I had a great experience with Future Auto Service. I have a 2004 Ford ranger which needed a new clutch, new steering, new brakes and a couple of other things and I had an extended warranty which covered parts of the repair. Arthur worked with my warranty company to get parts of my repair covered and gave me a great deal on a price for the other repair elements.I feel like I was treated honestly with great communication and really had a good experience with these guys. I recommend them if you have auto repair needs. They’re great!

I needed an oil change and my car looked at for an upcoming trip I’m taking for Vegas. Despite not having an appointment my car was taken immediately and the service was performed quickly. It was also the only time I can think of where I wasn’t told I needed unnecessary work done to my car. I’m a new customer of theirs now

The catalytic converter was stolen out of my 08 Prius twice in one month, and future Auto Service had it fixed quickly each time, and even ordered and installed a Cat Shield for me the second time to avoid a third incident. The process was fast and easy each time--even with the cat shield installation. Highly recommend--thank you FAS!!

I feel conned.I came in to find out what was wrong with my car, it’s an older BMW and the transmission error light had come on. I mentioned that I wouldn’t fix it if the repairs were more than the car is worth.So, they charged me $195 to run a diagnostic and tell me what I already knew-that the transmission error codes were on. The diagnostic service is usually free at other auto shops.I wouldn’t be so annoyed but for the way they handled it. They called me to say that I needed to pick up my car that day as they needed the space. I said I’m on my way. When I got there nothing was ready. It took over 30 mins to take my money and give me my keys.First, I sat in the office waiting, then I wandered around until I found the mechanics. They couldn’t figure out which car was mine, it wasn’t ready, they needed all my information all over again. They kept going back and forth from the office to the garage. I was so confused as that did not inspire confidence that they knew what they were doing nor did it inspire honesty as they wanted $195 since I wasn’t going to have the repairs done.They did knock $100 off the $195 diagnostic bill as they could tell I was getting frustrated with the wait.Everyone I’ve told this story to can’t believe they charged me $195 to tell me what I already knew. So, lesson for me and I will not be back to this place.

I woke up this morning to find my exhaust on my BMW was loose at the back - not a great start to the day fearing an exorbitant bill. I had a really good experience with these guys when they inspected a car I was looking to buy previously so I gave them a call. They told me to bring the car down to have a look and they were able to take a look right away. I waited for ten minutes and it was fixed. I asked how much and they said they wouldnt charge me because it was literally two bolts. Words cannot describe how happy I was considering someone has quoted me $1500 to clean windows and $1K to replace a lock in the house. My experience restored my faith in humanity - will absolutely be back to get a service..and pay.

Got a flat tire 5 blocks away from this place and got myself over here right before they closed. They were so friendly and nice even though it was the end of their day. The next day Aaron called explaining the different tire options and answered some other questions I had about the car. Going to go back for some other services after a pleasant experience.

I stopped taking my car to the dealer for repairs after the warranty expired. The estimate I received for the repair was almost twice as much as what I was charged at future auto! This is the second time I brought my hybrid for a repair. The first time was excellent service With knowledgeable and courteous technicians.The second time my experience was the same!

I must take this opportunity to commend these guys. About 5 months ago, I took my car in for headlight replacement. Around the same time, I had to rush out of state to care for a sick relative where I stayed for a month. When I returned, I noticed the new headlight wasn’t pointed where it should. Multiple family emergencies prevented me from taking my car in sooner, but when I finally could, it was past the warranty period for the part which was defective coming from the manufacturer. It wasn’t my fault I couldn’t bring it in, but it wasn’t their fault either. They were kind enough to replace the defective part at their expense. It was a big job requiring removal of the bumper. In addition, they polished my other headlight which was dull from old age. I really can’t thank them enough. My family went through hell with COVID like so many others. Their kindness was a light in the midst of the darkness.

Found them here on google and decided to go thanks to the high reviews this place has. Boy, they were not mistaken! Great caring customer service, and very knowledgeable of any real issues with the vehicles. They do not push you into having other stuff fixed that dont need repair in your car, they are very honest, and the price is pretty fair and affordable for the top notch service and warranty they give!

Just needed the oil changed after a year of barely using the engine on our Chevy Volt. Everything about the experience was pleasant, and at a very reasonable cost.

I came here recommended by my insurance and google reviews and was going to do a lot of stuff to my car, i own a Porsche and was really looking forward to bringing along other friends that own Porsches a few 911s and Boxsters, also since we have desperately been trying to find a place we trust. Well Future auto services is not that trust worthy company, Dont trust Aaron or anyone there. Also when turning in my vehicle to get repaired the mechanic offered to take me home (thats nice, i already signed over my car, i did the paper work) but he offered to use my car even though i brought it in to get serviced..... Ive never heard a business outright say i dont care if i get the money either way from the insurance company or you it makes no difference to me honestly but no matter what my guys have to get paid and at the end they tried to sucker me in after diagnosing a problem then absolutely doing nothing sitting on my car for days, i wasnt even able to get a rental car and i had stressed about that and future auto service lagging on giving me info for that. Overall i hated my experience, I totally came in open arms and open mind looking to fix up my Porsche but they are absolutely untrustworthy and thats one way to lose a valued customer.

