Catrangers is really good cat adoption place I dont have anything negative to say about it. I adopted one cat named Spice aka Vivi now, she is absolutely wonderful sweet cat ever I have seen. I would HIGHLY recommend here. The staff was so helpful, caring and obviously really love cats. They know whats special about each cat, their history, etc. When it comes to adoption, it can be little overwhelming cause they ask alot of personal question, and they do virtual home tour, but as long as you are confident, truth, and ready for new cat, nothing will be hard. I could feel this is the right way to adopt a life. Everything in catrangers was clean, didnt smell like unwashed cat, atmosphere was calm and happy. The cats were veterinarian checked to be healthy. Each animal is spayed/neutered, vaccinated and microchipped before you take it home!It was really amazing experience and never forget in my life. I will keep in touch with donations. Thank You
We have known Rick for several years now and he, the staff, and volunteers are incredible. You can immediately tell that their sincere dedication and passion for their precious feline friends is the real deal! They are always there not only to provide the utmost quality care for their fur babies, but also to answer your questions and help place you with the perfect companion for your family.
Had a wonderful adoption experience with CR last weekend. Their facility is very well organized and extremely clean. Lots of volunteers were on hand cleaning and caring for all of the cats in their care. Suzanne the adoption coordinator was very helpful leading up to adoption, and foster mom Delia provided us with great information about her fosters. Great to see people coming together for a great cause selflessly. Thanks for my kitten, will recommend you to anyone and everyone!
We adopted Frodo (a.k.a Booker T) from the Catrangers recently. We are in awe of how knowledgable, diligent, dedicated, and loving the Catrangers staff members are. Especially Bonnie who reached out to us the very next day after receiving our application. After a thorough phone interview, a face time interview was quickly scheduled to examine our living situation and whether it is a good fit for Frodo. Soon after we were able to do a “meet and greet” at the Catrangers. The facility is beautiful and clean, filled with cat trees, sleeping nooks and it is well designed and maintained by its friendly staff. Bonnie introduced us to Frodo and some of his friends and nemesis :) We walked around different rooms some of which was designed for cats who need a more quiet and peaceful environment with birds videos playing on TV!!! The cats are in good care but what they need most are their personal space and their own loving home. It took such a little effort to fill out an application form, and yet it was the most rewarding paperwork we have ever done. Frodo is purrrrrrfect in every kind of way all thanks to Catrangers.
The most amazing kindest people I have ever met. I love cats so much and I feed all the kitties in my neighborhood, a few days ago I found a kitten who was really sick. I took him to this amazing place and they took him right away to help him and even gave me bags of food for the cats I feed outside!! Just wonderful people who share the same love for animals as I do. I will be volunteering as often as I can to help these kind ladies as much as I possibly can ❤️ Thank you!
My daughter and I visited Catrangers today as we are considering adding to our family. A few things stood out. The staff is very responsive and I had my emails returned very quickly. When we arrived, the facility was very clean and well kept. It was quite inviting and such a beautiful home for the kitty cats. The ladies that greeted us and helped to answer our questions were phenomenal... extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the process and showed us around. Then we had the chance to just visit each room at our own pace, spend time, and make a connection with the cats. Visiting was a nice experience and we hope to move forward in the adoption process when we are ready. We may also consider becoming fosters and/or volunteers.
What a cool place! Rick, the founder, and Head Ranger In Charge, really loves these animals. He is definitely on a mission and has found his calling. He noticed my 82nd Airborne Division hat and asked what unit I was in and we hit it off from there. He gave me a tour of the place while my wife was forced to sit and pet a cat that quickly claimed her! We had a great time and only wish we got there earlier to interact with all of the cats. We will be back!
We adopted our 10 month old feline child from CatRangers recently and it was about as serious as adopting an actual human child! I love the dedication of the staff and volunteers and the scrutiny of each applicant. They clearly care about these rescued cats. We were interviewed by phone to make sure the right cat was paired with our familys personality and gave a virtual tour of our home so they could see we were really serious about adopting. The volunteers all knew the personalities of each cat and knew which cat would work best for our family. The organization is based in Buford, so its a bit of a drive for us in Cobb but well worth it!
Im currently fostering 2 tuxedo kitten siblings for Cat Rangers. Ive been impressed with how much they care about the cats and their health. Information about adoption is on their website and the pets are listed on Petfinders. If you act soon, Lemonade (M) and Marmalade (F) may still be available. They are super cute and very affectionate. Kittens and cats come with shots, microchips, and spay/neuter. If you dont hear back right away, follow up - they are pretty busy and the staff is small.
