I brought in a charm bracelet that had a broken clasp. I got it for a gift for Christmas last year but didn’t keep the receipt. Mariah helped me try to find record of the purchase but could only find purchase of the charms that were on it. She still replaced my broken bracelet with no problems. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I was very pleased with Mariah and her customer service!

I just wanted to come on here and thank Ashley! She helped me in June 2021 pick out a ring for my sister. I picked out a ring that was special and she was so kind and patient. I came in today but this time my boyfriend was getting me a charm and she assisted us — she even remembered me. She was great and made sure my custom charm was to my liking and even cleaned my charms and bracelet before putting it all together.

20 people allowed in the store. There were only 10 in the store at a time. Had to wait 15 mins. Manager was not helping anyone. Wont be shopping at this Pandora again. Tries to charge me $45 for the $25 Open Hearts charm.

What a terrible place. Zero customer service. They won’t answer phone. It says leave a message and they will call back and they don’t! We bought a ring and simply needed to change sizes. . Chloe was completely uncooperative. She had the ring but hid behind policy. We tried to exchange twice but store was closed. We tried to call but no answer. Today we were in area and got zero help. We live an hour away. We ended up calling and exchanging from online store. So they are shipping us another ring and we are shipping them ours back when all they had to do was swap sizes. Makes zero business sense! I will not be buying any products in this store again! They had the nerve to ask me to leave store to call Pandora customer service online to handle my issue myself instead of simply exchanging sizes from a ring they had right there in stock!

Jasmine waited on us and she was very friendly and helpful. We had to wait outside of the store for about 10 minutes as they are still practicing social distancing in wish is great. My first visit there and it wont be my last.

I don’t ever make a review but, I was very disappointed with this store. I bought a charm bracelet online and it didn’t fit. I went in and replaced it with a bigger size. The lady was really nice and even let my fiancé try on multiple bracelets since they didn’t have the specific one to replace. Although the lady was really nice and she had us believe the new bracelet we got was the right size, it wasn’t. It was 2-3 sizes to big. We even had three charms on it to. She said it would fit better with more charms. No big deal. We walked around the mall for a little and after having the bracelet almost slip off her wrist we went back to change out the bracelet with a smaller size. Well I wouldn’t think it would be a big deal since we just did it and we already replaced it once. We waited in line which is fine and once we got in got a new lady. She said she couldn’t t take it back because it was used even though we just bought it and I had the receipt. We left and called the Pandora which was closer to our home and they advised me that that wasn’t correct and they should have replaced it. We went to the Pandora we called and they replaced it no questions asked and even had the original one that she wanted. Nevertheless if I’m paying $175 for something that you guaranteed me would work and it didn’t, I should be able to get it replaced or a refund.

Placed an online order then an hour later they gave my order away to someone else, I came to the store to see what the problem is but they basically told me that it isn’t their problem that they gave away my order. Now I have to deal with this with customer service. Don’t ever go here, the manger doesn’t care about anyone or to give good service and help people out.

Outside of waiting in line for over 20 minutes and one of the employees saying people ahead of was the last to be serve... and not telling the rest of us paying customers behind them...and threatening to call mall security, when we asked to speak to a manager, this is why I give Pandora a 3 star rating. The manager Chole, made up for a bad experience. She found a solution to to service more customers and was very knowledgeable. Chole made the difference in my shopping experience today.

Poor customer service. I went to the store, and they have a useless kiosk outside of the store. The representatives were just talking instead of helping the line. When I finally was called to come in, Minerva, the sales lead “helped” me. She needs to find a job, but not in customer service. Her attitude was terrible. I placed an online order, and unfortunately the sizes were not correct (my mistake). I asked Minerva to exchange them to different sizes. She “explained” she would just mark them as “not Picked up items” but was not able to assist me with all the different sizes. I ended up returning half of my order and got really upset. I will avoid this store in the near future. Too sad Jared stores don’t have Pandora’s instore anymore.

Definitely rude, and I shop often from Pandora. I believe it was a manager there but the sales associate had better customer skills than the manager, short white lady with glasses . I felt like she was stereotyping me and my husband . Just standing there looking at me. I was not in my best dressed, we just came from the running trail across the street, but that’s not the point. As we were leaving, none of them could not even say bye or have a good day. I feel sorry for the worker of color there because the manager was talking rudely to her. Corporate needs to come down to this store and see what is going on. I honestly want to call corporate, just read other reviews with same problem. All I can say is that the white older women in that store are not friendly or welcoming, why would I spend 500+ if you can’t even give me good service. I thought about buying something to prove I don’t have to steal anything, but I don’t wanna put any money in there pockets.

