I had a blast with my Goddaughter and family celebrating her 2nd birthday. How I ended up with a teddy bear... Blame it on the sales person.. We ended up getting 4 bears. Wonderful customer service and atmosphere. I definitely recommend this location.

I’m an adult and a few times I’ve gone as both a teenager or adult alone or with same aged friends and the staff are always extremely nice while keeping the experience the same as it was when I was younger. It’s one of my favorite places to take friends that haven’t been to even as an adult.

Had such a nice time here. I took my daughter and neice; they picked the Harry Potter bear and all the cute accessories. The workers were so attentive, helpful and personable. It was a fun and adorable experience.

My aunt and I went to get bears for her kids and we had a blast not only that the customers service was amazing!! The workers were so sweet and really helped us pick out the things we needed!! The experience was awesome and definitely made our day 10x better so I would definitely recommend this place for sure!!

Absolutely horrible experience!! We went to get a Birthday teddy bear for the 2nd year ina row. 1st year we werent offered a certificate, bag, box nothing! This year we were cheerfully greeted, and assisted right away. To the lady who greeted, and helped us thats pictured, thank you!! We were allowed to choose a Birthday song to go inside the bear, and a heart too. The lady filled it up, sewed it. Then we went to check out. Was offered numerous items over & over after politely declining 2-3 times we got irritated. Heres the kicker, she tried charging us for the complimentary Birthday song, we denied. So she cut open the bear & took it out! By this time were ready to leave, but went ahead and proceeded with our purchase! That was heartbreaking. How do you give a child a bear with a song then take it away, cut it open and take it out? We were never told we had to pay, it was with the bear! Horrible cashier lady, and sad experience. Never want to go back!! Cherry to the top,, we got locked out of the entrance we came in, walked half way around the building, managed to get back in speak with a security officer who called a golf cart security person to help us to our car. They never showed up. So we start walking another time. Called security ourselfs, they hung up!! We walked in the blazing heat for nearly 1.5-2 hours. This place is not what its cut out to be. At all. Lets not forget the poor pets inside the pet place. There was atleast 10-15 workers in there, and only 1 was working while the others were standing around playing in their phones, chatting with their co-workers, and dancing. Meanwhile several pups had nasty mess all in the cages. How sad, let them puppies go to a shelter where theyll actually be taken care of instead of put on show cases in nasty pins all day to be sold for top dollar!

I love build a besr so much!! The website is a little confusing but the place is fantastic the workers are so helpful and kind and it’s just such a fun place to go for all ages : D

The employees werent very friendly. More pushy and rush rush. Definitely didnt take up time with the kids and make it a unforgettable experience like we had experienced at prior visits. For the money that was spent it was kind of a bummer

The woman working here was super super nice! All the associates I spoke to on the phone were extremely pleasent. Today I picked myself up a candy corn unicorn and got the full build a bear experience! I had a lot of fun and Im 22. The bears here are extremely well made and they have a lifetime guarantee (which I didnt know about until the associate told me). She even took my picture of me with my unicorn for me and we found the perfect outfit for the unicorn. Very clean store! Helpful associates that go above and beyond! Amazing selection. Cant wait to go back

I was trying take my son for the first time I have been many times with my daughter. Love the store but It was closed @6pm. Online it has a different time of closing. I tried calling but didnt get an answer after waiting for about 20 minutes. Hope to go soon with both kids.

The lady was so rude didnt even say hi because we are teens. We were trying to make bears for graduation and when another customer walked in she says hi. Kept starring as if we were gonna steal. NEVER COMING BACK

The store itself is actually pretty small, so the lines wrap-around. Some of the parents had trouble figuring out wheres the lines were. It was a bit cramped trying to get from the clothes area to other parts of the store. But on the bright side, the employees were very helpful, and made my experience easier by telling me what was on-sale and have me helpful tips about what to buy if I was on a budget. My friend was getting the Genie bear from Aladdin and we had trouble scanning the tag because because it didnt register for some reason. He spent most of his time at the computer birth certificate center trying to find the bear he had. Then finally, by some miracle, it scanned and he could start the process. But the experience was great.