Lovely place awesome drinks, friendly and plaudits cats
I gave them a 4 star only because, I asked for a boy kitten and they gave me a girl kitten. My kitten whom I have TOTALLY feel in love with also has issues with her eyes which I was aware of but, they told me it was only one eye when in fact it was both eyes. Overall, I’m so happy that Wolfe is now a part of my family. I would absolutely adopt from them again.
Cat Rangers is top notch. From the owners, Rick and Sparrow to the helper Megan, they provide a great service to the community. They really care about rescue cats, and nursing them to full health. I fostered a litter of adorable kittens for them, they were always there to help with whatever I needed. Cant say enough good things about them, if I was a cat, I would choose to live there.
Never was contacted from them regarding a very sick feral cat. Very very disappointed
Little communication issue because there so busy with very limited staff. The issue got resolved. Very satisfied with there service, personal and professional. Very informative and thorough.
I just adopted a beautiful little Siamese. She is such a sweet cat. The staff at this location were very helpful, nice and professional. I am very happy with the process and with my cat Roku, name changed to MAUSIRI. ❤️
I visited Cat Rangers recently and found it to be a peaceful, clean and positive environment for cats as well as people. I sat on a sofa and hoped that a kitty would find me. It wasnt long before I met some wonderful cats that offered purrs and cuddles. I was happy to learn that there is a need for volunteers to spend time with cats. They call it socializing. I call it fun. I highly recommend adoption or volunteering here. Thank you Rick, Sparrow and Karen (and others I have not met yet) for saving these wonderful cats. You can be certain that I will be back to volunteer.
Everyone was super awesome and helpful in helping my fiance and I adopt not 2 but 3 kittens and we have been thrilled since! Great communication and check-ins from the fosters made adopting a breeze! Ive already recommended Catrangers to multiple friends and neighbors as well. We love our new fur babies!!
We were driving home to Florida and stopped at a gas station when we found a kitten that wasn’t more than a week old. No other shelters would pick up the phone so we drove it here and the woman was so kind and understanding. Very clean facility and they obviously knew what they were doing.
Couldnt reach anyone due to everyone is short handed.
This place does great work. However, be warned that if your new kitty has trouble adjusting (like mine did), they will not help you re-home them as is stated in the adoption contract. Ive called three times and spoken to three different people about finding her a better home. All three said they were going to help, but its been three months and no word back.EDIT: Karen got a hold of me immediately and now my little kitty will hopefully get a much more suitable forever home.
I emailed them my application two months ago.. was really eager to get a cat as they had a lot i was interested in... never got back to me! pretty upset i was really looking forward to going there but i ended up going to the humane society and getting a cat, wasn’t going to wait around for a response.
They were very sweet and very cooperative. They take very sweet care of their kittens and are professional. They have so many cats and kittens all around. If youre looking for a cat this is definitely the place to come to!!
Great place to adopt kittens to cats. Bonnie was great and very knowledgeable
Wonderful staff. They are amazing! They helped us get 4 kittens adopted. Very impressed by the efficiency of the whole opperation.
AmaZing rescue facility that takes in cats of all ages. All cats a re listed when ready for adoption!! Volunteers always welcome!!
Its a great place with some awesome kitties who need homes. You can just come and hang out with the cats. Everyone there is really nice and welcoming.
Brought myself and my three kids to visit Cat Rangers to socialize, pet and love on these kitties. It was a bonus when we found out there were kittens down below in the basement level available for adoption. A really nice set up very caring and compassionate people. Was happy to meet the founder today our first visit ever to Cat Rangers it definitely wont be our last. Ask about their adoption and foster opportunities.
We adopted a 5 month-old kitty named Monte in Sept 2020 from CatRangers and absolutely adore him! Thank you CatRangers so much for getting us to Monte and taking good care of him.CatRangers has a very thorough application process, which really shows that they care about finding the perfect homes for kitties! We went through a background vetting phone call, a virtual house tour and a physical visit to the adoption center before taking Monte home. Given COVID, we appreciated the care they put into ensuring the adoption process was done safely, with staff wearing masks at all times and practices being put into place to ensure guests were in different rooms when touring. Meowci beaucoup! :D
I visited about a month or two ago, and this place was cute and amazing! I’m so happy there is a place who takes in cats and treats them well and gets them adopted! It’s nice you can visit and play without adopting ! I will adopt a cat when I live on my own haha I’m currently 19 so I cannot bring animals into my home without permission. I plan on coming back sometime this week! I absolutely love it here and everyone is kind!
