Jennifer was a very big help to me, she went above and beyond her job dutys, she helped me get my paperwork took care of she was very nice and did not rush me, Im not very smart when it comes to printing from my phone, she helped me get it all available for copy and fax. I Thank God she was here today bc I could not have made my deadline without her help. The world could use more good people like her.

I have been super impressed with the personalized service from this store. Yes, I pay more than at the post office, but I get much better service. The staff recognizes me by name, knows whether I have a package, brings it to the front as soon as I enter, checks my box for me, even helped me with a very heavy package. Im out of town for extended periods. The staff forwards my mail appropriately and timely. Very satisfied.

They will sell you an overnight rate but not ship it out until the next day. Unbelievable!Revised 5/4/21: It was sent under my wifes last name. It was a legal document that had to be delivered the next day. You did refund her but I am not pulling the one-star review because it cost us a lot more in time and money.

Georgia and Jennifer are the best. Theyre fast, friendly, and helpful. Anyone posting about prices should understand its a business they charge for all services rendered and not giving you the price you want isnt bad customer service. Im older and never review but these lovely ladies made me want to with their amazing service.

I came in today around 3: 00 pm to Fax some documents to my sons doctors. Let me tell you that the women who helped me today went above and beyond in her duties. She helped me so very much . Iam just sad that I dont remember her name. She was the sweetest women and so so very helpful she needs a nice long vacation and a pay raise. Thankyou so very much

Do your self a favor drive to the UPS store on Sprout Springs. Much better customer service and wont charge $2.27 to print a single piece of paper. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!!Im going to add this in response to the owner who said it was a curtosey, your employee did not know about my experience at the other store until after I was finished and paid. I also did not know until that same time that this store is under the same ownership. That said, customer service is important and the employee at the sprout springs store provided outstanding customer service when I inquired. The employee at the other store was rude right off the bat.

The workers were nice but this location wants to charge $2.25 to print a small amazon return label. I might as well have printed it myself. The Athens UPS stores don’t charge for printing one piece of paper.

UPDATE 5/23/2019 - Rahim the store Owner (these are individually owned/operated stores) called me and we discussed the issue. He was very pleasant and as Owner he was able to resolve the issue and sent me a check for the full amount of the shipping. He explained that although they carry the UPS Store name, they are not UPS Corporate. Trying to resolve an issue like this through Corporate will not get anywhere, have to work through the local store (admittedly I’m confused because I tried that, but kept getting deferred to Corporate). Anyhow my issue is resolved and I’ve bumped up to 3 stars-still think there’s opportunity at the store level for better communication, follow up, accountability, etc...ORIGINAL REVIEWIf I could give half a star I would. Spent $18+ to ship a package that by the time it reached it’s destination, had been crushed by something quite heavy, and the box had been re-taped to hold it together. Of course the contents inside were damaged. For the last month I have been going back and forth with this store #3840 and UPS corporate trying to get reimbursed for the value of the packaged items and shipping costs. Multiple trips and phone calls to the store, being told something one day only to be told something different the next day, nobody calls me to tell me what’s going on-I have to follow up myself, the store and corporate keep redirecting me to each other such as “its not our decision” and “you have to work with the store” and “that man gave you wrong information” ...when they agreed to pay my claim, they decide to deduct $6 from the shipping reimbursement because I packaged the item myself instead of the store. Evidently if I had paid extra $ for them to package the item then I would’ve received my full $18+ dollars back??? I’m now taking it up with the owner directly as the customer service at the store is of no help. However in looking at some of the responses from the owner in prior reviews, I’m not hopeful that I’ll see my $6.

Stopped in in a MAJOR hurry before work with multiple packages all going different places and Bobby was the absolute best--got me in & out of there as quickly & professionally as possible. i live about 20 minutes from here but am willing to make the drive anytime i need a package shipped just because i know i can trust this guy. thanks again Bobby!

Tried to drop off a return box to amazon, the employee there basically told me that it will get lost and itll be your fault, unless you want us to repack it for you for $50. Would not recommend this one, try another, actually helpful one who wont just start judging you because you were sent a package in a damaged box when youre just trying to return it.

