Not enough phones an an it seemed like you have to up date your phone every 2 years I feel its time for a new carrier

Contacted the local Better Business Bureau for the Boost Store I purchased from on Sheridan Drive in Amherst and will not give me a refund even with it being within the 7 day return period.. Also contacted the Better Business Bureau handling the area Boost Headquarters are located, Because they tell me they have no control over the Boost Stores, but yet their phone customer service pulled up the entire transaction and will not forward me a copy of it to help me return this phone!Then I also contacted the NY State Attorney General saying Boost mobile has a fraudulent misleading return policy, by NOT honoring my return that is ONCE AGAIN well within the 7 days. I WILL NOT SIMPLY LET GO of $176.00!! I WANT MY REFUND!!!Next step in LEGAL action!! I have EVERYTHING well documented from the start of me trying to return this yesterday up until this moment! I HAVE DONE ZERO WRONG for me not to get a refund and this was said by several of your phone associates when playing phone tag with you guys yesterday!!! FED UP!!