I came here to exchange my Christmas gift from my husband. There were two white ladies worked in the shop, non of them said hi or smile. It’s fine. I waited for 10’ before I was given a bad service ever in the jewelry store. Still no smile and unwelcome attitude, I think they might hate their job. The lady took care of me, after a bit tried to find my size, said they don’t have that size in store. Ok, I understand. But when I asked order it online, she refused that immediately, just offered to refund as a gift card, I have to do it myself without giving me any reason. I’m the customer, not the beggar to be given that attitude. And one more notice, they tried so hard to talk with any customer step in for buying something, not exchange. Whoever the manager here, please change it, if one of them is the manager and they read this but still keep that attitude, congratulation, they will lose more customer.

I had broken my ring the week before and came in to see about getting it replaced. The service I received while here was amazing! Sabina was attentive and very quick about replacing my ring. Whole thing took 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Bought a beautiful bracelet. Loved it. Gold and silver. Was not suggested to me to buy a safety. This is what i was told should have been done, it fell off the first time I wore it....very expensive mistake. Not my mistake, the sales persons mistake, at my cost. Nothing they could do, bummer. I did notice they no longer feature that bracelet. Buhbye Pandora. :( getting rid of the other ones i have too, they remind me too much of the one I never got to enjoy.

Loved my Pandora bracelet. However customer service was extreme poor. The girl who helped me and my husband has really zero sales etiquette. She was waiting for someone and put zero attention to my needs. She was trying to close the sale and was just waiting for my husband to hand her the money. She was going to give me my bracelet on a plastic bag because supposedly she ran out of pandora boxes.

One is being nice. My husband bought me a bracelet with many charms and was told if I wanted to change any out just do so within so many days. We take it there and they refuse to exchange any because I wore the bracelet in for the first time. Asked for the district manager since it was never mentioned upon purchase you couldnt wear it prior to exchanges. Never got upper mgmt just the mall police called to the store. Go on amazon for your bracelet. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE FOR THE OVERPRICED PRODUCTS.

Went around closing to buy myself something nice for once and some girl helped me out didnt get her name. picked out what i wanted but decided to keep looking for charms. then the same lady went to help someone else which is understand able but after she finished helping them out she left the store and completely forgot about me. she seemed like she was in a rush to go home and made me wait 15-20 mins just for her to walk out on me

I came in yesterday with my cousin. I was looking for a charm for my aunt. My cousin wanted bracelets for her daughters. We were helped by Alexandra. I cant speak for the other employees, but Alexandra was spot on. Even after telling her we were pretty much window shopping early on, she gave us 5 star service. Granted, this was a thursday evening, about 5pm or so. Ill post an update when I buy my aunts charm.

Horrible customer service! I stood waiting for 20+ minutes while associates looked at me standing only to go put merchandise away while I was waiting. Finally, an associate helped another woman who came in after me. I was never able to look at what I wanted to purchase and finally left! Not the first tome this has happened to me at this store, and I have purchased a ton of merchandise here!

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I came in with 3 children to exchange a bracelet that had a broken clasp and low and behold after standing in line for 20 min the manager and her flock of employees, that was helping the customer in front of me, follows her right past me like I was invisible. She comes back with 2 employees and then takes a look at me and tells her employees, lets go help some customers. Hello Im right in front of you! Once again walks right past me. Im looking at this woman like, shes kidding me, right? Then she comes back to the checkout desk and walks right past me once again. At this point in time she mentions something about the lady with the stroller in a condescending tone. And thats what crossed the line. I said excuse me, ran over some ladys flip flop and left. I have never been so disrespected.They chose the wrong person to end business with because I have over $3k worth of bracelets and charms. Absolutely ridiculous. Corporate was a big help and I commend them on looking into the issue. Whoever was running that place today was the worst person they could have chosen. Because they have lost multiple customer and there were several dissatisfied customers alongside myself. I once loved the store and the sweet employees but now its just a nasty place to do business with I recommend any other location besides the mall of ga.

