Amazing selection of all things nerdy! The staff are always helpful and friendly. Great place for finding gifts for others or simply spoiling yourself!

The store has a lot of different items. Stuff on sale and priced nice. Sales person was very helpful.

This a very cool store they have a little of everything for the whole family. I never been in this store but next time I am in the area Ill come back. They even have a Jersey shore section. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is lots of free parking available outside the mall.

Lots of cool things inside the store, from collectibles, music, candy and anime to name a few. Only down side is beware of the FYE membership that they claim is free, its not, they sign you up for magazine subscriptions and other monthly fees if you dont call and cancel right away.

I was deceived into signing up for a paid monthly subscription service in checkout. The employee checking me out immediately asked me if I wanted to save 10% on my purchase for free if I sign up for their membership card. No mention was made of a cost so I assumed its free as I was told. Next I was told to select magazines from a subscription service I didnt need? I asked if it was necessary to complete my purchase and the employee said Yes, just choose three, theyre FREE.”I chose three and was presented with several forms to sign which were extremely long winded and confusing to read, it turned out these were me signing my debit card information to their subscription service. As I was trying to read them the clerk asked twice if I was ready to pay yet as if he was trying to rush me past actually reading the forms and make me sign immediately. Unfortunately I fell for this and signed them. My receipts printed after I signed the forms and noticed the 10% discount had been applied as promised. Only after I received my receipts did I learn that I was now signed up for a free trial of two subscription services, one of which (mags.com) was never even mentioned to me at any point during the purchase. The receipt also disclosed that the form I had signed was an agreement to pay $11.99 per month for the FYE membership and an undisclosed amount for a mags.com subscription once the trial period had ended. I am upset that I learned this information not from the sales associate during my purchase but instead from my receipt after the purchase was already completed.Yes, these subscriptions were initially free because they were trials but, the clerk never once mentioned that they would require me to pay a subscription fee later on. Additionally, I was lead to believe that the magazines came free with the FYE membership, in reality they are an entirely different subscription service that also costs money.I feel as if I was played for a fool. I was pressured into providing my card information for two subscription services that I did not want by being mislead into believing that signing up for them was free and necessary to complete my purchase. If you ever shop here I highly recommend that you directly tell the sales associate that you DO NOT consent to being signed up for these subscriptions if you do not want them. Check your receipt to ensure they have not signed you to these subscriptions against your will either. Needless to say I will be cancelling the subscriptions I was tricked into providing my card information for. I am extremely disappointed to see a business using bait and switch tactics on their own customers.

I like buying stuff from here but the cashiers always pressure you to sign up for their rewards program without telling you that you have to pay for it first. He didn’t take my first “no” and asked again. This happens every time. It’s overly pushy and feels like they’re trying to scam me.

Dont eat mexican very often but this was very good and very well priced. Staff is very friendly and very clean

We got a membership here because the employee wouldn’t stop pressuring us. We tried to cancel it in store and they said they couldn’t, a year later tried to cancel it and they said we have all these rewards we can redeem with our membership ID. they gave an incorrect ID and they said they would lower the cost for the membership. Asked to cancel it they still haven’t. Such a scam.

Youll find a lot here, and I mean a LOT whether it be classic candy, manga, pop figures, movies, clothes, figures, electronics. They have a little bit of everything. Thats both a HUGE plus, and a small draw back. Yes youll have a lot to see and youll likely find something for you, but with their large variety of products comes a limited area to put it in. The sections for each product is for the most part (maybe a table per product). That being said they are nearly constantly moving things, keeping it fresh and accessible. Some prices are higher than competitors, but all and all if youre walking around the mall and want a pop culture fix this store is worth a stop by.

This store has a lot of cool Japanese stuff. From foods and beverages to toys. They also have a decent assortment of records.

Always something cool to buy. But very pricey! It helps to know your prices when going in.

Dont sign up for the card its a scam. Was told the I could cancel it the next day by the person at the store. So I called the next day and they said two weeks.

I love FYE and I also liked and media play when they were here in Buffalo some of the stories that just took away yearning to bring them back

One of the worst places Ive shopped at, not for the merchandise, which is a pretty good spread, but because of Jeff. Hes so laid back hes prone... spending 8 minutes to do his paperwork at the register before addressing a customer to check out. We waited an additional 30 minutes to have our custom CD burned... while I dont know for sure why, I imagine it was the time Jeff spent wandering to the door in the back or back with his clipboard before clicking the button to burn the cd. Sad day.

Their selection of vinyl is absolutely off the charts and they have candy that you cant buy anywhere else. They have an amazing tshirt selection as well as an amazing funko pop selection. Something i really enjoy is that they have a candy crate and a noodle crate and a cosmetics crate some of which are imported from japan! Really cool store highly suggest checking it out if you are a music or pop culture fanatic

Great stuff in stock! The FYE VIP trial program is a real pain though, do NOT sign up for the card. You will have to fight through 2 obnoxious phone calls to get the trials canceled. I cant believe FYE would try to push something like this.

The first time I shopped there, the young lady that cashed me out was amazing! That was back in February. I just left there and the customer service from the skinny blonde and the heavy set girl with the eye piercing was absolutely terrible!!!! It was obviously a racial issue because she treated the Caucasian guy that was behind me totally different smh.

Well you paid something there they enroll you on the VIP membership with out you been aware and they charge you 11.99 and when you call to ask for explanation they have none just that you have a member ship that you actually wasnt aware of and they say that the money is non refundable after they do a transaction with out you know in it and all that when you paid with a card on the store ..literally they still 11.99 from your account
