STAY AWAY!They messed up on order that was a gift for a colleague 2 separate times, once in the store and once through an online representative. Now they want me to pay additional money to fix their mistakes. Terrible customer service. I have been a customer for years. I will never purchase from them again.

The most friendly and helpful associates you could ask for. I was so pleased with the gift and the speed I was able to get a gift engraved. I will be back!

The service is very slow. You can tell the employees dont want to be there and arent interested in helping anybody.

The mall stores opened 30 minutes ago, this store is still closed. Wrong hours of operation on website. Time wasted driving so far.........still not open

Great gift shop for personalized gifts

I had the best experience with the manager. Her name is Emelia and she went above and beyond for me on a last minute gift I had to buy! Best customer service I ever got! She saved the day! I will go back to this location any day!

Not the best customer service at first but she eventually became more pleasant. Nice store. I usually go to NorthLake but its closed so I guess The Mall of Georgia is it for me now.

Fast and easy...Item was perfect

Retail associates were friendly and helpful. They offered to engrave my items the same day, and in the end they even allowed me to purchase a display/ sample item that I fell in love with!

Item that I ordered online looked beautiful. Long wait time to pick up online orders. I wanted to get something else engraved from the store but they said their wait time was at least 3 hours. Who wants to remain in the mall for that long?

I purchased an engraved bracelet for my husband. I was very happy with the engraved initials. He really loves the bracelet and wears it all the time.

I just had a baby so going to the mall is a big chore for us so I ordered something from this store online. When i got there i didn’t realize you needed a confirmation email/text to say that it was ready. I only got the one saying that it would be done sometime that day. Anyways, when i got to the store to pick it up a few hours after my order was placed it wasn’t ready and they were slammed. I explained i had a new baby and was in a somewhat of a hurry. They were more than kind and told me to give them just a little time and they’d make it for me. It was done super fast and looked great! I appreciate their help so much!

The website is awful, it wont add my item to the cart and constantly freezes. And, they keep trying to u the price of my order at the checkout.

I went in to get some form of jewelry for my daughters 18th birthday with her name engraved on it - since her name is not very common and I never see it printed on all of the general gift shop items like key chains, mugs, ect. I found a pretty bracelet on display among a collection and was delighted to see it was on sale. There was only one like it and it was perfect for my daughters sense of style. Of course engraving costs quite a bit more - something that I wish was on better display so the average customer can better tally their total purchase price. I was prepared for all these costs hidden or otherwise because I had never done this kind of thing before. I wound up paying about double the price of the bracelet once engraving was included - so only about $45. A great deal for something pretty and special. And I would need to pick it up at a later date. Upon my return - they handed me the bracelet and the metal plating part of it with my daughters name was completely scratched up. They didnt say anything, perhaps hoping I wouldnt notice? So when I pointed it out and told them I was not willing to accept it the way it was, the manager said I could pick out a different bracelet and they would engrave it on the spot. Unfortunately it was a one of a kind and none of the others in that discounted section were very similar. My daughters birthday was the next day and I felt I didnt have any other options, so I picked out a different one that was still pretty but just not the same. :-( It was engraved right then and there (wish they had done that with the last bracelet) - and then the real sticking point which makes my review a 1 star - is that they demanded I pay an extra $7 because the original bracelet that I had paid for was that much less (due to some further price reduction of that particular bracelet) than this new one which was in the same priced section! I got the bracelet from the same display as the first one and they insisted that I pay MORE when they had completely f*#ked up the one I had really wanted. This was extremely bad customer service and the manager was a pushy little lady. If I had any other options I would have demanded my money back, but I was out of time and ideas, and I had sucked it up and paid the extra $7. So all in all - if you want to pay a lot of money for something pretty with engraving on it - this is your store. I, however, will never go back. I will seek all future engravings somewhere else.
