I ordered 2- 26x26 pillow inserts online. When I came to pick them up, they were really bad quality (the 4 corners had no filling in them). I told the cashier that I would like to return them. She called someone else who had the keys for the return. This person tried to tell me that that is how they are supposed to be. Correct me if Im wrong but Ive never seen a pillow with no filling in the corners, all in the middle. Anyways, I said just return them. My total order that I paid for was $19.08, the money that was returned to me was $16.96. When I told the cashier that the incorrect amount was returned, she called back the lady that did my return. She told me, it was the computer that did it that way, not me also really, you want your $2 back?. WOW. I have NEVER seen this kind of rude customer service. Its not the $2 that concerns me, its the simple fact that she was rude to begin with and its the principal. If I return something, I should get my money back, the whole amount, not a portion she chooses. I had only used 1-20% off coupon and she returned my items as if I had used 2-20% of coupons. Thats where the issue was in the pricing. Its very simple to figure out just by looking at the receipt yet she chose to say the computer did it that way. Eventually they called someone else to finish the transaction but I am never going back to this store again. Terrible customer service.

We enjoy Bes Bath & Beyond. The selection is always pleasing. Tons of options on most products. The quality of the products ranges greatly. We love that you can find some unusual kitchen stuff not normally found in other stores. The color selections on their linens and towels was great.The store was somewhat clean. The floor was a little messy and the restrooms could have been cleaner. The clearance section looked like they just threw a pile of stuff in it.I recommend this store to people looking for a good deal

I usually order online and pickup in store at this location. I’ve also ordered through DoorDash. I’ve never had a problem with quality but it does take them longer than the 2 hours to have orders ready, sometimes it’s gone into the next day. Also be careful if you pay for gift wrap because apparently they don’t do that anymore but will still charge you.

I have shopped at this store for many years and given them hundreds, if not thousands, of my hard earned dollars. But I guess in all that time I never had to return anything. For Christmas I got a peppermill from there from my son, who paid cash and didnt keep the receipt. It was too tall to fit in my cabinets. So I took it in with the tags still on it and merely asked to exchange it for a smaller one. Because I didnt have the receipt, they told me there was nothing they could do. So I gave it to a charity store. Three months later I bought an $8.00 pastry brush and after just 3 uses it started shedding its bristles on the food when I used it. Again, I tried to return it but this time I had the receipt. HOWEVER, it was just outside the 30 day return period (and I mean just barely) and they wouldnt even let me exchange that either!! This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and guess what? Target sells most of the same products for roughly the same price and their customer service is exemplary!! Adios, Bed Bath & Beyond. Youve seen the last of my money!

The store is easy to find but if youre looking for a run of the mill item like an electric can opener, youre out of luck. They have manual and battery operated but your standard run of the mill, counter standing, electric can opener, forget it. The kitchen items they have are ok. Nothing to write home about. I used to like BB&B quite a bit but its lost it appeal. Cant even put my finger on it. Just, meh.

Had a very peaceful experience purchasing a fall candle and a bougie looking dispenser for our kitchen soap. its easier to maintain than a walmart or a toy store, but props to all the people keeping every BB&B so very simple and clean, what else can i say. chefs kiss

Terrible customer service. I arrived 10 minutes before closing. As I was approaching the door an associate ran to the door and locked it without saying anything. All she had to do was say they were closing. I would have understood.

Terrible customer service. I called and they redirected me to find an item I was looking for. 5 minutes no answer. Called again, lady asked for the barcode number. I asked if she wanted the number above or below the bar code. She said both. I gave her both. She then said it was too many numbers. Then asked for the numbers repeatedly saying no no that’s too many numbers. Then she said she would look online. Which I already said it was listed but didn’t list if the store sold them. She then put me on hold with no explanation. Called again to try to talk to a manager. Was on hold for another 5 minutes with no answer. I’ll try another bed bath and beyond.Just spoke to another location. She was able to help me within a few minutes and even walked back to double check and just look at the inventory.