My daughter enjoyed the experience. They are always so kind and helpful.

We had a birthday party here for 2 of my children and 4 other young kids aged 2-8. Let me start off by saying that our Party Coordinators Skyla and Sarah we absolutely amazing. Skyla was upbeat and made sure the kids were having a great time. She was always smiling, super fun and helped us keep the wee ones on track. Sarah made sure we found everything we were looking for and helped the kids dress their new friends and tie shoes. This was a Saturday and the store was MASSIVELY packed, and they made sure we all had a great time. They definitely made the experience worth it. THANK YOU SO MUCH SKYLA AND SARAH!

So much fun! Loved building a bear

Love the birthday bear, but hate the new covid restrictions. It was crowded even though they were limiting the number of people going in.

This was my first real time inside of a Build a Bear store. My best friend came to visit from out of town and she loves the place, so we went inside. I saw Star Wars themed bears and, me being the huge Star Wars fan that I am, I could not resist. They also had a 2 for $45 special for Star Wars bears, so I snatched a Kylo Ren and a Rey bear. My friend insisted I make my bears myself, which I have never done before. Mindy was the one who helped us out and she was such a delight. She was so friendly and down to earth and didnt care that I was 27 and stuffing my first Build a Bear! The little ceremony they do is so cute. You help stuff the bear, give them a little heart, and they sew up the back for you. You can give it a bath and make it a birth certificate. You can add a sound chip, accessories, or a scent to your bear for extra. Its adorable, and after this experience, I really want to bring my 3 year old niece in to make her own bear. I cannot stress how helpful and kind Mindy was to me, my boyfriend, and best friend. We will definitely be back, and next time Ill have my niece with me!

Drove an hour to the mall just to get a Build-A-Bear because my friend wanted to. Got there and the line was so long we had to wait 20 minutes just to get in the store. Bought the bear and a banana for the paw. Mine was just sitting in a chair for two weeks and I noticed the banana strap broke and I couldnt take it back because I had taken the tag off. dont know how long the bear will last because the accessories dont last that long. Dont recommend. Went to Goodwill with same friend and found one of the $40 minions for $3.

Wonderful experience. Staff was more than happy to help and literally grabbed everything off the kids wishlist for me as I have no clue where and what a trolls dress, rainbow headband, and crystal shoes are and located. The associate asked to see my phone with list and went to work. She did this for 3 different bears I needed for Christmas gifts. There was quite a line for actually “building” the bear but it was because they were trying to make the experience for each kid special, so it was okay. Even when I tried to just to speed the process along, the associate said I still had to do it because it was clearly going to someone special. These aren’t cheap and once you get all the accessories, each bear can run you $45-$50 really quick. Overall though, it’s a custom toy that kids will not soon forget as you can customize however you like.

Took my daughter here for her 5th birthday. It wad her first time and it was AMAZING! the staff were so helpful and inclusive, which made the experience even more exciting and happy. Francis is one of the best people Ive met! He was so sweet to my daughter and made our trip even more special from start to finish with all the extra little details. Cant wait to go back!!!

It had to be like 100° in there. I could not even focus. I was really excited about bring my daughter there. But it was too hot..Also, this company need more employees on the weekends.

We participated in the Pay Your Age event. Even though we waited 8 hours from start to finish, everyone we interacted with was polite and friendly. Once we finally got in the store, there was still a lot of stock to choose from. The staff treated us graciously, and my five year old son had a really positive experience picking out his new friend! Even with the overwhelming crowds at the event, the staff did a really good job of creating a magical experience for each child when his or her time came. They had staff on hand and additional security to help things move smoothly. While there are improvements that could be made to future events, overall I think it went as well as could be expected.

Went in in September for my daughters birthday. How can you pass up a birthday bear ($2 for her). Got the bear and outfit plus accessories for the cost of just a normal bear. Thank you for making her day special and fun. She still looks back at the photos and videos of her birthday when we stopped in.

My daughter love it here. Everyone is so nice. I like the part when they put the heart in the stuff toy. She told my daughter to rub the heart with both hands, rub it on her cheek and then on her heart. I think that is the way it goes. Soooo cute.

