Jenna is very professional and customer focused on the needs and benefits. I got my first eye exam in over 20 years and helped my out and my she fitted my daughter with her glasses 👓 She will asks the questions needed to find the perfect and finish. All while she is giggling and making you laugh and feel comfortable. Amazing place to shop for kids and adults.

This store was amazing. I was helped out so generously when I found out I needed a prescription for the first time. Jenna who helped me was very sweet, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful beyond belief. She made sure to assure me that this whole process is normal saving me from any panic. From the eye exam at the Doctors office to the customer service at LensCrafters, I had a very positive experience. I was particularly impressed with Jenna, the manager and salesperson. Top marks for professionalism, customer service, and positivity and friendliness.

Had an awesome experience finding a new pair of glasses here - Jenna was fantastic and so patient. This LensCrafter in Burnsville, MN is the best we have been to. We had our eye exam there than picked out frames out. Very careful with frames we or anyone touched because of Covid. Kept all of them in a separate tray. The service was exceptional and very personal. The choices of frames was incredible. We will only use this LensCrafters in the future. Thank you everyone there, eye Dr and assistants also.

I can only recommend this shop and the affiliated doctors practice.The glasses are affordable and the selection is fantastic. Since I love large glasses, my varifocal glasses have been incorporated into a sunglasses frame.The progressive lenses are optimally made and the staff is super nice and very competent.All in all a business that I highly recommend.

I walked in to get glasses, realized I had a dated scripted and they were able to get me an exam, glasses and sunglasses same day. It was very busy, but Jenna is a star and made sure not only myself, but everyone in the store received A+ service.

We just drove 40 miles for eye exams for my husband and me but we walked in 11 minutes late and were turned away because they have a 10 minute rule.

I have never been treated with such unprofessionalism and down right nastiness in my entire life. I went in July 2020, got an eye exam AND bought glasses. I ended up losing them and called to get the exact same glasses and prescription and was told they could do that but it would cost more so i decided just to go in and buy from the cheap rack again. Upon getting there they not only LOST my purchase history but also my PRESCRIPTION I got in July. The receptionist at the doctors side was so incredibly rude, and this is coming from someone that gets screamed at for a living. The consultants in the glasses section and the receptionist treated me like I was crazy and that I was imagining being there so I decided to go to the MOA location (10/10 would recommend). I went through the whole process again and purchased glasses. Just today I received the text message that my glasses are ready to pick up from the EXACT SAME number that previously texted me July 7th 2020 at 3:27pm to let me know the glasses I KNOW I purchased were ready. Unorganized, Disrespectful and downright rude sales team and receptionist. Id rather cut my own arm off than feel the baseless embarrassment this team has caused me to feel. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I was very satisfied with the services and products. Each of the staff members in the store and the clinic were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Just went for the eye exam. Was going to order my glasses online due to cost. My headache were bad so I saw they had a discount on lenses. I went back a couple of days later and got a pair of glasses. I was very pleased with both sides. The doctor and his staff were very friendly. I showed up 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I got my eye exam done earlier than my appointment. When I went to purchase glasses the staff was very friendly and helped me picked out a decent pair of glasses. The glasses were done in the time they said. They look amazing and feel great! Free adjustments even for the life of my glasses. No complaints at all!

Everyone was amazingly helpful, both at the Vision clinic and at the LensCrafters proper. My associate always had conversation, and had plenty of personality of her own. She was even very knowledgeable of her product and technology. Thanks Jamie for a lovely time! Ill be back for years to come.

Amazing service!

The staff, including the doctor, didnt answer my questions. I paid for the extra testing on my eyes. It would have been nice to have more feedback than everything is fine. For what is charged I would expect a printout at the very least giving feedback. I hadnt worn contracts in 14 years and expressed interest. I was handed some boxes of lenses to try without any instruction on how to wear then. They didnt have one strength I needed, so gave me a different and said theyd call when thr correct one came in. That was 2 weeks ago and Ive heard nothing further. I will not beer trying thi Lenscrafters if this is the way things are managed.

The exam was $40 more than I thought even though I declined all the extras. Otherwise nice people and apparently competent. Get the price up front.

My experience was great. I usually dread going to get new glasses, but it was enjoyable...and having a cute and knowledgeable girl helping me didnt hurt.
