These folks were great. My phone took a dive while I was on vacation and had to be replaced. The staff here took good care of me and got me back on the road in short order. Highly recommended
The staff here is amazing! My boyfriend switched from Spectrum to Verizon but we were having difficulties getting the service to switch onto his brand new phone. The entire staff was involved (see picture) and they didn’t give up until they figured it out! We were there for almost 2.5 hours and they got it to switch over!
Wansi Habte is the man . The best experience I have had to date with any or all carriers. Very knowledgeable and patient .Hands down the best decision Verizon has ever made,0u was hiring him not 5g!! 🤭. In fact Wansi might be faster than 5G. 6* review. If they lose him Verizon will collapse

I want to take this opportunity to recognize Steve for a recent excellent customer experience. I purchased a new phone from Steve. He programmed my phone, and answered all of my questions. Steve was professional, patient, and solution-focused. I will definitely tell my friends and family about my positive experience. I also interacted with Wansi, the District Manager, on another visit. He was very professional, positive, and answered all my questions. The culture in the store was a positive one.
Talk to Steve today and he definitely helped me out answering all questions I have had, more helpful than any customer service rep. Steve spoke to me as a person and did not ignore the reasons why I called in the first place and solved them professionally and proficiently. By far the best employee I have spoken to, and is the reason verizon did not loose a costumer today!

Verizon Fios customer for 15 years. Current provided router outdated. Told I need to purchase or lease new one. And of course the internet service will cost more as well. I can understand why people cut the cord! I may be the next one.
The folks working here were EXTREMELY helpful in getting my phone working after switching from another provider that I wont name. The change over caused a very rare glitch, but these guys refused to give up and eventually resolved the issue. This is the store Ill be visiting from now on.

Im here trying return fios equipment. It would take 5 mins, an employee is sitting twiddling on his phone while his customer tries to figure out her pin problems, when he could be handling my return while he waits for that. Ridiculous. I could have been out if here by now.
I was assisted with a phone upgrade by the manager at this location, Wansi. He was one of the most personable, helpful, and informative people I’ve ever met. The process was quick since I had come in knowing which phone I wanted, the only thing we were ever waiting around for was for information to process and, of course, the transfer between phones. He made sure I knew exactly what came in the box with the phone and which accessories I’d have to purchase separately, since the new iPhones don’t come with a wall plug. All and all I was in and out in about half an hour with a new phone, a good deal on the necessary accessories, and a smile on my face. Thanks again!

OUTSTANDING experience!I went to TCC in Buffalo and worked with Wasnsi Habte--he not only gave us the best possible deal, he was thorough, patient and explained everything before asking for a commitment. Getting three new phones, adding insurance and upgrading our plan seemed like it would be a headache but we figured it all out. When i got an email from Verizon confirming the transaction, I had another question. Wansi wasnt available but Steve Jedynak took my call and walked me through everything. Great people working at this place of business...Very helpful with purchase,but they have a bad return policy.I purchase a Flex Force 2 headset on March 9,2021 and returned on March 30,2021...device would not accept a charge.They would not do a return.Will just deal with Best Buy in the future.

Changed to Verizon today everything went easy, Great Service. I knew what plan I wanted, When i got home I learned that phone protection was added to my account for $17/mo as an add on without being asked or told about it. My first time with Verizon and felt duped. I went back to the store and told it was standard to put the add on: on all plans--my phone is 6 years old. The add on was taken off after a few minutes. Writing this just be everyones aware. Ask what the final bill will be and check for add-ons. if youre told they do this as practice,. write a review. Maybe the practice will change.
I just had an outstanding experience getting upgrades to my Verizon lines. Wansi was so helpful and knowledgeable about all my options. After my phone decided to kick the bucket on 9/16/20 I went to TCC in the Delaware Ave. plaza, Wansi quickly figured out the issue, he called the customer service department which saved hours of my time and was extremely knowledgeable. He knows his business, went the extra mile and was super nice to deal with. I recommend this location!

Every time I go to this Verizon store the customer service is very poor. Always issues on their end regarding account information. They like to tell me my pin/password is wrong even though I can show them the documentation of the updated password. Never a pleasant experience.

