Kevin is the BEST. He passed me while my car was broken down and told me his shop was nearby; he fixed it in a pinch and got work done faster than I could imagine! He knew I was in a rush and he made sure to prioritize and expedite my repair. Not to mention that it was 4:30 and the shop was about to close .... he didn’t make it seem like an inconvenience at all, he genuinely wanted to help. He also gave me a great price — I definitely found my new LA mechanic!!

Oh man! I couldn’t be happier with Kevin. He literally saved me and this is why:The day before a big trip in my RV, I came across some noisy mechanical issues that 6 other shops told me they couldn’t help me with, and that no mechanic could accommodate me day of. When I thought I was all out of luck, I decided to make one more call — and that one call is what got me on the road to a camping trip I’ve been planing for weeks.When I called Kevin he told me he had no problem taking a look at it, and said that if he could fix it, he absolutely would, which I really appreciated because no other shop I called was even willing to look at my RV and see what the problem was.Once I arrived at Kevin’s shop and met him, I knew he was the guy to handle the situation. He asked to go for a ride in my vehicle to hear what the issue was and immediately heard the the sound and identified the problem in no more than 3 minutes. The problem was that my alternator belt wasn’t tight enough, so he fixed it immediately and sent me on my way.Later in the day I started hearing a clinking noise in my RV and called Kevin to tell him what the issue was. Based on what I explained, he knew it was my alternator and told me to come back in right away because he knew my trip was the following day.He then spent hours sourcing the right alternator for my RV and proceeded to change it, calling me as soon as it was ready, and to my surprise he even switched out my car battery that was dying.The following morning when I was driving out on my trip, I was surprised to get a call from Kevin at 8am checking in to make sure my car was running smoothly. It’s been driving beautifully the last few days and I’m so lucky to have found someone to help make this trip possible!After 12 years of living in LA, I am thrilled I finally have a reliable mechanic I can trust and who wasn’t turning me away because it wasn’t a huge job.Thank you, Kevin! Kevin is the most amazing mechanic !!! He’s someone who actually knows what he is talking about and has a true heart for people and not just the money ! He is not like any other mechanic where they try and make you feel stupid because you are a woman ! Wouldn’t trust anyone else !
