Cole did an awesome job of helping me buy my first truck. Kept everything very simple and straight forward. Very professional and knowledgeable of the process of everything involved along the way. I Would highly recommend asking for cole when you stop in.

We live more than 100 miles away but have a warranty with Walser so we drove it here for a few issues. They had our vehicle for 3 weeks and drove it multiple times with, multiple techs and couldnt duplicate the problem. Fine whatever. They were also supposed to do the rear differential fluid and it never got done. Didnt return the multiple phone calls over the 3 weeks they had it. Claimed they texted back once but we never received it.Their sales department is great though.

If you like to spend 2+ hours for an oil change (even WITH an appointment, on a weekday, in the middle of the day) this is the place to go. If your time is more valuable, I usually go to ProTech Automotive off of 46 & Cedar and normally spend 20-30 min max for an oil change, as a walk-in!On the pros side, the staff is friendly and polite, and the waiting area is nice and big. But I’d rather have faster service. 2 hrs is ridiculous for an oil change.

Super bummed!We have used them before and they came out to pick up our vehicle from our house which was one mile outside of the radius that they offered that service which we were SUPER grateful for since we have 2 kids and work full time, its always hard to set aside time to bring a car in to be serviced.However, this time we need to bring our van in for a RECALL to be fixed and they are not going to make the exception (of one mile) to come pick up our car. So now, we have to basically take off a full day of work to bring in our car for something thats a Honda issue anyways. Really wish they would have honored the exception again as I think the pickup service is super important to many working families!

As with most Honda dealerships (Some are independently owned), I felt both the car & us were well taken care of.Last new car was a Nissan; I will return to buying Hondas again.

Their sales service is good, nothing to complain about, but this is the second time in 3 years they were unable to beat or even match other local Honda dealers on pricing. Bottom line, they refuse to negotiate....... This the 2 stars.

My car service experience was exceptional. I really like that you can drive up and drop off your vehicle. All the service staff and personnel were engaging, knowledgeable and very personable. The visitor waiting area is clean, spacious and very well lit so you can actually work while you wait. The man who assisted me today answered all my questions about my newly purchased vehicle, and did a great job explaining what the exact issue was and what they did to repair it. Great customer service experience all around! I appreciate it!

Scheduled an appointment a month out for a safety recall, drive 45 minutes to hear that they don’t have the parts, because they never ordered them.Updating my review to say that it’s also impossible to get through to talk to someone to schedule a service. Took 3 days to even get a call back after waiting on hold for way too long. Taking my car to a dealership that’s twice as far away from me so I don’t have to deal with them again.
