Dr. Toni Scheper is the best. Great customer service in the Burnsville location. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
The optician Marcus was very helpful and because of his knowledge and A1 service I would refer everyone I can who is looking for eye glasses to this location. Because of the out of his way service he provided to my wife and I it will make me a customer for life, thanks for the excellent service Marcus.Kevin
I used to go to another optometrist for at least 15 years. It started out as friendly, down to earth, and had a high level of service. That changed as they grew and became more successful. I decided to give Pearle a shot and am so happy I did. My technician was outstanding and knew what she was doing. She got me a great deal, allowing me to get a second pair (sunglasses) for what I used to pay at the other place for just one pair. Ill definitely be going back.
I did not meet the doctors but the sales staff is great! I bought sunglasses and was primarily helped by Rimma who was knowledgeable, patient and helpful in picking out a style that fit my face and fit my price point. I was greeted by multiple of the other sales staff as well. Highly recommend!

Went in for getting my glasses readjusted since they were crooked. Employee did a great job and even tightened the arms of the glasses since they were super loose(I had forgotten to ask about it). And also made sure I was happy with how the glasses fit afterwards. 10/10 would recommend the Burnsville location.

I came into Pearle Vision to get glasses, and Rose helped me! She is very patient, understanding and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Hands down one of the best service I’ve ever received. I was also able to receive my glasses same day!
This is specifically relating to the procedures and front desk, not the optometrist. Dr Martin is and always will be wonderful.I called and spoke to Becca to schedule my appointment. She asked if I had vision insurance and I advised yes. She said I should bring the card with me.Turns out, she didn’t take the information down to pre authorize the appointment, because the EXTREMELY RUDE front desk person told me they would have to reschedule me or have me pay out of pocket and get reimbursed. NO I WILL NOT BE PAYING OUT OF POCKET FOR SOMETHING I HAVE INSURANCE FOR. NO I WILL NOT RESCHEDULE when they screwed up, not me. It’s their fault, they should make an exception and bill me. Not going back here and it is because of the TOTALLY RIDICULOUS POLICY.
Nice doctors, horribly sales staff!Had a good exam. Headed over to a salesperson with prescription in hand. Never said hello, asked how I was doing, no greeting at all. She didnt ask if there were any frames I wanted to look at so I ask her for a PD measurement. She told me they only do that if you buy frames from them. Well, you didnt offer to sell me any! Perhaps if you had provided some customer service I might have considered looking around. But since there is no service here without seeing money first there will be no money spent!
Loved Dr. Scheper she was very helpful and I enjoyed my experience with her. Overall everyone was very nice but I agree with others about the front desk staff. Was not welcomed and they looked at me like I was crazy.
This location is amazing!! Their customer service is by far the best. I went in on July 3rd with broken glasses they fixed. They got me in for an exam that day. I ordered new glasses as I needed new lenses. I ordered new ones. They were ready this morning and it was supposed to be a 7-10 day wait. The staff there is awesome!! Marcus you are the best!!!
The doctor was rude and the worst I’ve ever encountered. When I ordered my contacts the lady told me I would get a rebate if I ordered a year supply so I did. She said she would call me back with a rebate code. She never called back. So I called a week after waiting and they say there isn’t even a rebate... After telling them I wouldn’t have bought a year supply then they told me the process to apply for a rebate and I may or may not qualify for one. Long story short, she made it seem like I would automatically get $50 dollars back if I bought a year supply of contacts. Very misleading. Will never return to this place. All around awful experience. There are so many other options for eye places.
Got here at 1:20 for my 1:30 appointment. Its 2:15. This is the longest Ive ever had to wait to be seen by the eye doctor. First time trying out this location and probably wont be back. No one telling me theyre behind or anything so Im wondering if this is the normal.... Ive been to other places as a well squeeze you in because you scratched your eye appointment and waited less time.I cant even say that theyre busy. There was one person the eye dr got at 1:30, I got my vision tests done and I havent seen a single other customer walk in.Finally got called back about 2:40. I had to inquire about why I was still waiting. Turns out the Dr had no clue I was there waiting. Apparently theres no system to let them know? Not sure but hopefully they get it together
Both the ladies at this store are very rude and hostile. I am pretty new to my vision care insurance and I wasnt sure what I was covered for and what I was not. They could have had a better way to respond and answer my question rather just being blunt and saying no. Never coming back here.
I had gone in and purchased new glasses in mid July. They were progressive lenses that just werent working for a couple of reasons. They have a 30 day exchange policy so I went back to make an exchange. I fully expected to experience push back and pressure to keep the original pair. What I experienced was great customer service from Marcus Stanley. I chose a different frame, paid a little extra, and Marcus took care of the rest. I am very happy with the outcome. Dr. Martin is great I had been a very long time customer until now. It’s really to bad due to the extremely poor “customer service” I received from the sales floor staff, the female “supervisor” and even the female “owner” I will not ever be returning. They are both extremely rude, disrespectful, disregarding, and unbelievably self entitled. I generously gave one stars only because of Dr. Martin.
Dr. Scheper and staff were incredible to work with! She was friendly and immediately welcoming, and gave specific explanations for what my eyes were seeing (how & why). There werent many customers at the time I was shopping for glasses so all staff jumped in and helped me search for the right pair of glasses, giving me great feedback for what looked good on me or not. I highly recommend this specific store! Thank you Jackie, Dr. Scheper, Maria, Carol, Jake, Rema, Marcus and all other staff who helped me today!
The doctor is good but the ladies working are rude. I questioned the bill and Brianna was rude and said she doesnt set the prices. Duh I understand that. Wanted to see detail on what my insurance covered. Will not be back. Rather find a place that will answer my questions instead of rude comments back and embarrass me and my daughter for asking questions.
I love this place! They have a vast selection of really nice and sturdy frames. The last eye doctor I went to gave me the wrong prescription, and even when I came back and told them I thought it was wrong they wouldnt change it. Pearl Vision got my new prescription right on the first try. The staff is lovely and helpful. Would recommend to everyone!
I went in to get a yearly exam done because it had been a couple years since I had my eyes last done and my vision was getting worse. I went in letting him know that I have worn glasses my whole life and that I had,had a head injury when I was young that messed up one of my eyes and for that I might need a prism. He told me that he would look into it. Well come to find out the doctor told me my vision is 20/20 and that I dont need glasses and these exercises would fix my eyes. I left completely unhappy and stated that I needed a prism for my eye because I had terrible headaches. I then went to a different eye doctor and told him where happened and he was shocked that he had told me I didnt need glasses after I clearly needed them. Come to find out I did need a prism!! So I will not ever be going back to them and I highly do not recommend Dr.Martin as he does not listen to your needs at all!
My friend and I were greeted as we walked in and were helped on the spot. Tyler fixed both of our glasses in less than five minutes and was very friendly! Ill definitely be back to this location!

