The sales woman was very patient and informative. I tested out many options as she explained what things were and what was happening. Over all I was very satisfied !

Great experience purchasing our new sleep number bed. Store manager and her staff were wonderful to work with from explanations and testing of the beds through the purchase. This is our 2nd sleep number bed and couldn’t be happier.

I went there last weekend and spoke with Jason, everything was great until I told him I was going to on pass on bed. I still wanted to see all my options. He brought up my wifes health shes in pain and you still dont want it. As well as, you probably bought 150 dollars of stuff there referring to my Macys bag. Basically saying I can afford the monthly payment. These comments were inappropriate and unprofessional.I am still considering a bed but it wont be from this store.

Came in looking for a new mattress for my husband and I. Both ladies were extremely knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect mattress and the perfect setting for our individual beds (two x long twin mattress), they also helped us picj out the perfect pillows for our individual needs in comfort, Very sweet!! We left the store extremely confident and happy with our purchase!

Sleep number is a great storeYou can get the best beds there.

I bought a curved pillow from them in hopes that it was going to help with sleep and some headaches I was experiencing, but the pillow was very uncomfortable. They don’t offer money back just exchange. I ended up exchanging my curved memory foam pillow for a softer pillow. I personally don’t think the pillows are worth the money. I ended up spending over $100 on pillows that didn’t workout for me, but since they don’t offer returns only exchange I’m stuck with a pillow I don’t really use.The customer service at the mall of Georgia store is great though.

I purchased my mattress at this location inside Mall of GA and the mattress messed my back.It is nothing different from the air mattresses Walmart sells just that this one has a foam on top to make it “comfortable”.I ended up returning it after 30 days of just sitting at my house and ended up paying $212 for them to pick it up. (And if I wouldn’t have got a free delivery it would have been another 200)Would not recommend to buy an OVERPRICED AIR MATTRESS!

I was thinking about purchasing a sleep-number bed for a few months now and been doing a lot of research on competitors. After about 3 months of research I decided to go ahead and call my local sleep number store which was the Buford Georgia location with a few questions before going into the store. I spoke with a woman by the name of Jacqueline who answered the phone.Jacqueline was one of the nicest people I have ever spoke with! I called her about 3 times right before closing and she was so patient and well spoken. I asked if I needed to make an appointment or can I just come in ( only because of this situation we are in) to check the beds out.When I walked in, Jacqueline greeted me and I immediately recognized her pleasant voice!!! Since I did a lot of research, I knew exactly what I was looking for. I have to tell you, I was really nervous about touching anything and even more nervous about testing out a mattress !! After speaking to her, I immediately knew that I was going to make the purchase, she put down some protective coverings on the pillows and I felt so comfortable with testing this mattress out. I have never felt “so sure” about a purchase after trying this mattress out.... I was amazed about how smart these mattresses are.There is an app that tells you everything about your sleeping pattern(SleepIQ) . I was so impressed with her extensive knowledge on the bed/mattress. Besides the computer giving her some issues ( WiFi connection) the financing took less than 5 minutes for approval.If you ever thought about purchasing one of these sleep-number beds and live around the area, please go see her. I am sure that you will be amazed !! Thank you soooo much Sleep Number for having such a wonderful and knowledgeable employee at this location. George was our salesman. They call him Mr Sleep number! Lol He was so great! Fun and so full of knowledge! He knew ever detail of the beds! He didnt have to sell it to is because it sold itself from the wealth of information he had.

Jackie was great. She took her time with us and answered all of our questions. We felt no pressure to do anything. She asked what our needs were and myself having a bad back had us try different types of beds and explained to us what the difference was between all of them. She told us the posi4and negative of all the different beds and the features that were offered. Beds are expensive but may be worth the price. George gave us a complete explanation of each bed and features. Very helpful, knowledgeable. Takes time to make sure you understand. Very satisfied with presentation.

I went to the BUFORD Mall of Georgia Sleep Number Store on a few occasions and spoke with both George and Jeremy. Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable about the various products and offerings. They were professional, patient, addressed my questions and concerns and followed up with me on a timely basis. I made a purchase and I am anxiously awaiting delivery of my new sleep number bed.

Jacquline took great care of us, explained all the different types of beds. We are upgrading and look forward to it!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this store. Our intent was to purchase a sleep number bed and the sales associates at the Buford store made it very easy. We laid on every bed and were not rushed at all and it was busy. They let us decide at our own pace with no pressure. I asked several questions and they really seemed to know their product. I recommend this store!

Whats there to say. We had no intention of purchasing a new sleep number bed but when we got there and saw the advancements in their product we had to have a new i8 split king. Very happy with our purchase.

The salesman was very friendly. We purchased two reader pillows that are very nice HOWEVER the pillow on display in the store had a khaki cover and ours came with white. When I called the customer service I was told that there was a color change. The store should have the current products.

We went in and asked the sales associate to educate us. He took us through the demonstration and although we asked a lot of questions, he asked us if we were a secret customer.He was cordial and since we are new to the Sleep Number scene, we were still uneducated enough to not really know what other questions to ask. But I guess that is part of being uninformed about the product.I guess we could have done a little research into the product before we went into the store. However, we had a deadline of a sale that was going on so we had to make a decision.

I really enjoyed laying on the beds and George my salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. I bought a bed.

Sleep number beds are nice, but this particular store has one of the most horrifying horrible customer service. Word of advice make sure you look like you have money or expect to not be seen and given harsh service if seen. TAKE MY ADVICE DO NOT GO HERE I USUALLY GIVE A STORE THE BENEFIT OF DOUBT BUT THIS STORE WAS JUST PLAIN RUDE AND HORRIBLE!!!

LIARS! This is our third time being lied to by Sleep Number Beds Company! We asked very specific questions about sheets we purchased and we were LIED TO on a final sale.....BEWARE, this is the THIRD TIME that Sleep Number has lied to us with THREE different stores over the past 4 years. WORST mistake ever was buying one of their beds and being locked into purchasing sheets made for the measurements of their beds....RUN AWAY, run away fast. Buy yourselves Sterns and Foster mattress of some other high end quality mattress, but stay away from Sleep Number, we certainly will from now on!!
