Im so happy they allowed in store shopping, not hung up on masks and i was able to pick things up and smell again even bought some new stuff. The girl at the door with the green hair was super helpful and sweet and helped me find my favorite things 😁

Thank you so much to the employee that helped my twins tonight. My 3 year old twins are both autistic, and often struggle with the sensory input of bathing or showering. They love Halloween, so we got all of the Halloween bath bombs, and then the associate recommended a sample of the “Ectoplasm” shower jelly/slime. The literal joy on my twins’ faces as he mixed the slime for them and chatted. It was so pleasant, especially when he shared that he is also autistic, and that he was able to recommend those products. Lush will definitely have two new future employees in about 15 years!Thank you so much Lush. For the first time ever, they asked me to take a bath 💕

Went there about a month ago for the first time and the employees were so sweet and helpful, especially the girl at the register, I asked her her name but I forgot it, but she told me she was from Hawaii and that she was new there, I thanked her and told her she was doing great, and also the conditioner they recommended for my curly colored hair turned turned out to be perfect its called Glory, will definitely be going back for more.

The bath bomb I was suggested was absolutely freaking amazing and was so soft on the skin and my fiancee picked out one as well which ended up being super fun it was like a rainbow cloud !! Im definitely very pleased and the workers were very sweet

The staff was SO helpful today. They held my other purchases behind the counter so that I didn’t have to carry anything during my Lush experience. One of those situations where they didn’t have to be as nice as they were, but it was more appreciated than they know.

I always have admired lushs customer service and this store lives up to it!! They are super on top of sanitizing and washing hands for each customer entering which I so appreciate during covid. big shoutout to the girl at the register today I didnt catch her name but she complimented my tote bag just want to say she was an angel! Absolutely love their products. Yes they are expensive.Some of the soaps have such wonderful scents and are silky when washing your hands. We just bought a few that you can use as a body wash (will update on that later).The shampoo disk is awesome. They said it lasts around 30 or so uses. I use it everyday and it has lasted over 90 days. For the price that was a wonderful surprise.We have a few products that we bought and have yet to try. Once we do I will follow up and post.

Love the shampoo cakes. They smell great, make my hair feel clean and bouncy, and are plastic, wrapper-free! Love that Lush is earth & environmentally concious/friendly. I am trying hard to go plastic free, so their efforts are appreciated. They also have causes and Sharks was the cause when I was in there. Very nice staff. Seemed very knowledgeable.

I had a great experience with my first visit to a Lush location! I had ordered online before, but really enjoyed being able to see the products in person.

Love....love....love.....tried their same of their 100% natural Fruit base products and was hooked. The girls their know their products and and quick to encourage to try in store or at home. Great way to decrease returns. Oh and they have a Recycle program where if you return 5 or more of the containers you get a free product. Any company that thinks about the environment is a win win for me.

Today, I was trying to place an order online that for some reason just would not go through. I came by the store to try and figure out the situation and possible order the products in person, but unfortunately, the problem could not be resolved while in the store.Despite this, I had an amazing experience at this location today! I am a frequent customer, but the customer service I received today was exactly what I needed after a frustrating situation.I did not catch the name of the employee who helped me out, but they were so kind and understanding! They listened to my situation and tried to help me out as best as they could. When we realized nothing could really be done in the store, they and their manager decided to give me a gift to make up for the day I was having. It was completely unexpected, and I am still blown away that they did this for me!No matter what happened today, I was always going to be a repeat customer (for life 😂), but the kindness I received today just reinforced that.No other place has employees like Lush does, especially this location. Always kind, beyond helpful, and down to earth. If the employee that helped me today happens to read this, thank you so much for what you did! I really can’t thank you enough for turning my day around.

The Bath bombs are so Amazing my husband bought 1 of every one they carry. I have had the pleasure of using 1 a few times a week since Christmas. It is bath Heaven the oil infused makes my skin glisten. All the ingredients are pure because I have sensitive skin and none of these bomb make me itch.

Professional, covid regulations 10/10! The people that work their are SO NICE! Two girls specifically, I didnt catch their names but one had rainbow vans and cool socks, the other had medium length brown hair . So kind, lively & the best ✨ vibes ✨! Store was very clean to!

