The people here were very cool. I got a used controller. When I got home it didnt work correctly. I took it back and was able to exchange it for a brand new one only paying the difference. This was alot to explain but the guys working were quick and easy. Great job guys

These guys are pretty cool!! Came out to get my son his Xbox about a year ago. I usually put the request online for certain items when I shop for games and they are great with response times via e-mails as well as reminders. There was a small line when I went but it was not that bad. I was able to wait my turn, get my item, pay and return back to the train station in enough time for my bus downtown. The staff are always great so no complaints. Big thumbs up to you guys!!!

The man working there Christian was rude and very short with us. When we asked him about the new Xbox he acted like we were bothering him. As me and my husband looked around he was bringing things into the back room so he wasnt around to help us and no one else was working there so we left.

Phone doesn’t work so I couldn’t confirm anything before paying for an Uber, tried to order delivery and it didn’t process the order by their 2pm delivery.I’ll just stick with Amazon

One employee in general, Chris, was super helpful and friendly. He went out of his way to help me find what I needed and found solutions to my issue. I hope management will see this and realize they have hard working employee on their hands with Chris!

I have no idea what people are talking about. This place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. And Ive actually been here multiple times now. Today, I literally had to stand in line for over half an hour just to bill a product. And there was only one guy ahead of me too. And for some reason, theres always only one guy working at the counter when they have multiple people (and counters) to spare. Even when I got to the billing part, the guy was just plain rude with no consideration that he had just wasted so much of my time.

The workers are amazing, are very helpful, and the game selection is great. Overall, a great place to be even when not buying, and just returning games.

This my favorite spot for games and the employees are always up to date about everything.

Prordered something that got there 1.5 months later and then brought in headsets to exchange for new ones but they bent the headset backward to I guess test durability or whatever and cracked in 4 diff spots. Not only they didnt have the headset I wanted they broke my original ones. I go to the GameStop that they says has the headset I want but guess what they cant take my old headset now. I will go to Amazon from now on

Was kinda upset the location in Amherst had closed.I was really looking forward to going there after work.Then I remembered this place by UB.All of the staff was very knowledgeable on everything I asked them and werent annoyed looking when I asked simple questions.Will definitely make this one my game buying hub.

Plenty of games to choose from. Prices pretty much the same as most retailers (Amazon, best buy). The main deals are on used games. Alot of items can be found cheaper elsewhere (Walmart), (used gamestop ps4 controller cost the same as a brand new one at Walmart). Dont bother selling your games/systems to them... But it new for $60, theyll buy it back for $20 two days later and then put it back on the shelf for $55. Anything this store sells can be easily beaten and price matched at a target 🎯 or Walmart or Amazon all day...with a better return policy. Maybe convenient if you dont wanna wait on the mailman.
