Outstanding service from Mandy and Chris in replacing my car battery! Mandy provided courteous and helpful information on the phone and in person. When my old battery proved very difficult to get out, Mandy deferred to Chris who went above and beyond to wrestle it out without breaking or stripping anything on my old car. After Chris successfully installed my new battery, he then proceeded to lubricate and clean the hood latch and hood lift support struts and fan belts while he was at it. Excellent service from this store! Ill drive extra past my nearby Advance Auto Parts store to go to this one. Great job Mandy and Chris!

My Optima battery was under warranty and they made the swap from my bad Optima battery to my new one such a breeze and Tony the manager was so helpful! I was at this Store on Feb 7th 2021, the customer service by Amanda Martinez was OUTSTANDING!! From the time she open the door as we were waiting in the parking lot! To my 2nd visit less then 2hrs. Her demeanor never change with “Good Morning, to -did it work out for you!!” As she was also assisting another customer with the same professional disposition trying to be of assistance!!! I had to truly commend her and share never let no one change who you are that I can tell you are a kind person. !!!!!!YOU NEED TO GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! I have ben to a lot of part stores in the area and this one is TOPSHELF ! That have a whole new group of people and they are the best ! Amanda And Chris are amazing. Let me say this i pass at least 2 other part store a to get to this one NEVER dissapointed. If the staff of this location can not find it the answer is simple....THAY DONT MAKE IT 😆. Some things have to be orderd just how it is . One thing of note . NO OBD 2 ( Check engine light ) scans. Becuse of the whole COVID situation. That do check batterys and in stall on MOST cars can not be in trunk just under hood . The staff here at Burbank illinois is the best ....dont BELIEVE me come in and see for your self. Some times you may have long hold times thats just becuse that thay are so bizie . The new manager is a person who does not know how to address the clients for everything you ask him, he yells at you and gets angry I do not remember the name of this person I always have to buy my parts for my clients but since they put this person as manager I am not going I prefer to go to other auto parts. That it has not been advanced where they treat me well and talk to me with. Educasion I do not recommend at least this location 👎
