First timer . .. we went to home goods and then came to this shop. When we entered, we saw that most of the bays were empty . We thought everything was sold out ! there were sections of 50% off items, but nothing was really available. Very less choice ! We picked very few items and most of the posters, clocks etc was more expensive than home goods. Average experience. Customer service was ok and billing was a bit slow . Lots and lots of parking available. Covid protocols followed here …

I found this store over priced & some the same items are sold at places like Marshalls, Ross, Homegoods, Burlingtons, TJ Maxx, Bed Bath & Beyond & even DOLLAR TREE!!!! for half the price! Now maybe some of these stores get the items that this store cant sale & that is why they are so much less expensive then At Home but maybe there is some kind of coupon or text deal you are suppose to use here to shop with like at Bed Bath & Beyond, but I didnt ask to find out about any of their coupons or how you get discounts for their store. Maybe after I find out more about how any of their deals or any coupons work that will change my review & would return to try shopping At Home again. I found this exact Item for your bath tub that I got at Burlington for 8.99 +tax & my children love it but At Homes price was $21.99+tax. The bathroom corner small shelf they had was smaller 3 levels & $29.99 this picture is the larger 4 tier that I also got at HomeGoods $19.99+tax just be wise with their pricing & check other stores for same or similar items.

Good place for home stuff. Some things seem over priced, but seems balanced by things that are a deal. If you see any dinged furniture or cabinets that you can live with, you can ask for a discount.

My wife and I always enjoy coming here to look around. There are a lot of neat things here!

I really like this store. Its mostly large and open, and they have a huge variety of most things that they carry. The prices range from, really good, to, I wouldnt pay that much, but theres generally something in the range were looking for. Quality of products varies as well, . But most are generally durable. Their seasonal selection is huge for every season and typically worth a trip. I last bought a couple of conversation chairs and a small table for my office for $190.

This place has got it all! Everyone has told me to go there! Then I finally did. I now see why. Really cool art, fake plants, furniture, seasonal decorations!! Basically everything! And all the stuff has a touch of class and style! Cool 😎

Love shopping here, their prices have definitely increased since the switch from Garden Ridge but they have also upgraded a lot of items they keep in stock! Found some lamps today that would look great in a specific bedroom in my home. I definitely spend a lot of time in this store since I love home decor and they have just about anything you can think of.

I agree items can be overpriced. Comparative shop. I also didnt understand the fact that they cant adjust your receipt. I bought tables & forgot to use my discounted coupon. I was told to return the items to use the coupon. I asked for the home office number and was told you need to send an email. Very disappointed.

I have been to this store twice and each time I have walked out empty handed. Everything is way over priced. For stuff made in China you think they would lower their prices. Some people like to pay way too much for cheap stuff. More power to them.

Lots of nice decor at pretty reasonable prices. Some stuff, however, is pretty poor quality.

I love At Home. Their selections are a little thin right now, but still excellent and their prices are great.

Large selection. Prices are decent. Quality is mostly Chinese made stuff. Store is kinda messy but maybe its because of the holidays.

Took back some cushions and bought some yard decor. Salesman was friendly and quickly handled the transactions.

This store has the potential to be your one stop shop for everything in the home however this location has been so poorly maintained and managed that I will never be going here again. The racks, shelves, and displays are a disaster and unorganized. There is broken or busted product all throughout the store. With their prices being what they are I would expect the items to have good quality and be in new condition. There is any an employee in sight throughout the whole floor. On a day in NOVEMBER you have ONE person at register expecting to check out a line of over a dozen people with carts full of items. After waiting way too long in line without any movement we walked away from our $100 cart and won’t return.

The lady who checked me out and manager on duty sold me the display bc the tree I wanted was sold out. This is my second time here and I was able to go home with the display and use my 10% off coupon. The first cashier lady I had was lovely too. I’ve lived here for 10 years and was upset when my sister who lives out of state told me about this place. I could have been coming all these years. Y’all have a forever customer here! Theres absolutely no one on the floor that can help you with anything no help whatsoever and I dont like that kind of store where I cannot find somebody to help me especially with heavy items or far up reaching items way taller than myself will not be going again I needed help and it was with something heavy there was no one to help me so I left it I did not purchase it I got in my car I left and Im not going back

Pretty good selection of home goods, but sometimes quality of items are hit or miss. Overall, its a decent place to shop. They do have a huge variety of seasonal stock.

Great hit or miss store for products inside and outside of the home

I don’t appreciate being chastised by your cashier for trying to use a coupon. I receive emails from a coupon site and At Home was mentioned in my email. I clicked the link and saved it in my phone and decided to visit the store.Upon checkout (and after spending hundreds of dollars) when I showed the lady my coupon, she became very caustic and treated me as if I were a criminal. She told me that At Home does not take coupons found randomly on the internet and they are emailed only to members. I explained that I received an email from a subscribed coupon site, but understood what she said and that I was unaware of the policy. As she continued to ring up my items, she continued to berate me and treat me as if I had stolen something. I did not fight with her and only said, “okay, I understand and was unaware of the policy.”Here’s the thing: Your prices are comparable to Hobby Lobby and Amazon. Everything I purchased could have easily been purchased elsewhere for the same price and delivered directly to my door. If you don’t want to use coupon marketing strategies, that’s your business and your bottom line. But at least provide a semblance of customer service.I will not be back- especially considering Amazon and Hobby Lobby provides the same items, for the same prices, without treating well intended and well paying customers like criminals.

The people were nice but when i found a comforter i wanted to buy i looked at it and it had trash in it like it was returned previously so that drove me to open it and check it for any stains or anything and there was a huge pee stain on it. They definitely should inspect things more when they are returned