I bought my mother a bracelet from this location last year, for her fiftieth birthday. The service was lackluster, as was the service when I returned several times over the last 8 months to get charms for her bracelet. The final straw was when I went in the store for Mothers Day yesterday. When I initially entered the mall, there was a line, so my boyfriend and I went elsewhere, in order to let the line die down. When we came back, there was no line and room at the counter. Naturally, we entered the store and began looking at the trays of charms under the glass. We were immediately accosted by a women behind the counter helping another customer asking us to leave the store, there was a line, and someone would be with us shortly. My response was something along the lines of Were not allowed to look? The sales person backpedaled immediately, as my voice tone made it quite clear I felt insulted. Apparently, as a young woman dressed in jeans and a t-shirt, I did not look like their normal clientele, which just makes me angrier to think about. I am young professional who prefers to dress down during the weekend. Not to mention, it was MOTHERS DAY. Lots of people of all kinds were there to spend their money on the women in their life. When I had (quickly) selected a charm, and entered the checkout line, the same woman came up and said she was sorry if she offended us she just wanted us to get the customer service we deserved. Since when is kicking your customers out of the store good customer service?I will not be back to this location. Guess I will have to find somewhere else to fill my mothers bracelet.

Worst customer service. Dont expect any returns or refunds. All they want is making salea and money in your pockets. After making me wait for an hour and promised an exchange was possible, the salesperson turned around and told me the bracelet I got less than 24 hrs ago at another store was final sale and that $34 will be refunded instead of $260 we spent. Lies! I had the store manager down in Savannah where we purchased the bracelet called the manager in Lenox square to help us with the exchange and I got just what I wanted from pandora. We ended up spending more money getting more charms but it was worth it, to spend money for customer service done right. Bottom line, Id rather drive another 30min to either perimeter or lenox than being treated like what I went through with the store manager and her associate at mall of GA. This was the 3rd time they treated me like that. I will never buy anything from this store.

My wife and I bought a gift for our mom. When we came in to the store we already had made our choice of what to buy(maybe under 5 minutes). MELANIE (the oldest lady in the store) made us wait for 25mins. Melanie said she was busy, she went inside and said she’ll come back for us. But when she came out, she entertained other customers. I don’t know if she was just choosy in whom she wants to provide service with or she intentionally forget about us. One of the staff (i didnt get her name) assisted us even though she was with other customers. The cashier (who i think is still a trainee) was far more better than MELANIE. She (the cashier) apologized for what happened though it wasn’t her fault. MELANIE didnt even thought of apologizing. Before I went out of the store I told MELANIE that she should do better next time with her customer service. She just wished me a goodnight. What a way to treat your customer.

Have you ever heard that a Visa Gift Card is not accepted without a Pin #? I Callled Visa and they said they never heard about it, they could have ran it as a credit, Words from Visa. I told the manager I believe her name was Tamisha, she was absolutely not friendly. After waiting 20min to be waited on and another 30 to make up my mind, I walked out without my purchase that was already wrapped up. The card was for $50.00 and the remaing was going to be w/cash. To bad for them, I went to Parsons in Suwanee and used my gift card with no problem.All she had to say that it waspolicy. Very poor service. I can say the sales lady was great.Never stepping in that store again.

I received a Pandora bracelet for my birthday this year and 10 charms in the last 3 months. Two close friends also gave me 2 charms for my B-Day. I was thrilled! I brought it to Pandora last night to have it cleaned. They had me initial a book for the bracelet before I left it there and they counted 12 charms. It wasnt ready when I returned so I waited. They had me inital the book again not telling me I should recount the charms. This morning talking with some friends we counted the charms and I was missing one (the gift from my close friends)! Pandora has been told by their regional manager, Kylie, that they are not responsible for it and will not replace it because I initaled the book. I feel like a victim of theft and all because of an incompetent salesperson and poor customer service. Pandora has lost me as a customer and I will not have anything good to say about their company.

I have visited this store twice to return a pair of earrings and I have received awful service each time (and I still have the earrings!)The first time I visited, the person took my return and placed it in the counter where anyone could grab it. The employees were in the back laughing, on their phones, and ignoring the customers on the sales floor. Someone finally came up to ask me if I needed help before saying she can help you then walking away! I left the store because of the pathetic excuse of customer service.When I returned the second time to return it, no one would help me AGAIN. When I finally got help, they wouldnt refund it because I didnt have the original card purchased, because that card was stolen and I was issued another one. The receipt says nothing about this policy, but they still screwed me out of money. I will never shop Pandora again, this is an awful location.

Here they sterotype you. Its pathetic, I went in to buy a ring and look at the charms. No one said anything to me until my husband asked for help. She looked at us and our three kids and said the rings are over there. Didnt tell us where the sign in sheet was or anything. After waiting 20 minutes a couple comes in and they had stuff they purchsed from other expensive stores all the sales associates flocked to them and asked if they needed help and where the sign in sheet was. Shame on Pandora for the way their employees act and sterotype. Wont shop there again.
