The service and the drinks were perfect as usual soon as they said all businesses will be open I especially like the Starbucks on Elmwood Avenue I spent a lot of time there with my older gentleman friends and I cannot wait until you put the the outside chairs outside so we can be outside in be in the Summer sun and the wind thats the only thing I cant wait for service is priceless Starbucks coffee and everything thats on their menu is wonderful

Walked up a little after 8:30 pm- app and door say open until 9:30 pm. Two employees standing inside- just standing chatting at that moment. Indicate with their hands they’re closed. I understand closing early if you’re not making money but seems like two employees were still getting paid to do nothing- at least some business would offset that. At least put a hand written sign on the door. Side walk around the store littered with garbage and frappucino spilled all over. Perhaps they could’ve been cleaning that up?

Ordered two drinks, took them more than 10 minutes to prepare. Its okay.Other Starbucks can do it faster.

So sad, I would pick this or other Starbucks for coffee & breakfast, however, no dine in. Also, all their cafe’s inside look like a storage room or warrhouse. Everyone of them! Not inviting!Only good for a cup of Joe on the run.I Recommend Panera, Tim Horton’s or etc for a normal experience.☕️

I have gone to this Starbucks almost everyday since I moved here 2 years ago. The staff know my name and always greet my with a smile. Even when they are extra busy the wait time is not very long. I have come to know one of the workers here pretty well and every once in a while he will pay for my drink for me with his own money- like today. :) Highly recommend going to this Starbucks if youre looking for a yummy drink or snack! Love love love this Starbucks and the workers.

I love this starbucks. Some of the employees know me by name, and that always makes me feel great. They all seem like really cool people, and watching them during a rush is like watching someone solve a rubiks cube. They work hard!Edt: they have since fired or lost all their old workers. Im not surprised, but I am disappointed.

It is in the middle of Elmwood and it has parking in the back! For me it is 10 minute drive from where I work and I can order and pick up and go back to my car easily. The barista are very friendly and they are very busy. But they get their jobs done for sure. As long as I can get my coffee in time Im happy!

5 stars for the lattes and cold brews (minus 2 for the attitude problem at this location) Downtown is a million times better, too bad they close so early.

Whenever I am on Elmwood, I seem to always be at this location. As busy as this location can be, the wait is never that long. I like the snacks that they offer. But I always come for the Frap, of course with almond milk. Hey I have a sensitive tummy..

Nie people and location. My only complain is that the young baristas dont realize how noisy the room is making it difficult for 65 year old ears to hear them.

Venti Iced Chai or Strawberry Refresher all day long. My only complaint which is in all stores now is their sippy cup lids now which are just not what I wanna use anymore to drink my beverage from a place that charges high prices for my drink. Get paper straws.

I believe some of these Starbucks need to have monthly meetings on diversity...especially the one on Delaware inside the hotel...the one next to ETS on Elmwood.

Its just ok. Another coffee shop with some good drinks. Coffee here always tastes burnt or over roasted. Cold drinks here are great, try the teas. Overall not a bad place to go for a quick cold drink or coffee. Always friendly and good service.

I love getting the cold brew with foam. Nice clerks and good atmosphere. I like earning stars in their rewards program. For those that know their coffee Its more of a dark roast but you can get lighter roasts by request.

Ive been studying here essentially non-stop for the past one month. Every staff member here, and I can vouch for this, having been here through all different shifts, is friendly and knowledgeable about what theyre serving.The drinks come with the usual Starbucks quality. Smaller overall compared to a lot of other Starbucks, I still am always able to find a nicely lit spot to read, with music playing at a reasonable volume in the background.No qualms from me!

I Love Starbucks. But this location is something special. The customer service is awesome. Its always clean and not too crowded. I have been here many times and not once has my drink order been wrong. And I always venture away from the normal menu.

