Perfect as usual. My only grip! They have to use digital tire pressure gauge instead of manual. All my four tires had 2 to 3 psi pressure difference.

I would have given these guys a 5 yesterday as Ive been using them for years, but Id give them a 1 after todays experience, so thats why Im averaging it out to a 3. That said, apparently its very important to know who you speak with on the phone when scheduling an appointment as I was reprimanded by two of their employees this morning for not knowing who I spoke with 3 days prior. The second employee snapped at me As soon as you figure out who you spoke with then well be able to help you as he turned around and walked out the door. Turns out, it was that same employee who I spoke with on the phone and he did not set aside my tires, so they didnt have my tires there to install. A third employee, Josh, was very apologetic and seemed to be the only employee who actually cared while trying to reschedule me and correct the situation, but due to that one employee speaking to me in the manner that he did and him not doing his job and setting aside my tires, Im not coming back.

This company is the best. They are a local family run business and I have been purchasing tries and related services here for about 40 years except for the 10 years I lived out of the area. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest.. They listened to what I wanted (I admit I am rather nit-picky thanks to my daddy, since I begin driving,. repeatedly telling me you never skimp on tires or brakes.) I have always gotten a top quality product based on their recommendations. The last set of tires I purchased from them for my Tundra I priced at a few other places and one person in Hollywood told me the tires were an excellent choice and to buy them from my source (Western Tire) because he couldnt touch the price they had quoted me. ( I do price compare). I highly recommend this company.

A great, home grown, repair shop, PJs Automotive in Sun Valley, doesnt do front end alignments so he referred me to Western Tire Company.Western Tire is fast, efficient, to the point, informative. JC, sales rep, was helpful, friendly, and explained the details well. JC is cool.Reasonable price for my front end alignment. Go there. Worth the visit.Theyre pretty busy. Tried to make a same day Monday appointment, but had to reserve for the next day. Call ahead, or you will regret it.

Absolutely the best tire and brakes place. I have used them almost 30 years for 4 vehicles. These folks are honest and straightforward, with no upsell. They provide customer service the old fashioned way.

These guys are the absolute best when it comes to All Things tires. Honest answers always have options, especially if youre on a budget, very professional and quick work. And using them for more than 20 years. Early in the morning is best, late afternoon is hard because they have to break for lunch and then before you know it the day is over.

First time here was for a punctured tire last year. I went during my lunch. They were quick and at a good price.Came back this year, just a few months ago, to get the tires replaced. Got a good deal with my new tires. Now I know a place to go for tires.

Locally owned, GOOD old fashioned quality! Two years ago, thought I needed a new tire, they found a piece of metal in said tire, patched it and was told all of my tires were good for awhile. Always cheerfully (and at no charge) filled my tires with air when they were low! Honesty, integrity, GREAT customer service! This is why when I DID need new tires I never thought of ordering them from ANYBODY but the incredible folks at Western Tire Co.

Please guys are great they check your psi for free helped me with an issue with my tires are holding air. It seems if you have chrome rims after about 9 to 10 years those rims become pitted and need to be replaced.When the little tire light comes on you probably need a new valve stem on out in under 30 minutes hundred bucks fair is fair they also replace my rims at the quoted price even though the overall cost was a little bit higher. Bravo for Western tire we’ve been doing business with them on and off for over 20 years

Amazing attention to your make and model in relation to the right tire. Had the wrong tires all along, got 4 new ones from them, something odd happened to blow a sidewall out, not because of tire, but a freak thing. The owner, I think is Brian, did us right and replaced it, no charges with a new identical model. Outstanding maintenance every 5k to rotate your tires for free to keep them in line with their warranty. Found my tire guys, good prices, better service. Name me a corporate shop that would replace the tire like that? Stay with these gentlemen and when you speak to them over the phone, youll be able to tell the difference in service and attention to your plight with your vehicle and tires. A+++

Great customer service. Although, I didnt make a transaction here they are very friendly. I came into Western tire Co, thinking I had a had a flat tire. They told me I did not need to get it repaired. In the past the tire companies haves told me when I had a flat, I needed a new tire. They never told me I could repair it. When it comes down to the time to get a new tire, I will come here.

Ed took care of me. My tired somehow got a huge screw stuck in it. He examined my tire while still on the car and told me then that there looked like their might be some tire wall damage. He pulled the tire and called me over and showed me why it could not be repaired.They put the spare on. Ed quoted me some prices on new tires. My whole experience here took all of 25 minutes and was great. Only drawback, barring not being able to have the tire fixed were some scratches on my nice rims that I noticed. Since I didnt check before they took the tire off, I cant be sure it was the tire removal machine or not.All in all a good bunch over there. Efficient, casual, straight up and honest.

I have been coming here for over 10 years and would not go anywhere else. Sure there prices may be $10 more for a full set of tires, but these guys are honest and go above and beyond. Bryan really hooked it up phat!Very communicative, very helpful as well. I needed some hub rings for the new wheels I wanted to install, and he told me where to go and what-not. Says will call you and really does call! Managed to get everything done in about an hour. He even bought me some ice cream!I would recommend this to friends.

I have been going to Western Tires for over 15 years, and have always been treated with respect & kindness, especially being a woman ! The boys would always try and make you comfortable, explain exactly what you need, and try to work with you and your budget...Most of all they are totally kid friendly..if you have to bring children, they would always try to accomodate them too ! I have referred so many friends and family to them, and they would always say finally a place where they are not trying to rip you off or sell you something that you dont need or want. They are the best for all your tires, and brake needs.

The men at this place are incredibly kind, understanding, polite & immensely helpful, especially to a woman. We often think were going to get ripped off because were not knowledgeable at all about car repairs. In my case it was sqeeky brakes that I was really getting concerned about being safe. I had been referred here before by the place I buy my gas & get service from Tony at Conejos in Burbank, who I trust completely. It was the same at Western Tires. Bryan looked at my car & explained what was happening & what I needed, brakes & rotors which I knew nothing about. He gave me the best price he could, me being on a vert tight budget & of course not saving for the rainy day. They were all amazingly nice, professional & never a wait. Very straight forward honest guys, I just bought my car and i went there to do an alignment on my tires but after he checked my tires he told me he won’t do it it’s like robbing my money, cuz each tire is deferent brand that the other . so he advise me to use them for a year and after put a new set of tires and come back to do the alignment .
