are bogus...read the fine print.
My mom and my daughter went here for eye exams and new glasses and contacts. My mom received her glasses and they werent correct, turns out, the prescription was wrong. She had to go back in and get them re-done.My mom took my daughter with her and I sent all her insurance cards, yet she ended up paying out of pocket. Ive been calling for 3 months now to have it processed correctly. Today I called and they say ok we have that in process now. What do you mean now?? You didnt start working on it 3 months ago? My daughter got colored contacts. I noticed she was wearing her glasses with them. Turns out, she couldnt see correctly with the contacts, wrong prescription. Not going back
This is the best optical place I’ve been to in Minnesota! Burnsville location ! The doctor is amazing and charged me 70% cheaper then other places . I came with my own glasses prescription and only need a contact lenses prescription update . All other locations of target or Walmart wanted to charge me $180 just for that and here, in Burnsville I only payed $45 ! It’s amazing. Thank you for being here and helping people !
I recently went here and loved it! Theyre under new management and have new employees. They did a fabulous job!
I came in towards the end of the day with some really bent up frames from a sledding accident and Carlos was able to put everything back together and get me squared away in about half an hour. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Would not recommend, they dont seem to care about customer service or making sure customers have what they need. I am left very disappointed with my visit for contacts here.
