I recently visited the FedEx Office and my shopping experience was absolutely wonderful. I was greeted upon arrival, which really made me feel welcome. The entire crew was very professional, courteous and was willing to assist, the moment I stepped in the store. I needed to professionally print two certificates on certain high quality, heavy stock paper and the gentleman whos assisting me knew his job and wanted to make certain that the job was done right; indeed, he did a magnificent job and I was very pleased, with the outcome. This FedEx Office Print store was on the money! I highly recommend this facility to anyone, looking for any type of printing services, you wont be disappointed. Fritz-Gerald Délice, Ph.D.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I needed some programs and posters printed for my grandma’s funeral and they did not meet the 4 hour timeline initially promised. I submitted my order at 8am and did not receive the materials until 7:15pm. When I called to speak to the manager Steve, he passed the phone his staff member because he did not want to solve the issue. His staff member Tremane, was extremely rude to me. I had to call corporate to get a realistic timeline and resolve what was going on. I shouldn’t have to deal with this level of service while planning a funeral for my grandmother. They left a very sour taste in my mouth and made me feel very uncomfortable during the entire process. I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Came to send my package via UPS as they failed to ring the bell and pick up. So ok fine I need to drop off. So I went to this place. I have printed many documents at different UPS store. If its via Email they charge $1 for email and then cost per print. Now this UPS person said its $2 plus print for the label.I asked why they said opening your email its a service cost of $2. Well question is whats so special on opening an email? This is bad business practices charging $2.20 to the customer for printing label.

Customer service at this location has seriously went down hill. I went into the (Mall of GA) Buford GA location today. 5 Associates were working and no one wanted to assist customers at the counter, they all seemed to want to choose working in the shipping area. This is the worst experience in FedEx Kinkos Ive ever had, true rating 0

Customer service was friendly but this company doesnt care about customers concerns. I sent a money order out over 2 weeks ago to a location one hour away and according to tracking it has been all over the country (tx, ca, al, etc). I paid to have it delivered in 3 days. Now I have a bunch of money floating around. Ive called customer service many times only for them to tell me exactly what tracking online tells me. Ill never use fedex again. I hope this company gets shut down.

Tried to ship my package twice. Charged me BOTH TIMES for almost $900. Wouldnt call support to figure out what happened. I had to raise a sink to just get them to call. They refused to get the issue fixed and even said, Im not going to stay on the phone with their own tech people.

Christmas time and 3 people working. Obviously, a sign of fantastic management. The customer service is always lacking and no one ever seems to know what they are doing.Go somewhere else. You’d be better off hiring a random stranger that has a horse to ship your package than going here.

Have had great experiences the last 5 years- employees were super helpful & would go the extra mile for you. I knew most of the employees by name & they all knew my name. Im a teacher & I can tell you these people were special, cared about their job, & cared about YOUR finished product. But a change in company policy or a change in managers has caused employees to “not be able to help. Everything now is self serve.” I walked in & 2 employees were on their phones & said the above quote. I was the only one in the store. The manager was likewise not helpful & borderline rude. Crushing Candy must be important to corporate policy now. More so than customer service. I WILL NEVER WALK INTO ANOTHER ONE IF THESE STORES AGAIN. Office Depot here I come.

So I needed to send something FedEx and needed it notarized before sending. Went to FedEx *and they dont notarize.* the FedEx employee literally sent me down the street to the UPS store, and then proceeded to educate me on how they hadnt notarized at this FedEx store since 2008, when I was 13 years younger. ***Note to FedEx owners***.... If your employees are sending business down the street to the UPS store for a service you dont offer, you probably have a problem. Epic fail.

Horrible experience! Had packages delivered and held there for pick up. When I went to retrieve them, found out they had sent them back after only 6 days with no notice to me. Even though I had a printout of the tracking showing clearly that the packages were there, no one could help me figure out what had happened. The best help I got was from the manager who stated that it wasnt his fault and he didnt create the system. Amazing. THE most useless waste pile of help, zero customer service and less than zero caring. This is a worthless staff. All I was able to get was a toll free number, which, oddly enough, once I got through to a person did a wonderful job of actually helping me, so kudos to the phone reps. If you have to use FedEx, avoid this one. Theres UPS right around the corner from them, and Ive never had an issue with them. But if enjoy confrontation and a total lack of service, then have at it. Zero stars.

The gentlemen working tonight, I think his name is Josh, had the best customer service and was amazing. Even though it was close to closing time and he had a line of customers he was patient, extremely helpful, did not rush anyone, kept a smile on his face and did an excellent job!!! Horrible customer service by the store manager named Alexis: called for my baby shower invitation and she wanted to kick me off the phone kept interrupting me. Also told me the printing had a 24 hour turn over rate. I called another fedex store and completely different service. I had help and I was able to get my invitations the same day

Excellent excellent service. I have Been to this location couple times. & I always go to KIM who works there. for questions or any type of service I need. She is super helpful and I ask her so many questions and she always answers them. She also goes out of her way to make sure everything is done correctly. Shes very kind and knows what shes doing.Find Kim at this location and she will take care of you.Thanks Kim for the wonderful experience.

