The customer service was excellent. I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by a friendly salesperson. I told her what I was looking forward and what I wanted to spend. She was able to help me find exactly what I needed. The service was efficient and an overall pleasant experience. I will definitely be shopping there again in the future.

It has been a terrible experience with mattress firm. We bought a twin mattress at the store and wanted to take it home, but the sales person convinced us that it was too big for my suv. So we decided to have it delivered instead. When the mattress got here, my husband took the plastic off and set it on the bed frame, thats when I noticed dirty stain on the edge of the mattress. We quickly messaged the delivery team and even sent them pictures. They confirmed us with a replacement which we were very grateful of. However, they could not make it during our availability. My husband tried to stay as long as he could for them to come, but they came late and we were no longer home. He called the store and sales person had told him that he could bring the mattress there for a replacement. When he got to the store, they told him he could not do it and if he wanted a refund, we would have to pay for the delivery fee for the dirty bed. We set up another date for them to come with the replacement which is today. They came to take pictures of the dirty bed with no intentions of swapping out the bed for us. If I would have known, I would never allow them to come to my property. My son does not have a bed to sleep on atm. I am so fed up with nasty and lazy employees. Worst customer service ever from the sales team and the delivery team. At this point, I just want to drop off the dirty mattress in front of the store and call it a day and not give 2 cents about what you think! I paid almost $200 for them to send me a dirty mattress. What a dam shame. Disgusting how I still have to put 1 star. I wish I can put zero star!

I cant say enough about Tia our Sales person, we worked with for the purchase of our Tempurpedic mattress recently. We had a bad experience at another store and came to Mattress Firm because friends had told us how easy they were to work with. From the moment we walked in, Tia was amazing. She was alone that day and when we arrived it was not overly busy. By the time we left, it was swamped but she never looked frazzled or acted like she didnt want to help us or anyone for that matter. She helped us purchase our mattress and told us of the projected delivery date. Unfortunately like a lot of things these days the delivery was delayed, but we never really were concerned as Tia kept us informed every few days. She took extra care to make sure we were happy and we received the mattress without any issues. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm but more importantly ask for Tia in the Buford, Mall of Georgia location as she is top notch in customer service and will take care of you from beginning to end! Thanks Tia! We love our new mattress and will be back when we need our next one!

I was highly disappointed with my overall experience at Mattress Firm in Buford, Ga. I intended to purchase a Queen Size Tempura- Pedic Mattress. I realized the prices was a little over my budget so I decided to come back to the store once I save up money for the bed. As I was leaving the store, the sales clerk, Monica reassured me and was adamant I should use a payment plan to purchase a King size bed set thats comfortable and affordable, (which was in fact was the total opposite)! She insisted that Id purchase another type of bed set that was on clearance, she told me it I find the king size mattress was uncomfortable for any reason I can return the king size bed set in exchange for another one; however when I called her to tell I would like to return the mattress because the mattress was uncomfortable and still causing my fiancé and I back problems, she told me I wouldnt be able to return the mattress because it was a clearance sale mattress.I felt like I was totally betrayed and bamboozled, I wasnt able to return the mattress. Now Im stuck with paying off a bed set that is very discomforting and damaging to my body. Im so displease with the service Id received from this store.

Stay away from this store.. these peoples are commission-driven and will try to sell you merchandises they dont have in stock. They will even push you to buy clearance mattresses and frames, If they tell you to buy and the items will ship to you directly from their warehouse that is an instant red flag. My purchase with this firm last year was a nightmare. I was lied to weeks after weeks for more than 2 months until I spoke to the sales manager asking him to cancel my entire purchase and I would return the partial items that was delivered. Two weeks later I received the rest of the items. This place is a joke.. never again coming to this place. Sadly enough, I have to give this place 1 star so it lets me post this review. This place deserves zero star based on my buying experience.

We were very pleased with our entire experience at this Mattress Firm location. We were able to pay online so didn’t have to return to the store. Delivery was perfect! We told them when we wanted it delivered and we got a confirmation text and then a confirmation call 20 minutes before arrival and they were exactly on time! There was only a simple “hi” then rushing us out of the store... One guy literally asked us to leave because he has to go run an errand🤦🏽‍♀️...But as soon as we walked into Mattress Firm, the experience was awesome! A young guy greeted us at the door and stayed with us the entire time. He was patient, knowledgeable, and he didn’t rush us. He made us feel like the decision was up to us. My friend recently purchased her mattress from the Mattress Firm located across the Mall of GA. She highly recommended for me to visit this location as she received good customer service by Nat. This afternoon, I decided to visit this store with another friend of mine who was also in the market to purchase a new mattress. I was long overdue to get a new mattress as mine is over 15 years old. Nat wasn’t working at this location this afternoon, but we had the pleasure of being helped by Andru. He was very welcoming when we arrived. We didn’t feel rushed as Andru was patient and knowledgeable answering our questions. We both decided to purchase beds as they had amazing Labor Day specials. However, the main reason for our purchase is that we liked how Andru and Julie made us feel like valued customers and not like just like another transaction. If you’re in the market for a bed I recommend you visit Andru and Julie at the Mall of GA location. They will definitely take care of you.