I love build a bear so much

We go here at least once every two years to get a new one. Even as an adult, I have 3!! Lol😃 I love them. I do wish the clothing were better priced - just dont want to pay as much for the clothes as I pay for the bear. Other than that, no complaints.

I have gone here every year for my birthday. (It was a family tradition of sorts) Its always so much fun!

Who doesnt love stuffed animals? The only issue I have is how much time it takes to get a few steps done, but children always leave happy regardless.

Always a fun time for the kiddos. The staff was great and there were a few less expensive options available. As expected the more popular items were pricey and even the least expensive bear can run you $50 if you add the expensive accessories.

For example, the bear we got was $4 bc my son turned 4. It says happy birthday on the feet too!Also, I’m actually glad we came during the week bc it wasn’t busy at all (: Thank you!!

Took my son here and bought him two stuffed dogs. Less than a week after purchasing, there was a small hole next to one of the tails. Next thing I know, the tail came off! My son was heartbroken. We called the store to see if they would reattach it but was told they wont. Poor craftsmanship and even worse customer service - will not be back.

They where awesome we drove a hour and a half to come and get bears for our two girls and they where closing they let us go ahead and do the bears for them and where more then helpful and willing to help us

I was in today because my daughter wanted to make a few bears to gift to her team mates from a pageant she’s in, we had a vision and the young lady that was there was a huge help from pick helping to choose bears to outfits. We had a great experience today at the shop the ambiance was great and friendly and katalina made it so touching with the heart ceremony to the birth certificates. We just had an over all great experience with her her customer service skills showed and how kind she was she’s awesome. If your ever in the workshop please see katalina she will assist you every step of the way if needed.

My grandchildren had a blast. The staff is very accommodating.

We bought my daughter a Reindeer just before Christmas to give her as a present. When she opened it Christmas morning the leg had a huge rip along where it met the body (it had not been out of the box since we picked it up). I went to the store and their solution was to re-stitch the leg. The issue was that the stitching of the leg is the wrong color and clearly now visible all around the leg, the animal looks damaged. I paid full price for a new item, which was defective and rather than make a new one they fixed the one I had in way that made it look used and damaged as a brand new item. Plus the stitching is already loosening again and we are going to have to go back again. This store is an hour and half from our home, and it is quite frustrating to have to keep going to get it repaired when we bought it roughly three weeks ago and she hasnt even really been able to play with it yet. I have contacted their corporate customer service several times and never been contacted back by them. Additionally, you cannot call and talk to somebody as they have completely went out from that and went to an email only system. Again, this change would not be an issue if they responded to contact.

There are a lot of disappointed children today. Yall should of had a better system for pay your age day. My kids are pretty much heartbroken. Yea..thanks build a bear.

Worse place ever.... The employees are all rude. I am not leaving this review after just one back experience but two. I understand people can have bad days. I called the store and asked if the had a certain animal in stock the employee said no I asked if she knew about the other build a bears she said no. That is fine, I could call myself. Then I asked if she would be getting anymore in or did they stop selling that animal. That is when she got rude and said no I dont know if other store have it. That is not what I asked for one and she did not have to be rude.

We got a steal of a deal today & she was so attentive with my daughter! Now my daughter thinks her unicorn is really alive & isbsuper attached which is absolutely adorable!

So they have this buy a bear your age today and its a 6 to 8 hour wait. I head to the front of the store and the man gives this women who was not waiting in line two 15 dollar off coupons so when i asked for a voucher he tells me that its only for people waitinf in line. Hmmmmmm....... This sale should have been great but it should have been a two deal day. Stupid!

Very disappointed in the greed build a bear has showed! A lot of angry disappointed Children today, which made even more IRRATE parents! Yall should be ashamed of yourselves! Nothing offered for upset families! Robbed my 1yr old of her very own OWNERSHIP of a BAB...😒

Nice idea and experience for the kiddies but overpriced in many of the items. A parent has to be resilient in not succumbing to the kids entreaties and be sensible in purchasing.

Be prepared to put a dent in your wallet. But, its worth it, your daughter will love it!
