We’ve always had a pleasant experience at this Pottery Barn. Every associate is knowledgeable, friendly and eager to assist. The Store Mgr helped us with a big issue regarding a set of linen drapes. Excellent service! A+

One of my favorite stores but there prices are out of my budget.

Came into this store on Friday night, and had the misfortune of being asked if I needed help by what seems to be a very clueless employee. Asked her if they had any crocks in the store I was informed that we dont sell those. Funny because I checked them out online before I came into the store... To which I replied ok, maybe you dont carry them in this store, but you have them listed online, and sadly the young lady responded with nope, we dont carry those, and proceeded to walk away... Needless to say, I may not be making a return trip to this location.

The employees are not very helpful and are extremely short. As someone who works in retail, I was very disappointed in this locations service.

I love this store! Wow, soooo many gorgeous things to take home and decorate it with good taste! I bought sofa pillows and throws, bed covers and duvet covers, and so much more! I can’t get enough of this store.

Very beautiful furniture and accent pieces for homes. It’s is pricey but it’s high quality. I also like the toys they sell for children. Wooden, great quality, and unique.

Love the home decor here!. Great selection of furniture and accent pieces. The store is really well organized and has a lot to choose from-everything from pillows to couches. Their products tend to look very high end while their prices tend to be moderate. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable about their products. Even if they are out of stock of a certain product you want, the employees will either order it for you on line or find the closest store that does have it in stock. They also will you find those perfect accent pieces to go with your purchases to help you pull your look together. Highly recommend!

Today is September 1, 2018. I went to check something out in person that I saw online. I waited until the sales associate was finished with a customer. I called him over to the item I was inquiring about, and he walked up to me with such a nasty attitude. Asking “How may I help you.” But it’s not what this sales associate said, it’s how he said it. He looked me up and down in such a condescending, racist manner I decided to leave the store. As I walked past him, he nastily said again, “I said, HOW MAY I HELP YOU.” I have shopped at pottery barn several times in the past and never have experienced what I have today. This is very disappointing. To the short, stubby man in plaid who “assisted” me today, you should NOT judge a person by the color of their skin, or the clothes on their back. Guaranteed, you would’ve made your store some money today. Learn some manners.

First parking is a nightmare. Finding specific store very difficult. Went into this highEnd very popular store to look at sofas. They didnt have enough styles to make a good comparison. Employees lounging (literally) about together and would not even acknowledge I was present. The sofas were nothing special and did not live up to the hype. I wont buy my new sofa here. I guess they dont care for my tiny $4,600 budget. If you canOrder on line do that..going in will be a waste of time.