This is the most wonderful home for cats that I have ever seen! It is beautifully furnished with at least 50 cats contentedly laying around in the various rooms. The staff are very welcoming to visitors with no pressure. They love their kitties and want the best for them. When we adopted our sweet Lana, she was delivered to our home and we were given welcomed advice. Any questions we had later on were answered quickly by text. A special thank you to Sparrow for going the extra mile with us. A great place to adopt wonderful cats and kittens! 😻❤️
I love this place. It has a lot of cats that are well taken care of and socialized. And a lot of choices too. So if you want to adopt give them a call or go and hang out during their open house in the weekends.
The staff is very nice and helpful. The foster parents are amazing. I was able to adopt a kitten and he is a great addition to my home.
Everyone over at Cat Rangers made me feel so comfortable making my decision to adopt through them. They encouraged me to come visit and just spend time with all of their cats seeking homes. I went in looking for one adult cat and ended up getting two (a couple visits later) after seeing how well socialized they all were. My new fur babies have been with me for 5 days and the transition has been wonderful! They are used to the home setting, are well trained with the litter box, and seek out human attention. Everyone at this organization loves each one of these cats and works with you to find the best fit for your home. Definitely would recommend to anyone curious about adopting and wondering where to start.
Way too much personal info required just to talk to someone.
Cat rangers is awesome. We got both of our Cats from them and couldn’t be happier. Their house in downtown Buford is the perfect spot to come hang out with over 50 cats, most of which are free roaming the house and can be adopted.
Great place to find yourself a sweet kitty, or just to show a cat some love.
Caring owners, amazing facility! They are truly committed to the health and happiness of each and every cat! Please consider stopping at Cat Rangers first if you are looking for a cat(s) to adopt.
Truly a Cat sanctuary, the people that run La Maison du Chat are wonderful. Its amazing to see cats given a second chance at life in a home that has been transformed into a cat haven. Im grateful to them for my sweet girl that I just adopted from them. Her foster mom has been so helpful as well. The people that run this adoption center care so much about these cats and will work with you to find the purrrfect match. Highly recommend!
Great people they made my adoption smooth and you can pet cats and stay as long as it takes. The cats own the place so they are everywhere
Great organization!
Wonderful place. Got my 2 kittens here. They even had it all set up for me to get them neutered with Catsnip. They really love their cats.
I want to start off by saying this was truly a life changing experience for me. Adopting a beautiful cat was one of the most exciting things I’ve done in my life. I was helped by Ms. Bonnie and the manager and they held my hand all the way until the end. They are very professional and personable! It took me a couple hours to decide and they didn’t rush me at all. Ms. Bonnie is extremely fun and welcoming. She responds fast and makes sure you’re fully updated at all times. These guys do home delivery of the cats which is pretty awesome. CatRangers is the way to go! If you’re looking for some pretty cool Cats to adopt, look no more! 😸 Thank you’ll for be so nice to me throughout my process!
What a wonderful place to be a cat!! The folks here are definitely cat people! If you are looking to adopt Id say start here. They know the cats personalities and temperaments. And they had beautiful ones to choose from!!
My mom, son and I really enjoy visiting Cat Rangers. They provide a peaceful setting when visiting with the cats and kittens to observe their personality. Also the staff and volunteers are very caring, knowledgable and nice.
These people are amazing! We stopped by to get advice and support about treating a wound for a sweet kitten that found her home on our porch. They were extremely knowledgeable, kind, and helped us with our decision making process. They spent time educating us on caring for our seeet fur baby and helped us ultimately make the decision to give her a forever home. I am so thankful we made the choice to stop by in our desperate time. We will certainly be back to visit!
Very dedicated to ensuring that Cats are placed in a good home - my Daughter thoroughly enjoyed the experience
We had an amazing experience with the Cat Rangers! These are truly wonderful, selfless, cat loving people. Gail, who assisted me with my kitten adoption, had top notch email communication skills....she consistently responded to me multiple times per day. Sparrow and Rick were lovely to work with and very informative about my kitten and his care. We have now had Denver home with us for 3.5 days and we are IN LOVE! THANK YOU!
