Great experience purchasing used tires here. Trust that the owner Vance has your best interests in mind, not just trying to make as much $ as possible.. On my 1st call, he referred me to two other places when I stated what he had was more than I was looking to spend. Turned out the size I needed was scarce at the time so went back here and got a great deal on a pair of continental run flats.

Vance the owner is a great guy. Friendly staff and excellent service. They can order any tires you need. I love supporting local businesses. This is the place to go if you need tires.

Vance is a stand up fella who offers great service and prices. Its always a pleasure to be a most discriminating customer yet be satisfied by local independent tire service with the fun of quick witted banter and that special small town belonging which is definitely hard for this country boy to find in the big city.

Pulled in after they were closed with a flat tire, Vance the owner said I can’t let you drive with a flat, let’s get that fixed. Not only did they take care of the flat, they treated me like family. Btw the corporate tire store down the street said they couldn’t help me, (they were still open). I will definitely go back to get new tires for my car.

So glad these guys are right next door to me! My TPMS light was blinking and they were able to figure out the issue within minutes or coming in. They explained the issue and didn’t pressure me into repairs that weren’t needed right away. I’ll definitely be coming back to them for any future services I need!

I called Media City Tires as one of my tires was losing air pressure more than the others. Got to speak with Vance on the phone and let me know what they could do at what prices. Came in not too long afterwards and they quickly determined that I had a rogue screw embedded into one of the tires and that my TPMS was off (it said the wrong tire was losing air pressure.) They offered the fill and patch the hole and to recalibrate the TPMS at no extra charge. Vance, himself, was a very friendly guy and his crew we equally knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable and in good hands here and Im glad I called! I would definitely come back here in the future.
