I have gone to Bobby and Ali now for a while and never been happier. At this point I have moved father away when I got my new house and yet I will still bring my car to them first. Not only are they professional and quick, but they don’t try to upsell things to me.Bobby has always been straight with me as far as how things are with my car, the current life on parts including saying I had a few more years with something when another place said it needed to be replaced right then. (He also said he is happy to replace it right then if that was what I wanted but that I realistically can probably last another couple years without it becoming a big issue)I love these guys and my wife and I trust them with our cars implicitly.

Wow I was hesitant as I always am with mechanics but after reading all of these reviews, I decided to go to this one. Hands down best mechanics I’ve been to. I had a dragging plate and they fixed in under 30 minutes and didn’t even charge me! Super nice guys and honest. I’m definitely coming back here for any car maintenance I have!

Im new to the area and a young girl, so I was glad to find someone I could trust. So accommodating with my work schedule and fair pricing. Theyre quick, efficient, and all-around good people. Olive Auto Center saved me $43,000 and probably even more than that! I flew from Arizona to Cali to check out a vehicle that I wanted to purchase. I brought it to Olive Auto and they performed a thorough inspection… they gave me professional advice and let me know that it was not a good vehicle to purchase (major repairs EVERYWHERE). I then brought a different vehicle in for inspection the same day and they took such good care of me! I HIGHLY recommend bringing your vehicle here. It was such a great experience!

Shop performed a 100,000 mile service. I was given an item by item brake down of each item and was able to modify those areas that were recently done. There was no pressure at any time and the adjuster gave only accurate and correct information with each item . I did not tell him that lm a certified aircraft A&P/IA. When needed, l will use this shop again. The price was fare and the service was quick.

I have a Honda Civic 2016 and heard a bringing noise coming from one of the wheels on the way home from work. When I got home, I set an appointment last minute for next day service to check out the noise, Ali was very nice over the phone and confirmed for the next morning. When I arrived I was greeted by Bobby, he was very nice and attentive. Bobby and the crew were able to give me a diagnosis for my car within 20mins and let me know when exactly it would be ready. I was able to grab coffee at a Starbucks near by while I waited, i also had the team change the oil as well. The team was great, the service was quick, and my car is perfect again! This will absolutely be my forever mechanic!

Needed windshield wiper blade for my 2007 Prius on a rainy day this week and stopped in at Olive Auto Center. Bobby ordered a replacement and had it in a 1/2 hr on my car, checked and added a quart of oil and sent me on my way. Very excellent service. Best mechanic Ive ever been to. My service was over in an hour, and because the location is so convenient I was able to walk ten minutes to Starbucks and enjoy the fresh air while waiting (and they have outdoor seating during the pandemic). Bobby didn’t like me asking questions just wanted me to drop my car and leave! He actually commented it didn’t matter to him if I had my car looked at in his shop or not because as soon as I left he would have another customer in three minutes! I was there for at least ten minutes that morning and his shop was empty and no customers came while I was there! Very rude customer service!!

I received excellent service on my 2017 Honda CRV yesterday from the manager, Bobby, and the mechanic Eduard at Olive Auto Center. I think that was the mechanics name. I was extremely happy that the mechanic finished changing the oil and servicing my car in 30 minutes! Everyone was wearing masks and the facility looks very clean, The mechanic politely answered my questions when he brought me my car. I am so happy to find. Olive Auto Center as this was my first time to go here. During this Pandemic, it was important for me to find a place to service my Honda that wouldnt make me sit there waiting a long time for my car. What a relief to see them finish servicing my car in 30 minutes! The Honda dealer near me was quoting very long wait times so I was going without servicing my Honda until I found Olive Auto Center. Thank you so much Bobby and Eduard for the excellent service I received from you yesterday. Its such a relief to finially have my car serviced. My car still has an extended warrantee but I will return to Olive Auto Center for all work that is not covered by Hondas warrantee.

Fixed my intermittent a/c issue, refreshed brake fluid, (allegedly replaced 2 weeks ago, but no sign of it) and reinstalled the undercarriage panel knocked off by Valvoline. Very reasonable, very fast. Highly recommend.

Wifes car had a check engine light on. Knew it was something related to the fuel tank based on the error code, but that was all. Bobby was super friendly and took care of me right away. Ali, Bobby and team at Olive Auto Center are friendly, welcoming, HONEST and provide great service.We were so tired of mechanics in Burbank who used the wrong parts, gave us bad diagnoses, and never truly fixed problems; going to dealers is just too expensive.Bobby actually did our repair for almost half what the dealer was going to charge us and even charged us less upon completion than the estimate originally presented. They communicate well and the garage is never overcrowded. We are now customers for all of our vehicles and highly recommend them!

I drive 2013 ford explorer and needed to get new spark plugs put in. I called Bobby who was very knowledgeable of the process of replacing the plugs as it actually involves removing the intake manifold which at that point requires a new gasket. Itvwas also nice that they replaced the PCV valve at cost and didnt try to add an extra hour like another place did. Long story short these guys were great! Was quoted by another company at a much higher rate and was able to get in/out in the 2hrs promised.The only thing I would ding them on is the over the phone add-on. I wont go into details, but its definitely something that should have been discussed while at the shop. However, not a deal breaker at this time, but remains a sensative spot for me as Ive had some pretty shady experiences with mechanics in the past.Im going to try them again soon for my oil change. So lets see what happens in the next few days.At this point, I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

These guys are great. I am so happy to have found a wonderful auto service center near me. I had taken my car to another shop with complaints about some problems that they were not able to diagnose properly. Finally, I brought the car to Olive Auto Center. Bobby listened to my worries with patience and had me leave the car. He got back to me very quickly letting me know what the problems were and what it would take to fix them. It turns out that the car needs a lot of work that I couldnt pay for all at once. He worked with me to figure out what absolutely had to be done right away, and what could wait a little bit. He also showed me how I could combine some of the repairs to reduce labor time and thereby keep my costs down even more. The first round of repairs was completed quickly, and to my surprise when I picked the car up, the price was SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN THE PRICE HE QUOTED ME, which had been already been reasonable. They have earned a loyal customer.
