Because my company has a contract, some items are covered at no cost. The customer service is amazing! I recently had a bad experience with this company, but found out that it was a miss understanding with the billing. They send me a invoice for a service contract for one year for a machine that we owned and the price was out of this world! Needless to say I cancelled my contract with them, but the President of the company read my review about the billing and came to see me and explain what had happened. I have never had a President of any company to come and explain what had happen and try to make a mends with me, regardless wither I was going to do business with or not. This company takes responsible for what they do wrong and try to fix it. I got to give them a Heads Up.