Always very quick and no extra hassle. They are one of the most affordable oil changes around. At this visit the card reading machine was out of receipt paper preventing my card from being read. The workers there didn’t make it a big deal and offered to call me later after their work day to take my card info over the phone. I really appreciated them being so easy going about it.

The manager, Aaron did everything to keep his promise about the cost estimate and followed thru.

I always take my car here for service and they do a great job with oil changes, tire rotations, checking fluids, and keeping the car on the road. Best price i have found for service. Recently I had to replace the passenger window in my car, and they were significantly cheaper than anyone I could find. Replaced it within 3 hours and even cleaned the broken glass out of the car!! Highly recommend. They are trustworthy and do a great job.

It was so refreshing to find a service place where they’re not looking to rip you off and they don’t patronise you! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Brought in my Audi for a check engine light that I diagnosed and had a general idea of what the repair entails. These guys were very knowledgeable of German cars and what the general issue was, they were flexible to take my car in right before they closed, and even offered me a ride back home. They called me the next morning with the estimate and had my car out of the shop the following day. They were very fair on pricing and finished my car in a short period of time so I only had to pay for the rental car for just one day! Excellent experience. I will be coming back.

I brought my very old car in because when I would step on the brake while at a light my engine temperature would climb to near over heating temperatures. Being recently unemployed I was fearful I was also going to start racking up credit card debt to repair my car. I explained my situation to the nice gentleman at Future Auto Service and they were very sympathetic. I left my keys and hoped for the best. I received a phone call less than 24 hours later stating after checking out everything I only needed a new radiator cap. They also cleaned up a mess that was causing my temperature gauge to not work properly and in the end instead of taking advantage which they could have easily done my total cost for their diagnostic and repair was barely the cost of a nice lunch. But that isnt the most important part. Upon inspecting my car up on the rack they noticed that my front tire on the inside where you wouldnt notice it without having the car up in the air was shredded down to the metal. Which means one or two good potholes and it would have popped. And before you say aha thats how they got you, they didnt try to sell me a new tire. They understood money was tight and recommended that I could buy a good used one for probably $30 from one of the vendors across the street and I should do so immediately before getting into trouble. Now I dont know what sort of laws or ethical codes mechanics have to follow in California Im sure there arent any but this is something they didnt have to tell me about nor as I said when they did tell me they didnt try to sell me a new tire. This is called compassion towards another human beings plight. You dont get that at most places especially in Los Angeles. So if you have something wrong with your car take it to Future Auto Service and be honest with whoever assists you. You wont be disappointed.

I always get my car check out at Future Auto Service. Very professional and gets my car done on time. I’ve taken all my families car here to get service and hasn’t ever been a doubt to get the work done.

This was the 3rd shop I came too. Last two shop that I went to gave me a quote to replace a A/C clutch switch for $300 or more because of the difficulty. Came to Future Auto, they looked at it said $100 and about an hour of labor time. A little over 35 minutes after starting the part was replaced and got it done. Nice clean facility which nice to see for an auto repair shop. I would recommend them and they will the first shop I will call for any repairs that I cant do. Great job you guys!

Fastest service ever! I came in for an oil change and was out sooner than any shop Ive ever been to. Also their customer waiting room is plush! Cold AC, big screen TV, and comfy couch.

I would recommend Future Auto Service to anyone. I needed a air compressor replaced but couldn’t get into CarMax (where I bought my car)due to Covid. Future Auto Service worked with my warranty, ordered the part and replaced it within the time frame they quoted me. They have a nice air conditioned, clean waiting room with WiFi. Masks were worn by office staff who were friendly and professional. Now that I know they can work with my warranty I’ll be going to Future Auto Service for any future auto repairs. There is also a rental car shop in the same block if you need it..

Yes, I an satisfied with the repair and customer service.We were customers of Chalard since 1989, and now with Future Auto, since they bought from Chalard.When we came in Carlos Gomez checked my car and explained that the noise may be from thin oil and needed thicker oil.We also spoke to Jose the mechanic and told Jose what Carlos suggested.When we picked up my car Rafo confirmed that Jose did the repair of changing the oil to 10/40. 2003 Nissan Frontierthat I have maintained in excellent condition.

It did not take long for them to find out what was happening to my Jeep Liberty, after having two codes come up. After switching out my alternator, I was good to go the next day, thanks again!