Great prices. Who knows if they will remain open and recover from losses.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. Horrible customer service. Just needed a price check because 3/4 of the stock has no price on it. Then after standing in line 5 minutes at customer service the associate acted as if I was bothering her. Will never shop here again.

Went here to pick up online order after receiving a text that it was ready for pickup; but when I got there they could not find my order. I waited 20min in customer/ online order line and when I got up there the girl behind the desk went on break and told me and all others we would need to now wait in the returns line.

Kinda depressing low inventory very disorganized and messy some areas should be closed off because it looks so bad staff very low morale things are just not what they once were

The store was out of a lot of things on the gift registry I was shopping for but I was able to eventually find some items. But the experience could have been better at checkout. I had to speak to get the girls attention. She was more interested in talking to her co-workers.

The cashier could note give bad change without counting to herself several times. But, did not count back to me.

I havent been into BB&B, in over a decade. Went in to purchase a product called FRESH WAVE. It cleans and neutralizes the air. Works exceptionally well. BB&B was neat and well stocked.

The Manager, Donnie gave A-1 Customer Service. We had purchased a pillow the day before from the Gwinnett location and the pillow was obviously a returned item or had a show of usage somehow. This was not a cheap pillow, regular $99., however, on sale. The manager told us without question he could order it and send to our home. We were very grateful.A great Customer Service experience goes a long way. Thank you.

Jumbled up mess of random stuff. Hard to find anything. Their mens room doesnt have soap or paper towels. I guess the Bath part of Bed, Bath & Beyond left the building. LOL.

While they did have what we wanted. So much stuff is NOT priced. No shelf tag, no sticker tag, nothing. Can of cashews no price, glass pan lid no price. Soda stream no price. Keurig cleaner no price. Got frustrated and just left. Terrible.

I was looking for several items with only pictures as a reference. The staff at the store were very friendly and helpful. They saved me quite a bit of time by taking me to the items.

I loved how organized the store was and every employee there was willing to help us shop for what we needed. It was a little difficult moving our shopping cart around though because of the narrow aisles.

Good selection and people. Not many of their folks know how to do more than check people out, but they generally try to help. The membership doesnt do much because they frequently have coupons.

Website said store had what i wanted in stock. Got to store and was told they didnt have it. Wasted my time and gas. They advised me to call before i drive over next time. You would think that as long as stores have been barcode scanning inventory they would have figured out how to make it accurate by now. :( Then to add insult to injury, when I scanned my $10 coupon into the app so I could use it to order the item online, it changed my coupon to a 20% off. For the item i wanted, that meant it would cost me more. I used to love BBB, but Im rapidly losing my enthusiasm.

This place is wonderful. So many different scents,lotions and body washes! Also the travel sized hand santizers are wonderful for birthday or holiday present add-ons. They have lots of helpers on the floor to help you find the best deals on a budget!

Two people came by and asked me if I needed help during my 10 minute shopping experience. Very nice stuff.

A gentleman name Cyrus dont know if hes a manager or not but he was not friendly whatsoever. I felt like I was a bother because I interrupted his conversation with another employee. I really needed help and no one was available to help in the area I was in. It seems like theres always no-one working every time I stop by. A cashier did mention that its short staffed but the store manager really needs to fix this problem because I never want to run into that specific employee again. Someone really needs to evaluate his behavior. He also pointed in an area that I would find my item (Like this store isnt big enough for me to get lost in) No help at all!!

Usually i love bed bath and beyond. The workers there are very kind and helpful. Same as Buy buy Baby, they offer help however possible. Today, our cashier, Trisiti, was very rude. I forgot my coupon at home and my app was not working. Usually the cashier will help by providing the coupon for me which they have behind the counter. This usually speeds along the process and gets customers (not just myself) in and out the door. Trisiti just stood there while a line was forming behind me talking to her coworkers (pretty sure i heard rude comments about myself and other customers). I was finally able to get a coupon after what seemed like 30 minutes on my phone. I usually like this store and their employees. Today was not one of those days.. thanks Trisiti for that horrible customer service..