They were all out of single bathbombs, which was a bummer, but out of their control due to covid, the customer service was excellent and as always, I found some awesome new products to fall in love with.

I came in this morning ( July 31st ) around 11:45 and I was already having a pretty hard day in general! I just want to say that whoever was in the opening shift that helped me was very kind and very nice and very knowledgeable. She put me at ease and didnt make me feel bad for asking questions, or give me a hard time when my debit card was declined. I just want to say you have a really great employee on your hands hands who makes customers feel appreciated. I wish I got a receipt so I could actually name her.

Everyone here is really nice and willing to help. I was able to find everything I needed, and then some. The store is spacious and clean. There are many different smells, but it smells so good in there. The facial products I get from LUSH arent cheap, but its so worth it, because they last a long time and are good for you (and the environment).

We had some amazing help in this store. I was looking for a specific scent, and a wonderful employee showed me every bath bomb with the scent I wanted. Sadly I could not decide on a single product and left empty handed, but everyone was so very nice and helpful.

I went on a busy Saturday and every single employee in that store made me feel 100% and that I was important customer . They were all super sweet and amazing people. They are very knowledgeable and goods sales persons. Im always happy to walk in this location and have a nice experience.

They have such cute stuff and I love lush and usually give great reviews but when my friends and I were in there this one employee kept acting like we were just in there to steal. She followed us around the store and when we were just talking between us kept coming up and asking if we were getting anything and looking at us pointedly. My friends and I felt really AKWARD and one of my friends had to just leave cause she was so upset. In the end we left without buying anything unlike what we planned

This was my first time at any Lush store and I absolutely LOVED it. The staff and manager were very helpful. They educated me on the meaning behind the brand, how to use each product, and helped me find scents based on what I liked. I highly recommend this store. The customer service was AMAZING. I loved what I bought, it was exactly what I wanted. The experience was so great that Id rather visit the store than shop online.

This is a unique store for bath and soap products. All of the soaps smell incredible and they are so creative and unique. It almost makes you want to strip down and take a bath right there in the store. If it wasnt so cold outside that day, I probably would have done this.

This is my favorite store! The staff here is so knowledgeable about the products, that this is one of the only stores I prefer to shop in-person versus online. They do demonstrations constantly, amd my kids absolutely love the bath bombs. We all have sensitive skin, and we swear by their products.

My sister and I went shopping at this location, on 4/5/18, and I must say the staff are incredible! This one associate in particular, Ashley, helped us the most and she was such a genuine person as well as a great listener! I love Lush. Theyre always friendly and I like the products. One catch; they have a weird return policy. If you pay in cash you can only get store credit, so always use your card.

A lot of people say Lush employees are pushy but these gals were wonderful. (: they gave us a sample before we even indicated buying anything and the suggestions they made were perfect, so that shows they were listening to what we liked/didnt like. They also managed to pay the same amount of attention to everyone else in the store even though it was crowded. Wonderful service.

The store smells amazing. The employees are very helpful in demonstrating the product and giving samples. One person can get 2 samples only and is usually only soap. However, there is a bit of an attitude when you walk out without buying anything. So when you go into the store to smell the product and then go online to shopped there is a bit of uncomfortableness.

I love lush. The store has incredible products and have really made an improvement to my skin and face.My only complaint is the staff. Theyre TOO nice. That doesnt sound like a bad thing but it can be. I live right down the street from Mall of Georgia, and all 6 of us in my house use about 10-15 lush products at any given time. So Im there almost every week. I would hope that by now they would assume Im a regular and just give me a normal Hi and Hello and just let me shop in peace. But instead I feel like Im being badgered into buying everything. But one of the employees was like Hey this is the 10th time Ive seen you this month! (Which was total exaggeration) and I felt bad and embarrassed. I spend at least 150$ a month at this store, and I would hope they would appreciate such a loyal customer, but instead I felt like a nuisance. :(

The employees are super nice. I do not enjoy the smell of most products. I also asked for a recommendation for a bar shampoo and the employee was great at explaining the different types. There were two scents that I could tolerate. I bought one and it makes my head sooo itchy and leaves a lot of residue. Super bummed. But the store itself is nice!