Gina Smith was our salesperson and, although she was new (which she was transparent about), she was extremely knowledgeable and, when she didn’t know the answer to a question, she admitted so and found the answer. Gina did not pressure us whatsoever and was extremely patient, especially with us being very needy shoppers full of questions! 🤣 The manager (I didn’t catch his name) was also extremely helpful and found us a great deal on a clearance item, saving us over $1500!! I cannot recommend this location highly enough!

My husband and I was very pleased with the service we received from both Dustin the sales associate and manager Brian while shopping for our mattress. Dustin and Brian answered our many questions about the various mattress types and their features and benefits to help us make a decision on the mattress that would best fit our needs. After our we decided on a mattress, to ensure we were getting the best price, Brian went “above” by shopping other retailers prices on the exact mattress we were purchasing to see if it was priced lower. We just purchased a Tempur-luxebreeze mattress and we’re very pleased with the process. We have been talking and researching for awhile now but today was the first time actually trying the different mattresses out there. Brandon made the process very easy. We took a long time trying the mattress and there was no rush or pressure during the process. We were not sure going in if we would actually make a purchase, but after trying a few different mattresses we knew we found what we were looking for. The process was very simple and we can’t wait for the mattress to arrive.

I came in today after looking at several other stores for a mattress for my daughter. I really appreciated how attentive and helpful the sales person (Justin) was. I ended up getting a great mattress without being pressured or hassled. It was just nice and chill.... which is not always the case with sales! Brian was also very nice, check out was quick and he got it into my car for me. Good experience, Ill be back next time I need a mattress.

I seriously cried when I got home. August 2019 we surprised my son with a room maker over before he went into the hospital for a bone marrow transplant. We purchased the mattress that we thought was good for our sons ongoing back problems. To our surprise the mattress we purchased only made his back worse. After talking with one of my coworkers about what our son was experiencing she suggested I call the store. So I called the original location; no luck. Then I called this location and spoke with Brian and he immediately told me come into the store and choose a mattress that would be better for our son. We went into the store and was greeted with a smile and all the guys there were more than helpful. My son chose his new mattress and now hell be able to get a good nights rest. God bless everyone who works at that location.

Let me start by saying there is 3 mattress firms in my area. I called 2 locations before going into the store. One the phone just rang. The second a person who does not work there answered the phone and said he were just helping the sales person out. Since I didn’t get any help I decided to go to the 3rd location. I am So Happy I did. Brian gave great customer service! I visited this location because of a warranty claim. Brian greeted me with enthusiasm. He was very knowledgeable about how to handle the claim. He assisted me in choosing and purchasing a different mattress. I was very please. I also made a new purchase for my mother in Florida. Brian listened to my concerns, he had it delivered the very next day! Thank you Brian you’re the best!!

I just got the mattresses and a box spring that I bought two months ago.When I bought it, I was supposed to deliver it a month later, but I got a call a day ago and man said it was not ready.I rescheduled for another month later and waited .He said he would contact me between 6-8 p.m. Month later, a day before the delivery, I called the store because I didnt get a call even if it was close to 8 p.m.She said mattresses are ready for delivery, but base was not ready so she asked if I would wait for the delivery at once, but I decided to receive the mattresses as a schedule and deliver the bass another day.I got two mattresses and box springs delivered yesterday, but I cant sleep long because every time I move on my bed, the box spring makes creaking noise.this is worst box spring never I have before. Customer service there is not enough to satisfy. She’s not friendly for customers complain due to delaying delivery matters.I am still waiting for my base to come in.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a mattress store. The shopping experience started off great and went to shyt! We were advised that the warehouse would be delivering the mattress and would call us the day of within a 2 hour window of our delivery. They gave us a delivery date of Sunday and they never delivered our mattress and they never called. I ended up calling and getting tossed around with no real answer, so I had to call back again. Only this time I was told that we would get our mattress on Thursday. They apologized for not telling us that they couldnt get the mattress and offered us a $100.00 refund and advised that Thursday would be the new delivery date and that someone would call us and advise on when the warehouse would deliver the mattresses. Thursday came and no one had called and there was still no credit for the $100.00. We called again and asked for a manager. He was very passive, almost as if he could care less and I asked once again where our mattress was. He responded only to let me know that once again, there would be no mattress. We still never received a phone call and no refund and no mattress. This was the worst experience ever. I will never shop with them again.

This was the worst delivery experience I have ever had in my 50+ years of purchasing goods - your people are nice and friendly but they just can’t control the distribution which is terrible - awful. It took 4 deliveries for them to get my 2 king and 2 queen full sets - which means I had to take off work several times and the bad thing is they had no clue what they were supposed to have to fill my order. Very poor fulfillment and communication but again your people did the best they could and I have nothing but good things to say about the people You have a great product and great people and you messed up the whole experience due to your awful outsourced distribution network