Despite the location this store is smaller compared to most locations. The seating is outside and inside, as well as seats alongside the window areas. The staff are wonderful and always remember me, and only occasionally mess up my order. One of my only complaints is the occasional lack of pastry variety.

Always know my regular drink and new and old employees go out if their way to get me in and out with a pleasant experience! As for the person who complained about getting english breakfast tea when ordering a London fog; These have not been in the regular menu for almost 2 years because I drink them also. You should have been told that by your regular store when it was taken off the menu; Dont blame someone for not making your drink right without instructions, and not on their regular menu! Grow up and show some of your own responsibility when reviewing!

It was the first time going to this location, and the workers were so rude. They were not friendly at all and made me feel stupid-at a Starbucks. I ordered a new drink, lemon green tea latte, and he didnt mention that they ran out of lemons until he handed me the drink. Great, thanks! Im usually not so sensitive, but the way they were left me pissed off.

Very busy location in the heart of Elmwood village. Probably not the best location for a quick cup of coffee due to limited parking in the area. Service is usually pretty good, unless its a busy morning.

Quick Saturday service. The Baristas were not the most friendly, but still good service. But a word to the wise, smiles help.

Look, I still give their coffee the highest marks, and the employees are lovely. BUT, and its a big one-I was hungry this morning. And their food case although gull of enticing things was also chock full of fruit flies. I know how difficult they are to get rid of. In a home. But you cannot let them run amok in a display case and simply shut the doors behind them. I ate elsewhere.

This is arguably the best Starbucks in town, in terms of customer service, location, ambiance, and for serious coffee nuts: The Clover machine. The staff here are almost on a different level, and their layout of the store is well done. Outdoor seating during warm months is great!

The location is very warm and welcome and actually they didnt make me wait that long at I expected. The only problem is the parking because I have to park my car in the next door restaurant parking.

The best place to start with having a cup of Coffee for the rest happy day of your activities and keep in mind that with start good smiling of Baristas of * bucks!

I am lactose intolerant, and one of the few places I can reliable get coffee for myself is Starbucks.... Unfortunately, when I ordered a drink with almond milk, it was served completely separated and spoiled....I use almond milk in my everyday cooking, i add it to my own coffee at home each morning, and on top of it, I used to work at Starbucks. I was told to ALWAYS inform a customer if you served a drink to a them that would not mix well. Guess that isnt the case anymore!When I told the barista in charge my issue, she informed me that that was just how the almond milk was and that there was nothing she could to about it. Then she informed me I was not allowed a refund!Well. I found all of that ridiculous. I called the help service desk- TO HAVE THEM LAUGH AT ME?! I literally had a representative, in an office, LAUGH into the phone at an issue that concerned my health, and then proceed to HANG UP ON ME.This has been a HORRIBLE experience. Im DEFINITELY NOT ordering from THIS Starbucks again, and Im not sure Id ever like to order Starbucks again!

This Starbucks, not infrequently, will not open on time. Several times over the past month when I get there just after the time it is supposed to open (according to the hours listed on its website) people will be inside, but there is a sign on the locked door saying that they are having a delayed start. There is no mentioned how long the delayed start is going to be or when they will be open. One time they were not open when they should have been and the store was all dark with no one inside. So if you are an early bird and like starting your day early with an enjoyable coffee from Starbucks and maybe lounging in their store for a while, dont be surprised if you get there and they are not open. Maybe the opening staff just arent morning people. This would probably explain why they are not the most friendly baristas Ive come across in the Starbucks stores when I get there early in the morning.

I switched from my Amherst store to this location about 2 years ago, 9/10 times Ive been treated very respectfully Ive only had one service worker but I didnt like but that person no longer works there so I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this location my coffee is ready sometimes before I even walk in the door the manager is one of the nicest managers I have met the other nicest manager would be the Amherst store on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Amherst.

Occasionally a little too busy/short-staffed to jump out of the car to grab a drip coffee, but never a problem with ordering ahead with the app! Worth remembering that this location has a Clover machine, though!