They really love their cats! They check your home to make sure youre ready for the cat(s). And theyre always available for questions
I cannot write a high enough recommendation for the awesome service that Cat Rangers provides. We came to them wishing to adopt a Main Coon cat for our daughter. She is three and really wanted a pet to be her pet as that we have two dogs that are older and have been with us for many years. Our experience was awesome. They have a home for homeless cats that helps them prepare for living with a family. They are not kept in cages and are socialized with other cats and people. The cats are in an environment where they can learn to deal with furniture, knick knacks, and other things that are common in a home.We drove down from Tennessee to Cat Rangers to look at one cat that, when we got there, had very little interaction with us, however while we were there, Dice (a Turkish Van) came up to my daughter and made himself at home with her. They had an immediate connection and we knew they had picked each other.Dice is a large fluffy boy that was rescued out of a high kill shelter in North Georgia. He is perfect for our daughter. Cat rangers did a back ground check on us and then delivered the cat two hours away to our home in another state just so they could make sure he was going to a good home. They are outstanding and I recommend them to anyone looking for a new family member!!
The lovely people who run Cat Rangers are completely dedicated to rescuing and saving cats and finding them forever homes. They do background checks to make sure the cat fits the person and will have a safe home. I cant say enough kind things about them. They are wonderful.
The staff and the cats are very welcoming. Beautiful shelter. Home like environment. Always beautifully clean. Please adopt a kitty from here.
Just went today with my fiancé, we loved every minute. These cats were so sweet and taken care of so well. The ladies here were so sweet and helpful! They have wonderful operation going, and you can see that they truly love these kitties!
This is a no-kill cat shelter and cat cafe that homes last-chance cats and kittens and also provides medical care and neutering. The cats roam freely (and safely) in the house without cages and are able to socialize with humans and each other. There is a paid staff but volunteers help keep the facility clean and fosters help with housing extra cats when the shelter doesnt have room for them. A great place for cat-lovers to visit and support.
A wonderful place to grab a small bite to eat, have some tea or ADOPT A KITTY!This home is residence of over 45 kitties. Youre welcome to come socialize with them, volunteer with the org or just chill out withnsomectea and hang out with the cats.
I hate to leave a bad review but I context bonnie early June for mix Maine coon kitten. She told me she just gotten the kitten on he door step . She told me to full out adoption papers . So did what told me toDo. 2 weeks went BY I didn’t get an email from her. so I call her back ask her did she receive my adoption application. She said yes ! She ask me when did I want come meet the kitten I told her Saturday . After I map quest it cat ranger was 2 hour away . I text her said since it’s far drive can I adopt the kitten that I want the same day . She goes to tell me maybe “I should rethink adopt from them since i think it’s far. wow ! . I swept the comment under the rug. I email her the Friday before I came so I won’t make blank trip she goes tell me she didn’t know where Maine coon kitten were . Very unprofessional business and rude.
I love this place and i live volunteering here. Theres about 50-60 cats and theyre all very sweet. Gwenivere is a beautiful white cat that loves to be pet and is my personal favorite.
Wonderful place and people who genuinely care about the kitties. Loved visiting La Maison du Chat and meeting the staff. Based on a recommendation from a friend, my husband and I visited the facility and found our adorable, cute kitten and adopted him. The foster did a great job with this little one too. Thank you Rick, Sparrow, and Bonnie (and the foster too).
Karen was very patient and helpful when we arrived searching for a cat for my daughter. We walked away adopting Charlotte, a grey kitten. I am convinced that my daughter and this kitten are human and cat soul mates. Thank you for all your help. We searched several different adoption homes and this was the only one that took the time to educate us and make sure we chose a cat that fit our family best.
Cat heaven! Great place to visit and enjoy some cat therapy. Wether you are interesting in adopting a cat or just some cat socialization, this is a wonderful place to visit.
Cats of all ages, breeds and sizes. My new favorite place!!
We gotta a new family member
Nice place. Great staff. Very knowledgeable. Kitties well cared for.
I adopted a beautiful Siberian cat from La Maison du Chat, CatRangers. My experience was great. I drove to Buford from Kennesaw as I went to see this specific cat and it was love at first site for both of us. They have a very clean, nice environment for the cats. The staff is wonderful. I met with Bonnie first and she was great. Then Sparrow and her husband brought Molly to me after I was approved for adoption. They really care about the cats and try to make sure that they get a good home. Great place to adopt from.
Great place to visit and play with cats and kittens
Dang! Wish I could give six or more stars. Healthy, well cared for cats waiting for their forever homes. Entire visit, selection and delivery process was flawless
They really love what they do. If you want a pet based on its personality and not just looks then check them out.
They have many beautiful and friendly cats in such a lovely setting. I enjoyed visiting with the cats and the staff was friendly.
Nice open room cat adoption agency, easier to get a real sense of what the cat will actually be like once you get it home. The staff is also very knowledgeable and does a great job taking time to answer you questions about the cats and the adoption process.