Wow. I wouldnt expect this service from a local UPS store in our area. My wife went in today to ship a package to our friends who just found out they were pregnant. Anila (remember that name) gladly wrapped it up, without telling us the cost, got to the register, and said it would be $70 to ship standard ground shipping to the destination. Which is in AZ, so it is far but we thought that was way too much. So my wife politely said we cant pay that right now and said well just wait. When we asked for our items inside the box back, ANILA said no, you have to pay for the box now. Its already wrapped. That will be $29. My wife said, we dont need the box, you can just take it out. That wouldnt work for Anila. Anila needed $29 to take 5 seconds to cut open the box and give us our product back (2 coffee mugs). Then gave some dialogue about how the box is already used now so we had to pay. I was a FedEx employee for years, that box cost less than $1. My guess is 40 cents (which we would of paid). We got the manager (Rahim) on the phone and he got it down to $15 (which is still ridiculous) but they THREATENED to keep our items if we didnt pay. So we paid...to get OUR possessions back. Just typing that makes my blood boil. I ship A LOT through UPS for my business. But never again. If thats how they treat a sweet 27 year old woman, how will they treat you? Id pass on this store.UPDATE:Man. I usually dont post an update unless the business rectifies the situation and fixes it....but I cant help it with the response he gave. The ignorance is surreal.First off, lets start with some lies. And of course you are right about 40¢ boxes but those are tiny tiny boxes not the one that was used to fit your tons of china in it. TONS OF CHINA. Its laughable. It was 2 coffee mugs, already boxed, from Target. I mean come on man. Either Anila is giving you incorrect information. Or youre just trying to cover your tail on this (accurate) review. Id say its the latter.Next one. Lets bump it up to $1 for your box. Thats a 150% increase than what I said last time. Shoot, lets go to $5. Again, its reusable (dont forget; former FedEx employee). But lets just say its not. Lets say you can never use that box again. Is it $29? Is it $15? Because thats what we were told in a rude tone or we wouldnt get our product back. That blows my mind that she even said that.I would of been fine with paying the cost of the box. They return items at no charge. Again, thats not even what we were asking for. But you over charged us at $29. We said no. And then you over charged us at $15. And as my wife had a 8 month old she had to go pick up, I just said pay it and leave.If you would of just said sorry, thats our policy. I apologize for the inconvenience, I would of just left it alone. But you wanted to get on here and lie.So again, that is another reason why I would never do business at this specific UPS location.

Shipping to a military address and this is the only location near by. Every time I go they charge me different amounts and spend half an hour on the phone figuring out how to shop to the military address. Ive spend fourth five min trying to ship one box at least twice.

Because I feel that if u are shipping a flat rate package or envelope as in my case it should be the flat rate. Not triple of what it should have been Im a single mom and I feel as if I should have been told or not felt as if I was taken advantage of. I called this morning and the guy was rude. I will never go there again nor recommend to anyone period unless they fix this

I would leave it as 1/2 star if i couldcame into the store Monday to ship out a package, it was an amazon return that unfortunately i had to pay for. i am not an avid online shopper so this was all new to me. the older gentleman said i needed to pay for return and packaging as i did not bring in original box as well. ( so far ok ) the indian girl came and took my package to the back to pack it was a box of solar lights still in the original box just not the amazon box. NOW comes PROBLEMS#1 i had to give me number 4 times yes you heard me 4 times to the older gentleman#2 after that he made several mistakes with my name and address before finally getting it right ( or so i thought)#3 the indian girl had long before packed and brought the box back up and managed to help few others in line while i am still being waited on.after we finally get settled with shipping cost and its time to pay my bill went from $13.26 to almost $29.#4 when i asked why $29 the man got really upset and asked me who was going to pay for the box?excuse me... as i had mentioned earlier THIS IS NEW TO ME. IF YOU WILL TAKE A MOMENT TO LISTEN TO ME I WILL UNDERSTAND. all you had to say was that the original price was shipping the difference was for boxing.#5 after looking over the label we found ISSUES... after all that repetition we still had mistakes.. the girl finally stepped in and quickly corrected the address issue as the older man apparently having some sort of issues understanding basic english.#6 i still have issues with why i was charged almost $16 for a small box that held 2 solar lamps but by then i was just frustrated and wanted out#7 clearly this gentleman is not of age to be working at a UPS Store MNGT you might want to make note and perhaps dedicate another area to himi will NOT be going back there again and will make time to make way out to FEDEX or another UPS .

This location is extremely old and unorganized. They need to retire the staff and hire younger people. They ruined my printed batch of shirts and never replaced the shirts, smells terrible. Can’t wait for my suite box # to come to an end.