I have come in a few times recently.The first time- printed a few copies of my resume took maybe 5 minutes.Second time- needed some pictures printed. The machine took my card and order just fine printed 3 pictures and shut down. The rep restarted the machine and had me try again (meaning re purchasing the photos) and it did the same thing. And she only refunded me for one of the charges. (15$ each) length of time over an hour to deal with this because it took 30 minutes to get someone to help with the machine.Third time- I was pretty much the only one Im here came to print more resume copies. Emailed it to them like last time. The reps were very consumed in conversation. 20 minutes to get it printed was just annoying.Over all nice staff its just so unpredictable how long you will spend here. However, I can get what I need done. So Ill come back when needed.

Don’t expect any help for them other than “ call customer service”. Was absolutely no help in located a package. Come to find out the driver was LAZY and marked the package for future delivery. Would never recommend FedEx.

Understaffed or no sense of urgency. I go here often since its close to work, but you get no greeting theyll look at you and walk right past without saying Ill be with you in a second or any type of courteous comment. I usually have a 50/50 chance of waiting even with my packages only needing a drop of because its ready to go.

Aweful customer service. Refused a package that was custom wrapped for the reason “the box is busted open”. No, the box is cut and professionally strapped to the item inside to protect it. Lazy staff that didn’t want to handle a package on a Sunday evening. Took 5 minutes to even be helped.

Dreadful customer service, omg! The lady who first helped me, black lady with short hair and glasses, had an attitude the whole time she was helping me. Im not too good with technology and I didnt understand how to print what I wanted to print. She did help me, but not without making me feel like a complete idiot. She later got busy and had to help someone else so a younger heavy set white guy was helping me, but he seemed more interested in helping a different guy, though I came in first... What kind of show are yall running here fedex!?

I dont want the star rating to be misleading. The operation is severely understaffed. The crew was multi- tasking like mad men but there were to many customers and placed orders to complete. In fact, one of crew members was supposed to have left an hour earlier. Through it all, they were professional and extremely good natured and polite. I was impressed with the effort, but extremely disappointed with FedExs overall performance.

Everything you need, and quickly! Reasonably priced Internet access, copiers, posterboard, and a sizeable variety of office/mailing supplies and picture frames. The customer service is excellent, as well - the friendly assistant even gave me some zip-ties to hang my posters with, saving me a late-night trip to the store. Highly recommended!

There are several FedEx offices in the greater Atlanta area that arent organized and lack customer service. In my opinion, this is not one of those locations - the employees are well trained and coached. If Im in the area again, Ill definitely use this locations.

None of their machines tell you that there will be a 15 dollar hold on your account. Lady claimed it started the beginning of this year. Well I was at that same place around the time it started and never saw such a thing. The only hold on my account was the price of my service. Secondly I was not greeted when I came into the store. I no know to go elsewhere to handle any services that does not involve shipping. This policy is ridiculous.

Today was my second time printing here and I decided that I would not be a customer here anymore. When I came first time a week ago, the files that I submitted to be printed and picked up werent printed in right size, and my print instruction comments did not go through. However, it was okay because the lady who helped me was super nice and willing to help. Today, same thing happened and the files werent even what I submitted. I had to deal with a staff (the white guy with glasses) who was not helpful at all this time. I explained about the situation and all he said was this is how it came through. He was not willing to help at all. It was clearly the Fedexs system failure but he acted like its my mistake. I asked him if I could put my files in USB and print again and he said youre gonna have to purchase again. He was not listening to me or trying to help me. He called manager to help me and the manager acknowledged that it was the system error and he printed the right files and sizes. But really.. this whole process was just a nightmare and I was treated very disrespectfully.

Saturday April 7th, I contacted the store to get a quote on a large print job. Donnell gave the the quote and suggested I email the PDF files so I did not have to sit there and wait. I thought this was very nice.I emailed the files and called to get a time they would be finished. When I called, I talked to Trish. She explained the ink was bleeding through the # of paper I had requested. She made a suggestion as to what paper to use. I switched. She also suggested binding the pages (749) so I could keep them in order. She worked so hard to make sure I had a quality product. I have been using the book (which is made up of 7 PDFs) for the last two days. I LOVE IT!! I couldnt ask for better.I also told a friend on Saturday night that the customer service experience I had with Trish and Donnell was THE BEST I have ever received ANYWHERE!I dont ever leave reviews because I am never WOWd or upset, but they deserve the praise. There is a great team working at the Buford location.Thank you for the wonderful service. See you again soon!

Want to give a shout out to Almedina! She helped me finish my DIY Xmas gifts today. I have not printed anything outside of my personal printer at home and she walked me through the entire process...she even helped me pick out the perfect card stock for my home made gifts. A totally nightmare... 45-50 minutes wait in the line and they have cero customer services... 5 different form and when you select one becausd they dont have any way that you lnow which one apply to you package then they tell you that you complete everything wrong and send you back to the counter and do more line...
