Kudos to this AutoZone location! A big thanks to Manager Carlos, and employees Jesus and Walter! They were absolute gentleman in assisting my friend with her vehicle. They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and helping us assess the problem at hand. They tested the battery, assisted with ensuring the new battery was connected, and even did a jumpstart. Unfortunately the car was still doomed in the end and they were kind enough to let us wait for the tow truck in the air-conditioned store.

I was so stressed about one of my headlight bulbs being out because I know nothing about cars, but Carlos G and Walter were so kind and helpful! They made sure I chose the right bulb and helped me install it. Zero stress! Thanks so much:)

They installed a new battery for me. Duralast Gold. If I am not mistaken, its the same battery as the defunct Sears Diehard battery brand. The latter ranked consistently in the top 3 year after year.

Knock on wood, have never had a bad experience at any autozone. Car had trouble starting, went over to AZ in Burbank and Andrew quickly tested my battery and realized I needed a new one. The AutoZone in Burbank on Burbank boulevard is especially helpful. As a moderately disabled 55 year old woman I was especially appreciative of the service I received. Calvin, an employee there helped me with my purchase of windshield wiper fluid. He even assisted me by putting it in my car. Every time I go to the AutoZone in Burbank, I always receive great service! Thank you so much Calvin, you did a great job!

Amazing customer service! I stopped for windshield wipers and the young man behind the counter helped me install them. When I asked about a missing bolt for my bumper, he came out to take a look and spent 20 minutes fixing it, and refused to charge me. I wish I got his name. Really kind of him.

Had the part I needed.

The people here are great! Both headlights went out at the same. I came in 15 min. before they closed. Not only did they help me figure out the right lights, they came out to my car and installed them free of charge.

Excellent customer service and knowledge. Got everything I needed. Also, they let me use their restroom since I mentioned I had a 2 he driver time.

I was at Walmart and my car dead in the middle of traffic. Later found out I needed an alternator. I called autozone to see if I could tow my car there and Put in the part in the parking lot. The manager of the location said yes. When I got there Pablo helped me from the moment I walk In. Pablo even helped put the new alternator in the car out in the dark while it was cold. Ive been here a lot recently due to my car having issues this past week. The guys here are patient and informative, and even assist you with windshield wiper installation if you need it.

This is a hidden gem in the suburbs of Burbank. Along the Blvd. like a few other spots, there are a few places that serve the community well above expectations. This AutoZone is as well stocked as ANY of their retail stores Packed & Inventoried to perfection. The folk working here have always beem poliite & resprctful, glad to help and assist every one of their customers.Simply put, if ypu live anywhere nearby yoy must put this location on your primary dependable resouce list. I do, and Im very particular.

I am so disappointed with the bad customer service and the lying promises and the fake advertising.After I ordered my engine and spending $3000 on different parts they called me five days later to tell me that the engine will not be shipped, after I towed my vehicle to the mechanic shop and took the old engine out and the car is sitting there now with no engine all because AutoZones lying promisesAnd no one of these people helped (Edgar the district manager) and (Jimmy Swims the department manager)Very rude people and disrespectful. After all the hustling they tell me that theyll refund my money and get me a $100 gift card. These people dont know how to treat their loyal customers.This will be the last time I deal with AutoZone.Unbelievable experience. After all the hassle and waiting for three weeks they call me and tell me well pay you $330 reimburse for storage.Dont think I need your money. Im spending $10k on my car.You have to be responsible of your mistakes.The person whos talking to me said that I can deny everything, and I ask him is it a good thing to do that, he says its not ideal but its very good.What a shame dealing with you....

They did not have correct coolant for modern Chrysler cars; in fact, they were completely out of any of their own brand of coolant, for any car. Had to go across the street to ORillys to get it. The Mexican made radiator cap felt flimsy and had every aspect of it reduced to the bare minimum.

First time Ive been to this location, but its close to me in Burbank, so i swing by to get a new alternator. The guy that helped me was very nice and the place was well kept. Cant complain.

Great service. He took time out of his almost ending shift to replace my battery for me. The only problem was the other guy wasnt sure what he was doing and had trouble serving people. Constantly asked the coworker what to do and how to do it. Even asked when they close?? 4 stars because of the older guy who was such a help. Mexican American but I forgot his name.

The most helpful people every single time and to my surprise more female stuff equally knowledgeable and helpful, great stuff.

JOSE IS THE MAN!! I needed an alternator for my 2002 s60 and i went there late at night around 9:20 Pm on July 3rd to get it replaced i didnt know if the alternator was good or bad and i was asking him about the return policy incase the alternator did not fix my problem, Jose told me that he can test my alternator before i buy the item, Although it was late He took the time To help me test my alternator and luckily it tested BAD which i was very happy to hear that, I got the new Alternator and Installed it this morning and all my problems are Fixed!! Thanks Again Jose and AUTO ZONE PLEASE GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE BECAUSE HE IS A GREAT EMPLOYEE!!!!

Id put in a 0 star if I could...waited THREE days for battery to come in and at the last day, after calling three times...the poor clerk told me order was CANCELLED - way past the 11th hour...going on FOUR days without a battery or car.

Pretty good stock of parts. I order a lot of things online these days so I know I get the right parts every time.
