Excellent experience working with Jill. I needed two furniture sets (kids) for my new house but at the same time, I told Jill I was a single mom on a budget. Jill worked with me to find Some thing that was in my price range. She did all the necessary research to make sure it will get to us on time . Patio furniture - delivered 3 weeks ago. I specifically asked “is this weather proof?” I was told yes all patio furniture is meant for outdoor. Well, to my surprise, there’s MOLD on the furniture. $1599.99 for the Ocean Tide sofa, chairs, and cocktail table. The material has lines where it looks like it’s splitting/opening. I called them now and after 10 min on hold waiting to speak with someone, they hung up. What a joke.

I normally dont leave reviews unless the service is exceptional. However, I wanted to take the time and acknowledge the service of a salesperson at this location. I was helped by a salesman named Adam Starkey. Adam, took the time to carefully listen to what my mother and I were looking for in a new living room set. We only wanted certain colors and styles within a certain price range. Adam walked us through the sets that met our criteria and was helpful in answering the questions we had about warranty and delivery options. I would certainly recommend that anyone else shopping this location use Adam to find the living room set that will make them happy.

Lena at Rooms To Go a warm and knowledgeable sales lady at the new RTG store in Buford took time and instead of pressuring for a sale worked with me over the course of three visits to zero in on the perfect bed a split king massaging adjustable Temperpedic. She had extensive information on her competition and without disparaging or making me feel clueless, Lena provided a comfortable decision making environment. I have not taken delivery yet and look forward to the first night in this bed fit for a King. There are a few RTG locations. This show room is the Flagship. Make the drive you will not be disappointed. Ask for Lena the blonde energizer. She will look you straight in the eye tell you the truth and show you not just what you think you need but what you really need. I had the opportunity to see Lena serve other customers and it was impressive. You guys know I don’t give reviews every day to just anyone. So take my words for it, this place under its current management with this sales Lady Lena is the place to find you beds and I am going back for other furniture choices I’ll let you know how that goes. Had a great experience getting our new couch. Karim was great as of customer service. He introduced us to any sales and asked if we had questions, didn’t bother us while browsing and answered all questions we had and provided information about any product. He didn’t rush or pressure us to making a purchase either unlike most stores… also very kind and took initiative to introduce to us about the store credit which is a great plan to pay off any furniture at a very reasonable time period if not pid in full.

James has great customer service. I knew what I was looking for but he helped me find the perfect recliner. They delivered my recliner on a saturday without a charge unit. Had to wait a week to use it because they had to ship it. I was not happy with. That.

Karim was laid back with a shuttle sense of humor that sneaks up on you. My wife and I enjoyed working with him. We had no desire to buy anything, but you never know so we told him we were just looking. He let us wander around without bothering us.