Dr. Martin was wonderful and the staff was super friendly. It was my first time buying glasses and I didnt know frames were going to be so expensive but I guess thats part of the whole deal.
I have been going to this Burnsville location for last 4 years. Today I had an annual check-up. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted with smiles, and handled with care. After my exam with Dr. Clare, it took less than 30 minutes before I found the perfect pair of glasses with the help of Christy and Beth. I love their selection, and the service was incomparable.
Well I thought the doctor did a nice job I was very unhappy with my glasses purchase. I felt like they did a bait and switch calling me the next day and telling me I was going to have to pay additional for something that they had already told me was included
Rimma Bro is a manager and optician. I had the good fortune to meet her in the fall of 2020 when my glasses broke. I went to Pearle Vision in Burnsville an Rimma promptly fixed them on the spot. She refused to accept any payment in spite of the amount of time she spent on the repair. I have since purchased a new pair of glasses from her.She is fantastic!
Staff thinks they are working in a high end department store. Always feel as though I am bothering them by walking in.
Poor quality product....anti reflective coating was poor, flaked off and was poorly applied or just a poor product all together. Got two pairs for the same price as 1, 4 years prior from vison works upstairs, I treat them all the same and had no issues with the coating on those. I actually use my old glasses more. Pearl said it was user error that caused the coating to flake and the could replace the lensed at full cost.Pearls service and quality are not worth the premium price
Charged us over $200 for a fifteen minutes eye exam. Something seems very shady with this location.
