Everyone here that I came across was friendly as could be and quick to help me out. Was going to drop off the car to have it serviced but when they realized how far away I lived they went ahead and bumped me up to take care of me so we could take care of it the same day. Never met such exceptional service. I’d make the 45min drive anytime.

Last weekend I had some work done to my car by another shop and it started acting funny so I called these guys up and they were willing to check my car out. They saw nothing wrong an even scanned it but nothing so I was told drive it again an see. I ran some seaform yesterday maybe my car had bad gas or something but Ill dive it a bit more hoping everything is okay..Anyways I would recommend this place for sure I mean customer service alone will being me back if I ever need work done to my car.

Even though my car is being a pain to actually find the root problem and fix, they’re customer service and communication has been exceptional. Even though it’s frustrating for me to be without a car they certainly are going to extra mile to make sure it’s repaired properly

Just had a muffler delete done on my 17 440i by The Muffler Shop and my experience was great! They were very reasonably priced, super nice and got me in and out quickly. The work they did looks to be top quality and my car sounds awesome now. Would definitely recommend them for any exhaust related work you need done. Might be the most honest group of guys I’ve dealt with in then automotive world. I usually do most of my mechanic work my self. Was trying to install a cat back exhaust and had a bolt I could not remove to save my life. so finally called it quits and called a shop Where I usually get extra work done at. They quoted me 4hrs of labor at $300-$350. This is typically 30min-1hr job ( done a few before and I’m no mechanic by any means) Called the muffler shop and spoke to the owner and told him everything I’d done to try and removed my exhaust. Told me to bring it in he’d have it swapped out in about an hour and a very fair price. Ended up taking them 30mins. In and out and right at what he quoted me. Couldn’t be happier with my exhaust, customer service and price.

Took my Titan xd here to do a borla muffler swap.These guys are awesome!! Had them install new muffler and weld up all the clamp together spots on the existing flowmaster system and weld up a new tip. All the welds are nice and clean. After I left I figured out hangers were rubbing causing a metal to metal squeal. Called the shop, they told me to bring it right back which I did. They got me in and out super fast, (30 min) with new hanger mounts. Im a gear head and super picky about my vehicles. These guys know their stuff and are awesome!! Thanks guys!!

I was shopping around for someone to fix my exhaust and the quotes were outrageous to say the least. I spoke to Chris over the phone and explained what my needs were. We made an appointment and not only was the work done quickly and professionally. It was under the quoted price! Highly recommend this place.

Sent my daughter here for work on her Honda Accord.. She had had the car diagnosed already, so they were able to provide me a quote for a catalytic converter right over the phone. Their quote was significantly less than any place else I checked. They scheduled an appointment, I sent her out with her car, and it turned out that the catalytic converter was not bad when they checked it out, and it was just a flow pipe. Cost half the price of what they quoted. The car runs great. More than that, I love doing business with people who have such Integrity. It would have been so easy for them to just do what theyd quoted, and take the cash. Honest people are rare. And these guys are fantastic. They deserve your business. Highly recommended.

Tried to sell me a new muffler for 470. I asked them if they could just weld my current pipe. They said the metal is too thin to weld. I went to the next place who simply welded my current pipe for 40 bucks and was done in 20 mins. I feel like they are dishonest....

If I could rate this place 10 stars, I definitely would. The job they did to my R/T was beyond my expectations. It literally left me shaking. This is hands down, the best auto/mechanic shop in the braselton-buford area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get some work done on their car. These guys are amazing. I bought a Jeep Wrangler 08 kinda rough around the edges. The Muffler Shop installed a muffler and a cold air intake I bought on Amazon, took off the ratty old bumpers and installed my new Smittybilt tubular bumpers, mounted and wired LED fog lights and new LED headlights, tuned up the engine, changed the oil, adjusted the air pressure in my new tires. Its a completely different vehicle! Now I have my 1998 BMW Z3 in for an oil change and they are replacing my broken radio antenna. - THEY DO IT ALL!

Upgraded my stock Silverado 1500 to dual exhaust with Flowmaster 50 series. Love it! Shop took care of me the day of my appointment and beat the ready time by 2 hours!

