I live in Michigan and was looking at an M3 in Burbank. I found Jesse to perform the PPI and he went above and beyond what I was looking for. Went me pictures and walked me through all the little things that were not perfect on the car.He also gave me his overall opinion which I really appreciated. I cant recommend Universal Service Station enough for anyone needing a car inspection. I would also have full confidence if my car needed work done.I only wish he was local in Michigan so he could be my go-to repair shop.

Had a blown head gasket on my 2005 dodge magnum. If anyone has experienced anything like this, you know how costly and inconvenient this can be. I called several places that gave my sky high quotes and couldnt even give me a fixed price before bringing my car in, until I called Jesse at Universal Service Station. He seemed extremely knowledgeable on what needed to be done, and what parts would be needed. And the price he gave me was HUNDREDS less than all the other quotes I had gotten. Had my car at the shop within two days, and a week later it was done!! The work was great, they updated almost daily on the progress of the job. No hidden costs or fees either. Got my car back, and for close to a year now, it has been running perfectly. The work was also warrantied, which is extremely valuable. I send anyone i can to universal service station, and will always have our cars worked on and serviced by Jesse. I cannot thank you guys enough for making this such an inexpensive and hassle free experience. The work and customer service was beyond excellent!!

Hands down, the best customer service Ive ever had. I stopped by Jesses shop to get about 5 years worth of white dog hair removed from my car. It came to the point where my wife couldnt even sit in it with me, because she was so allergic to the dander. But Jesse saved the car. This dude is so incredibly knowledgable and passionate about car detailing. I couldnt believe how clean everything was after Jesse cleaned it. My wife hasnt sneezed or coughed ONCE since then!If you really want to take care of your car, GO TO THIS SHOP. The first day I came to the shop, I had to leave the car with Jesse. He sent me on my way with a free cup of coffee. And when I picked up the car, his family gave me these amazing croissants! I couldnt believe how kind these people were to me.On top of all of this, he restored the exterior of my car to BRAND NEW.Jesse and his crew are amazing. Excellent service by a true professional who exceeded our expectations. Working with Jesse was a breeze. Brought my Range here to have my breaks done, I couldnt have asked for a better service anywhere. He took photos of the parts that needed to be replaced and kept me updated on the repairs being done. I find the service to be honest and very thorough, something you rarely find in bigger auto repair shops. Aside from the service, his prices are also very fair. On a very hot day I took my car to Universal Service / Gas Station because the tire pressure light of my car was on. Jesse (the owner of the shop) checked and diagnosed it immediately and told me that they were going to take care of the matter right away. And while the mechanic was fixing the problem Jesse suggested to stay inside of the store... because its hot outside. Inside Jesse as a great host was filling the refreshment drink dispenser for a lady with a kid. When another young guy came in for a car problem, Jesse again like a parent suggested him to wait inside to avoid the heat.Not only this pleasant and caring gentleman is very knowledgeable specialist (diagnosed momentarily and correctly) but he is simply very kind and honest person. He didnt charge me for fixing the tire pressure and even told me to bring the car back if the problem would persist. ( In similar cases we can always leave tip). I am really happy and thankful that there are still people like Jesse.

These guys are the best. Ive been going here for 4 years now for every oil change and service. Theyve always done great work for me and have very good prices. Literally the only place Ive ever been that didnt try to sell me some mystery part or service I didnt really need to pad the bill. These guys are honest and actually care about the customer, I recommend them to friends with confidence.

I had a God awful squeak that was driving me nuts in my vans suspension. Argad, the service tech was near closing time and took less than five minutes to diagnose and put a temporary stop with a few shots of lube to the noise source. He didnt charge me and I was on my way. This kinda service is what brings me and others back. Great neighborhood business.

This place is great! Jesse and his team are very accommodating, professional and trustworthy. I brought in my Volkswagen due to some funky noises it was making and it called for a lot more work than I was expecting but even so, I knew I wasnt getting swindled. Jesse explained why I needed this or that and he actually took a photo of one of the burnt out parts that needed replacing. I really appreciate the transparency with his business. He seemed to of really care about my car and getting it back into shape. I will definitely be bringing my car back for future services!

I had the unfortunate need to have my vans backseat detailed due to my 8 year olds vomit. This was a brand new car and still had the new car smell! Over the counter solutions and elbow grease couldnt touch it so I took it to Jesse and he told that vomit where to go...its like new again, now with a fruity scent! Whats more, Jesse was clear about my actions afterward and how to make the best of it (without detailing the whole freaking van). I cant say enough good things. Thank you Jesse!!

One of the most accommodating service stations I have come across! My car started having brake issues on a Saturday evening - far from a convenient time for anyones schedule. Luckily, I stumbled across Universal Service Station online and saw they were open on Sunday. I was able to get the issue quickly assessed that day and then bring my car in on Monday for servicing. The station has a loaner vehicle, which allowed me to still get to work on time. Jesse consistently kept me in the loop of what was going on and made sure I understood exactly what the issues were that needed to be repaired and why. He even drove the car back to me at my office so I didnt have to make the trip back with the loaner vehicle. I could not have asked for an easier experience! Thank you to Jesse and his team!

Great shop! I read the reviews and I agree!!! Jesse always goes above and beyond when it comes to service.I brought my truck here because my valve cover gasket was leaking oil, and a tensioner pulley was broken and worn. Thanks to Jesse and his mechanic, they helped me fix them at a great price! I couldn’t ask for better service.

Ive been getting my oil changed here for several years. I have sent at least five of my friends here as well because the customer service here is outstanding. The last time I went, I was having a stressful day when my tire pressure alert came on. It was a really bad day for it and I was trying to figure out how to get cab rides to and from work and other responsibilities, and the owner, Jesse, actually let me borrow his car for the afternoon. Not only that, he delivered my car to my work when it was ready to make the car exchange! It made a huge difference in my day. This is why I keep sending my friends to him and Ill keep coming back.
