Small hidden auto part store in the corner. When I was there every sales person (3) were on the phone. Waited about 20 minutes in line with 4 other people. This place is always busy. Service was good, parts were good.

They were the only ones in town that had the battery I needed in stock. Very friendly and courteous. Better price than quotes I received for other locations to order for me. Thank you Ivan!

Polite staff. Seems to be pretty well stocked.They do have good prices on deep cycle batteries, Ive been checking around and they have the best prices.Added: I did purchase the battery last week and they were nice enough to carry it out to the truck and help determine a size that fit.

I never knew Napa was so close well i did purchase axle for my 2003 Honda Pilot i was two bucks short and Jose said it’s ok he will take care of it i got my parts but unfortunately one of my axle broke while driving i took it back with my receipt and no questions asked Alexander ordered another one and i picked it up. Napa employees very friendly and kind prices are good i had a great experience with Napa.

I am also from out of town and was using my sons car. I decided to fix a couple of things and after stopping at OReilly and seeing their prices (about 33% more) decided to see who else was around. About a block down the street I found Burbank Auto Parts, they were about 100 times more friendly, cheaper, professional and went out of their way to help me with other questions. I would highly recommend them

They are bilingual, SE HABLA ESPANOL! and they actually KNOW HOW!!! If you ever have a question about something, especially if you are a woman (like me) and you have no clue what you need, they will always help you out. Its way cheaper than the dealer and they have the best quality parts (compared to other parts stores)!

This place was excellent when it was burbank autoparts....if you had a special part or in my case my 67 camaro had a drum to disc break conversion in the 80s (i didnt know what year Chevy the calipers were from) i needed a new one so..at that time burbank auto parts looked at the caliper and new what i needed immediately..being the caliper wasnt from a 67 camaro....now getting that kind of service or knowledge isnt gonna happen...they cant match stuff that isnt exactly model make and year.....why did ken sell out to napa... all old employees essentially are goneNow we get average at best instead of great..

I ordered and paid for a hard brake line (Nickel Hydraulic), they had to order it, so the dude told me to come back 2 days later.My wife went back, they told her come back next day cos they forgot to order it.She went back a day later, they ordered the wrong part.She went back two days later: unable to locate itDont waste your time with these losers.

Rude and disrespectful over the phoneI called my local napa they told me this store has the supplier for a certain trans fluid I need. amsoil mtf I called this store, waited for about 5 min before anyone answered. talked to a guy that said they didnt didnt have it. I tried to explain it was something they had to order. But was hung up on before I could finish. i called back they heard my voice and put me on hold instantly. after another 5min on hold I hung up and called back. they answered and this time just hung up on me. I called back and Eric answered the phone this time.. i explained myself and asked to please just check for me if it can be ordered or transfer me to Yolanda. (who I was referred to in the first place) then he laughs at me and says she is on lunch and hung up again. infuriated by this I called back with the intention of speaking to the manager or his superior if the manager was in fact this incompetent Eric fellow.. to my surprise Yolanda answered the phone.. what do you know they do do business with the supplier. but they have to order above a certain amount. she said she will contact the supplier and call me back.... still waiting for that call hours later.....-swerve-
