This place has great customer service. Aaron was the best and got me in on short notice, found some tires at another nearby location and got me out in less than five hours all at a great price. I really appreciate all the efforts and would highly recommend them.

I had a leaky tire and it was checked and fixed in less than a half hour. The men were so kind. That same tire had been repaired a month ago at a different tire store but was leaking from the same spot. Thank you so much!!

This is my 3rd set of tires from American Tire Depot in Burbank. While getting my most recent set of new tires for my Acura, I was shown how bad my rear brakes were and they matched the quoted price i was given from a different location. The total amount for my new set of tires (4), rear brakes (Rotors /Pads), alignment and brake fluid flush, was less then what another well known tire shop was asking for simply for the tires. So yes definitely recommend this place. Just make an appointment, it gets busy, people know and value their work!

Since I base the places I go to on great reviews, this place lives up to the quality of service. I had a nail in the tire emergency, and with another tire on its way out, with minutes left until close, this crew of workers waited patiently for me to arrive after hours and got the job done in no joke about 10 minutes it felt like. They had great advice and suggestions on future issues that they saw and their warranty on the tires is another plus. I am very grateful, made my week, thank you again.

Sam is great ! He is so polite and helpful. As a woman, going to mechanic shops is a little intimidating, but he made the process so simple. I highly recommend American tire depot in Burbank. They are fast and efficient. I really like the fact that they test drive the car after they service it to make sure the job is done right. Other places might be cheaper but you’d definitely be sacrificing the quality. Their customer service is so great that they were willing to wait for me an extra 15 minutes to get out from work after their shop closed to allow me to pick up my car. They are just amazing !

Hands down the best place to get tires in LA purely because of Vic. Hes such a good dude who takes time & care for care of every customer. And will get your the fairest possible price on tires. He ordered me Michelin PS4S tires and they were there the next day. In addition all of their staff working is super friendly. Family owned spot and you can tell theyre all good to each other there, which in turn leads to friendly techs that take more time to show you things on your car or handle any issue. I asked them to check the wheels for any bends etc. They showed me each wheel as they mounted and balanced the tires which was above and beyond.

I went to American Tire Depot for 4 new tires. My husband and I called many tire stores and American gave us the best price! The staff were very professional and the service took exactly the time estimated so I was able to use the time productively rather than sitting around waiting for the job to be done.

Fast service overall (by far better then nearby Costco), but could be improved.I ordered tires online and set an appointment for next day to install it.I got call 30 minutes after, the manager on the phone was telling me that this tires out of stock national wise and offered me other tires instead.It felt like bite and switch to me, why would you advertise product and allow to order it if it is not in stock?When I arrived to appointment service was fast and good. However after I drove out I noticed that tire pressure sign is on. Came back and apparently all 4 wheels where off by 5 pci from what it should be. You would expect that tire center will triple check those things before releasing the car from service.

I had been looking for a specific set of 4 tires and had originally purchased at another tire store. The store ordered the tires. They called me 3 days later and said my tires were in. I took time off from work snd went in to get my tires changed. It turns out that they had ordered the completely wrong tires. So they told me they would reorder. They called me again another 3 days later to say my tires were in. It turned out to be the same wrong tires. I cancelled the order with them. I called American Tire Depot in Burbank and spoke with Sarkis. He was courteous and professional. He assured me he could have the tires I wanted by tomorrow and installed as well. Well he delivered on his promise. The tires were there the next day and installed. Moe was also very helpful. I am delighted with the service and professionalism of this business. I will definitely be coming back for all of my tire needs on my vehicles.

Great prices and service.their website has a large selection of tire brands and sizes for any budget. I ordered ahead, scheduled my appointment, had the tires mounted this morning, and couldnt be happier. I have a staggered wheel set up and their technicians mounted the new tires, with a directional tire pattern, perfectly. Zero vibration on the freeway and look and feel great.

He explained to me exactly what the best tires would be for my car and in my price range. He educated me on tread count and various other important factors related to tires. Not only that, he was very gracious and was eager and grateful for my business! I cannot tell you how refreshing that is in todays business environment! He also offered alignment, which is necessary for new tires for safety reasons. It was a little extra but very worth it! I personally saw Mohammed handle a difficult customer with grace and professionalism. He turned a difficult situation into a smooth customer service transaction.I personally told him that how impressed I was with his professionalism and knowledge. Great. Shop and reasonable if not better prices. Came for an alignment and wheel rotation found out my struts where just busted and that’s what’s been giving me issues and noises. The guys at the Burbank site helped me out gave me a golden deal and I walked out a happy customer also got my break fluid flushed.

Every time I have to go to that shop Fred is always so helpful. The mechanics there will tell you the truth if something truly needs to be repaired or replaced. They are not out to just take People’s money like other shops I’ve been to. I highly recommend this American Tire Depot location

They were fast friendly and the price was perfect for the tires that I want it. I made a suggestion that they need to put down mats and put a steering wheel condom on. But my overall experience was great I will find out in the future if I have a flat or if I need rotation or if I need a tire replaced. I was struggling a lot with not wanting to go to the dealership where I got my car to fix my brakes and other repairs, but not want to go to some random mechanic that’s was going to screw me, finally swallowed my pride and asked my family for any advice, American tire depot. Seamless no stress super quick with my appointment in and out 2 hours full repair and new tires, saved over like 400+ totally worth the visit, never going anywhere els, didn’t get the guys name, but classic hospitality. Loved my visit. Quick clean and cheap.

They put defective tires on my car and then lied saying there was nothing wrong with them. At 45mph+ the car shook to the point I thought it was going to completely fall apart. I took it back 3 times and they said they balanced the tires and that the issue ran deeper. They tried convincing me that my transmission had issues, my shocks needed to be replaced and anything else they could upset. I changed the tires again shortly after and the shaking disappeared.

If I could give this place more stars I definitely will. Went here for the first time to get an oil change, amazing customer service quality work. They took really good care of me. And the price was the best I have ever paid for an oil change.

These guys will get all my local tire business. I bought 5 oversized tires and 5 rims on Amazon. They close at 6pm and I showed up at 4:45. They took my stock tires off, removed the pressure sensors from the rims. They then put the sensors in the new rims, mounted and balanced my new tires and installed them back on my JK. This all happened before they closed. I was out of there in an hour. They charged me $20 bucks a tire for all that. Great job guys!!!!!

All of the guys were extremely welcoming and polite! I went in for an oil change today (Saturday morning) and was so pleased that I was able to wait there for just 45 min before taking my car home. They even pointed out that I had some filthy filters and gave me the option to replace, of course I said yes because it was inexpensive and I just couldn’t imagine putting those dirty things back! As I was leaving they informed me all 4 of my tire pressures were low (most likely due to this wacko weather) and filled them up for me!

Fred found Goodyear Endurance tires for my travel trailer when none could be found anywhere else in the state!!! I was concerned about fitting my 22 trailer into a place where his team could swap out the tires, but Fred helped me back into a perfect spot. Tires were quickly installed and for a great price!