I adopted my beautiful Russian Blue kitty Jynxie when he was probably 4 months old from Cat Rangers. He had been rescued from a kill shelter and wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for them. Thank you for all you do for our feline friends. I can’t imagine my life without Jynxie. He’s been with me now for four years.
Excellent cat rescue organization. Support this husband and wife efforts.
We had a wonderful experience. We adopted two of the most wonderful cats Genevieve an adorable Maine Coone and Fiona a Tuxedo. We were allowed to roam the place and meet the cats and find the ones the were meant for us. It is a wonderful place. Great place to pick up gifts and please do because the gifts help to support the cats. We stayed about two to three hours making sure that the cats we chose were the ones for us but I knew Genevieve was for me when she reached for me and touched my heart. Sparrow and Rick are doing a wonderful service. I found them after loosing my beloved cat of 12 years searching for a Maine Coone which I figured I couldnt afford to purchase but this place has all kinds of cats. Dont go purchase a cat. Adopt these cats have been saved from death by Sparrow and Rick and other wonderful volunteers. How anyone could even think of putting them to death I dont know. This is a place of love and cheer. These cats are surrounded by household items do dads and antiques and they do fine. They are not caged which is wonderful. I had to go to work today after having them this weekend I miss our girls terribly. But the fun will start when we get home. Dont go buy adopt. Try La Masion du Chat youll love it!!!!!!!!
I am having a horrible experience. I would not suggest this place to anyone and only hope they are going to refund us our $145 since they gladly took our money without ever producing the cat. When we called to see when the cat was going to be delivered the woman rudely told me they were busy and that I needed to understand that! While I did understand i nicely replied stating i havent heard anything and just wanted to get and update! Needless to say its been a week with no communication. She did call back but said we migh could do it by eleven the next day. I said can i get confirmation so i know to be at the house and she said they would probably get the cat to me and to not hold my breath cause they are busy. I said well i can pick the cat up and she said thats not an options. WOW!!! THIS COMPANY HAS YET TO REFUND ME AND HAS NOT PRODUCED THE CAT!!!!!I completely understand rescuing as I used to foster but you bet your ass if i had someone adopting i made sure to communicate with them.Right now this organization in my personal opinion, should be under review for the way it operates! Also if i dont see my money back in the next 48 hrs i will be forced to get the law involved so they will have toproduce the money or the cat!!!!
Great organization with a charming location, where you can really get to know the kitties theyve rescued. Just maybe youll even save a life too, and leave with a new family member.
A great cause and location providing opportunities to adopt last-chance cats. The owners are genuinely caring people who have a great location and mission.
We had a wonderful experience at Catrangers! We recently had to put our family cat down after 15 years with her. My 8 year old daughter was having a hard time with it. She wasnt the friendliest cat so we were a bit hesitant to jump right into another cat and we wanted to make sure that our next cat was loving, social and friendly. Our family (two adults and three young children) went up to Catrangers on a Saturday and we spent two hours there visiting with all the wonderful volunteers and many cats! My daughter was in heaven:). We had looked online first, reading the description of each. We were able to take our time walking around and interacting with all the cats. We finally settled on the sweetest little 12 week old kitten who they had named Artois. He is just the perfect fit for our family and he is settling in so well! You can tell this is a great organization helping so many cats and getting them healthy again. We are so thankful for them!
Beautiful, very unique place. Great staff and very clean.
Great loving place for Kitties who have been found or just given up by owners. People need to look here first to adopt.
This is a wonderful place, excellent place to adopt from . We are so glad we adopted from the Cat Rangers. They are professionally run and truly care for the cats
Great experience
I am in love with this place. I visited here and I was awesome!!
This ia a fantastic place to adopt a cat. Thankyou Rick for being wonderful and patient during this process and also thankyou to Ms Bonnie for the advice on our new addition to the family.
Bless your efforts in caring for these animals and for allowing us to visit.
I once had a cat, but he went away. This place is a really fun house to explore and look for new cats.
Terrific group saving at risk cats. They have a wonderful selection
Wonderful place, we will adopt from them for sure.
Love the owner Rick he is such a hottie
Great organization!
A really great place for the cats to live while waiting for their Forever Home. Several places to nap, watch the outside world, sunbathe, snuggle into a little nook, go to the bathroom privately, run around with a buddy playing, and many other activities.
What is not to love?
Wonderful cat adoption charity.
Lots of friendly cats and hands on experiences
Didnt call back
Amazing place to play with rescued kittens
These guys have hearts of gold ❤🐈