Your purposeful labyrinth of automation nightmare, the agitation you create sends customers fueling mad into these stores and makes your employees fish in a barrel. Ive been into this Verizon 3 times in the last 2 months and have worked with Steve all 3 times. Steve is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all things Verizon. The rest of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly as well. It makes going to Verizon feel like less of a chore. I wouldnt even bother going to any other Verizon. Just drive to this one.

Today I had an issue where my SIM card was stuck in the phone wrong. I went in immediately to see if they could fix it as I had recently paid off my device.Lindsey G was AMAZING and went above and beyond helping me. She did her best to get the chip out, but the phone was already a loss. She then was able to save me money monthly as I am self contracted. When she did that I was able to get a new phone without feeling pressure of paying a ton more monthly. She made it so easy and helped explain everything each step of the way. I was able to leave with the new iPhone 11, all of my device information was transferred, and was able to keep my same monthly amount.I cannot thank Lindsey enough for this great experience. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!

Ordered a watch was told it would be available for pickup in 2 days ...6 days later I have it ...no one called to update me on delivery. I called 4 days in and got no real answers other then it should be there this afternoon which it wasnt. fedex sent me a notification that it was delivered Monday I purchased tuesday. I called to confirm it was in and was told it was busy and they couldnt confirm if it was or wasnt there. After 6 days I feel ur line out the door can wait 2 min so u can see if my package was ready considering the wait I had already had. Honestly very frustrating experience. Also was told the minute it was delivered they would call me but clearly that didnt happen
My wife daughter and I visited this store looking to upgrade our phones. We were assisted by Wansi. He helped us with everything we needed to upgrade and and switch to Verizon, provided us with all promotions such as free iPads with our phone purchases and he set up and transferred all our content from our old phones. His warm and pleasant personality along with his vast knowledge of Verizon products made the whole experience great. We greatly appreciate all that he did and would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone looking to purchase any new devices
I got my phone upgrade and everything transferred but had to share two experiences- 1. While staff were wearing masks, they regularly took them off to talk to one another.. made me really uncomfortable 2. One worker made a joke about how his beard beneath his mask “looked like an 80s porno”. I pretended Not to hear but this was REALLY uncomfortable. I’ve done all my phone business via this store but this may have switched me elsewhere.

Not very helpful. I found a phone last week, while walking, and was trying to return it to its rightful owner. They couldnt help me. Gave me an 800 number for customer service that never picked up. So much for trying to do the right thing.

My daughter and myself were in 5:15p last Monday (6/08/2020).We have never had a better experience at any Verizon store.Steve stayed way past when he was supposed to go home and helped me with my bill, my plan and was a super personable guy.You hired a gem when you brought him into your team!We will never go to another Verizon store again! ( we don’t live near there either!!)

I called to try to understand where my package is located and the woman who answered was absolutely no help. She didn’t even take down the tracking number so see where my phone was. Ridiculous.

I have been a customer of Verizon since 2006And I have never had the customer service experience that I did when I worked with Kendell. He went above and beyond. Was extremely patient. Very kind. Very knowledgeable. I trusted him to not over sell me. I explained what I was looking for and he was able to direct me painlessly. Purchasing a new phone is a big pain in the a** and I truly do avoid upgrading because i don’t want to lose the information stored on my phone. He reassured me that everything would go smoothly and it did. I was extremely happy with my experience and I hope whoever reads this considers going to this location purely for Kendell.

I had purchased a new phone which went crazy on me about 6 weeks after acquiring it. I went into Verizon where the rep reassured me that she knew what the problem was and would be able to correct it. She was patient and determined and did as she promised. As I am technically challenged she relieved my initial anxiety and reaffirmed my faith in Verizon.
Great experience. Aaron was very easy to talk to and helped me get a new phone after mine bit the dust. Everyone at the location was friendly and helpful. Would recommend going here for any Verizon service. FYI: They have a machine that extracts moisture from your phone in store, so you can keep the rice in the kitchen and out of tech!