I will use this company every single time I have a repair!!!! Super genuine and down to earth people! Super fair on repair rates too! I had a mechanic shop do a bunch of work on my truck that cost an arm and a leg and they did everything wrong! Nate and his team took before and after pictures and showed me how they did it right!!! I was a walk in customer needing to replace an alternator on a Honda. The wait time was not very long. The staff made me feel at home. I was even offered lunch with the crew. I was in this Saturday morning to have super 44s installed on my 15 challenger. I wasnt to sure how I wouldve liked the sound but Nate and the staff assured me again and again it would sound great. The actual install time it took was much shorter than I thought and was phenomenal work. They answered every question I had no problem. Easily the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff Ive ever dealt with.The outcome when finished is even better than I imagined. I went an hour out of my way to drive down to have this done and smiled ear to ear the whole way back with the windows down to hear it.I recommend this place to anyone. It has five stars for a reason. They have my business for life.

I took my 2015 Mustang 5.0 to get a 3” corsa extreme axle back installed and wanted to get the 3” inch X pipe added with resonator delete. I asked the staff 5 times that are the sure they are going to put on a 3” mid pipe and they confirm. I also asked them if they had the proper pipes to make the conversion from the 2” inch headers into the 3” pipe and they confirm. After I arrived I saw one muffler tip wasn’t center and it was touching the plastic on the bumper so the staff nicely told me that was no problem that they could fix it. They lifted the car and I noticed right away that the mid pipe wasn’t a 3” but a 2.5”. He explain to me that they had to do that to make it fit with the headers which I had already asked them. The reason I wanted 3” inch pipes is because my aftermarket headers will need 3 inch pipes. If they would of told me they couldn’t do a 3” pipe I wouldn’t of got them installed yet and would of waited to get the headers. So I basically just wasted $350 because I will need to replace that mid pipe to fit my headers and exhaust. The only reason why I used this shop was because of their great reviews but they failed me. Great installed but that’s no what I wanted.UPDATEI worked with them again and they did an excellent job and fully communicated with me and got exactly what I need it.

I had few leaks on exhaust pipe. Nate the great fixed them and get me out in 2 hrs. Very impressive with his work. Other shops recommended to replace which was costing me about $1000 bucks, but Nate welded the leak points for the 1/4th cost.

Nate is defiantly the cream of the crop when it comes down to this line of work, not only did he provide top grade A service, but an amazing price to top it off. Simply called and ask about mufflers and Nate was more then happy to answer my questions. Next day i was in have the muffler installed. A nice custom job done by the muffler shop, and boy dose the mustang sound amazing now. I will come back to get majority of my automotive needs done here.

After spending $6,300 on my Ford F350, I asked a few questions about why certain items were not completed. Nate, the owner said leave it with us and well have it finished within a week. At the end of the week I returned not only to find my truck completely untouched but they also damaged something on the engine and the clutch . I guess thats what i should have suspected from a shop that allows the drinking of beer while they work. Nate, you are a dishonorable and dirty low life of a business owner. You cost me thousands. Muffler shop at good people could people work there they do good job theyre honest and do good clean work

I took my truck there and they were GREAT! I had a 14 magnaflow installed for $150. They are also fast the install only took about 45 mins, they had to add pipe and weld on hangars and hooks. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Went from $350 agreed price to $500...very disappointed

The name of the business, The Muffler Shop, may be misleading as they not only install mufflers, but they perform all the maintenance work on all my vehicles.

He even had the same truck in the back of his shop and they were able to also replace a bumper for us! Needless to say we passed emissions and are on the road! Great service,friendly mechanics. I had a pair of o2 sensors that went bad on my 94 mustang. The shop provided a warrenty. I went back to have the sensors replaced and the mechanics at the shop gladly ordered new ones and installed them with no problem. I will shop with them again if I have car issues.

Service was good and the staff were friendly but they don’t warranty their labor. I can’t recommend.

Been a few months and still loving my Borla Atak exhaust

I brought in my 1993 Saturn SL2 when it failed emissions and needed a new catalytic converter. Nate, Jay and the guys got me in and out in less than 20 minutes while saving me over $300!! Dont get ripped off elsewhere! Get Nate to give you an estimate before you do the work with anyone else. The last estimate I got before I found The Muffler Shop was $310 higher!! I passed emissions with flying colors and I highly recommend Nate and Jay to anyone that needs muffler work! The Muffler Shop in Buford is now my muffler shop.