The smell of hundreds of bath bombs is overwhelming at first but you get used to it. Its a clean place and easy to find what you are looking for. Incredible staff. Even though it is very busy, the staff makes every visit a personal one and takes time to demonstrate and explain different products and their benefits. They are all extremely knowledgeable about ingredients, use, scents, etc in all their products. Whenever I’m in the area, I have to visit this store :)

I purchased the small pieces of soup made with essential oils that are meant to be used in the bathtub for soothing effect on the muscles of the body. The lady there mentioned that they tend to melt fast. This was on a Saturday morning and we headed to other places too during the day before we got home and I found that those small pieces which costed $6.50 each melted completely in the paper bag. The packaging of that product is just a small cardboard plat with compartments to put the pieces in it and the final bag is paper too. This product should be packaged individually in very small plastic bags with ziploc to prevent the loss of the product while transferring it home. The weather is very hot and the customer might, in worst cases, have a long drive home. So basically my money melted away on that product. Please beware when purchasing that item from this store. When I called the store about this issue the only solution they gave me is to email the company and complain about the packaging. They didnt even offer any compensation for the situation, which reflects bad customer service and that they dont care about your experience with the store. Such stores are selling you nice soothing experience, so at least they should care about the outcomes on the customer especially that the situation was created by their inappropriate packaging of their products.

They are really doing something right because my daughter thinks that going to this store is like going to an activity center. She plays in the sinks. The staff treat her like a sister and let her drop bath bombs and blow bubbles. It is rare to find a store that is actually fun. That aside, the products really cant be beat. The soaps are fantastic, and even for the guys, the bars of soap last forever. The prices might put some people off, but the product is definitely worth it. The staff know what they are talking about too, so ask them if you want some direction.

I had a very bad experience at Lush. My little sister purchased a face mask from Lush, and after using the product only twice it made her have a horrible allergic reaction to her face. I went back to the mall of GA location to return the product, and I had a bad experience returning the mask. The employees were not welcoming or understanding to my sisters face ( I brought her with me to show them her face)They wouldnt let me return the product and not once did they apologize for the situation. I will not be returning to this store or using Lush products. I will be telling all my friends and family about this.

On top of this there is an Angel named Melanie who works at the Lush location at the Mall of Ga who moved me in unspeakably beautiful ways.I am not sure if this she is a manager or not but she truly deserves to be, I met her a few weeks ago and Idk she just represented every single thing Lush seems to stand for. People like her and compaines like Lush are the little huge sparks of Magic that make being alive just that much more worth while.I appreciate you Melanie I know your not famous at the moment but Im still a huge fan of yours you are so kind so sweet rare and genuinely deserve every beautiful blessing that comes into your lifeLush Cosmetics thank you for being so compassionate, loving the planet, loving animals, loving others and still providing quality products I love everything you guys stand behind and plan to buy stocks into this company as soon as my financial situation balances itself out.. UPDATE 2018: They expanded the location and improved customer service. Changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars :)I absolutely loveee lush products! I wouldnt change it for the world! But this store is tiny and always crowded and on top of that there are like 15 people working there. I also dont like to be bounced around like a hot potato. If I am being helped by one person, I like that that person helps me with my entire purchase experience. Hope they make some changes or move to a bigger location.

When I went here on Saturday(October 7th), I went with my friends and let me tell you, the employees there are some of the coolest people you will ever meet. They actually hold conversations with you and engage with you and the products. They have no issue with explaining the products and why you should purchase them. I seriously now have a love for this location and everytime l intend on going to Lush, I would take all the time in the world just to go to this location.

Ive always been a huge fan of lush, and still am, but this past weekend I had a bad experience at the Mall of Georgia location. I went in to purchase Angels on Bare Skin facial cleanser because I have very sensitive skin and find that it is very gentle. An employee approached me however, and after talking to them casually and telling them that I purchase this product religiously because of my sensitive skin, they tried selling me a facial moisturizer. I told them that my dermatologist actually recommended a specific product for me so i would have to pass. The employee then told me that I should probably find a new dermatologist because their moisturizer is probably better. Incredibly rude, and incredibly unprofessional to question and insult my doctors professional recommendation. How dare a retail worker at the mall try to dismiss a doctors medical advice just to sell a product.
