I had exceptional service, today! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change in the late afternoon on Friday. I did not have an appointment but still, the service technicians were able to get me in and out in less than an hour. They did a thorough and efficient job. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I love the small town, caring atmosphere and will for sure visit again.
The service techs were kind, patient and understanding. From start to finish- I had a mix up with my drivers license and they didnt get impatient, they laughed with me and understood things happened. They were extremely accommodating while I ran to go renew my license, held my rental until I returned and then fixed it my car in a timely manner! Had the part I needed on hand and there were no hiccups. Check out was fast, the front desk lady was nice, the service lady was nice and the lady at the end of the day when I picked up my car was nice as well. Then, the guy I bought a part from in parts department was also helpful and kind. Great group of people at this location... (Buffalo, MN) Amazing service all around- 5 stars!

First of all, I couldnt believe how fast it was! Incredible service. Secondly, I appreciated the staff who went out of their way to accommodate me when I initially forgot to use my coupon on my phone. It was my mistake, but when I called right away to ask, they were able to honor it, which was a nuisance for them. Appreciated the customer service immensely!

Well the past experiences have not been good. After years avoiding Ryans I decided give them another try. And let me say I was more than impressed. The staff was great. They got my truck in and fixed way way faster than thought. Now the truck wasnt fully fixed in fact it did have the same problem the very next weekend. I had my tires rotated and was told I had a small bulge in the RR, would be fine until fall when I should get new ones. The next day on our way up north that tire blew out.

Brad always goes above and beyond. I was going to take my jeep to the jeep side to get some stuff fixed on my wifes car and they were rather rude. Made a joke to Brad and he went above and beyond, talked to them and told them what they did poorly. We then brought our jeep to the chevrolet side instead and will be doing so from now on.
They kept me informed throughout the time it was in the shop. An was finished the same day

The hopefully final stage of the repairs still need attention. But backorder parts are understandably beyond anyones control. Looking forward to having a vehicle (that I purchased 2 months ago) back in reliable working condition in the near future.
My bill was $61. I was able to EASILY redeem my points due to a great service manager so I only paid $1 out of pocket. My father was a Ford mechanic so we only bought Ford growing up but I really love my Chevy!! (I think Dad shouldve switched!) The service here has been very good.

WORST customer experience EVER!!! The used car sales manager is TERRIBLE!!! Wanted us to pay for something HE missed after the fact and almost lost our business over $475. He could have cared less. If I was the owner he would be long gone! If we didn’t want the vehicle we were trading for, they would have! They called and said they would reimburse us $175, not the full amount and we are still waiting to see that check. We will never be buying another vehicle from them. I have friends who work in the vehicle biz and they were astonished how horrible our experience was. Friends couldn’t believe it either! $475!!!! HIS FAULT!!! You can guarantee I will be telling everyone I know looking to buy a vehicle to steer clear from Ryan Chev. Customer experience is everything in business these days. Ours was ruined.
Great & pleasant experience. Jeff Nelson was a straight up salesman, not pushy and knew a lot about the Enclave he sold me. He was very informative and took the time to show me a lot of the features the vehicle had and how to operate them. Not only did Jeff talk business with me but we also talked to each other on a personal level. Lisa was friendly and Josh in finance was great too! I reached out to Tanner Bonnema (sales), at Ryan Auto Mall in Buffalo, MN with all the features I was looking for in a new vehicle. Tanner, took note of everything I had asked for. He treated us well, no high pressure tactics and he did not oversell. He especially did an excellent job explaining a high tech car to my wife who is intimidated by technology. Vehicle was brought in under an insurance claim for a rodent issue. Visible interior damage and possibly electrical related issues. .Was charged $800+ for a new battery, alternator, pulley, and a tow. Went to pick up vehicle and the battery was dead, interior color didnt match, and it still stunk of something dead. Theyve had my vehicle for a month and its still not fixed right and the parts they charged me to replaced may still have been a result of the rodent issue as it still doesnt work. Loss of my vehicle for a month and still not fixed, Not Happy.

Bought a vehicle in May! Have already had to replace a oil cap due to a oil leak and now a censor is bad on it. When I needed it repaired I they did not have a loaner vehicle available.

My experience was very good, from the test drive to answering all of my questions and making sure I got the best interest rate and deal on the financing. Working with Steve and the rest of the staff made everything go smoothly and I couldnt have been more happy with how things went.
Never in my life have I had a buying experience like this one. I credit it all to Todd Rodenwald and his personal and sincere attention to me as a customer and for that, I give them 7 stars. I am deducting 3 stars from that rating because I am a bit disappointed with the lack of attention to detail the service department had when it came to filling out warranty paperwork and installing the accessories and loading the GPS navigation that I purchased at the time of the deal and the slew of generic emails I received from the dealer after the purchase introducing me to services that I already purchased. This takes away from the personalized attention that Todd invested. One suggestion I would have is keep the customer up to speed regarding the process leading up to delivery and make sure everything the customer purchased as add-ons are installed prior to delivery! Also, dont have the service department call the customer reminding of an appointment for accessory install if you havent delivered the vehicle yet.

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Steve was an awesome salesman, no pressure at all. Took time to get to know me while we test drove the vehicle & waited for them to get the paperwork in order. He really made the whole process very easy. Steve even personally called me the next day to tell me about a recall for my vehicle and scheduled the appointment right away. I have never had this happen before, usually you find out when they send you something in the mail, but not at Ryan Chev. Purchased 2018 traverse in August of 2020 with approx 25k miles - was informed 3yr/36000 warranty was still with vehicle - warranty issue a few months later - was told it was under warranty when it was dropped off - then was told over phone a few days later“surprise - this vehicle was originally sold in June of 2017, so warranty ran out in June of 2020.....before vehicle ever was even at Buffalo store” was initially told too bad - bill is $400 to fix....after 4 hours of phone calls it was only reduced 50%Spoke with Rob Ryan about this - his position was - yeah that should not have happened - but too bad so sad....then when pressed on how this can happen he just hung up the phone....now won’t even answer phone when calling.....makes me wonder how many vehicles they have sold in the past under this scenario in the past....customer satisfaction is 0% of his intent after vehicle is sold...
I am wondering if anyone has issues with any of the Ryan stores as far as insurance claims? I was dropping my daughter off at the Buffalo location when a lot kid backed into my car. He said he was sorry, had never even seen me. I said no problem! I said that I would leave my information for their insurance. The service manger said they would just have to replace my bumper cover. No problem no drama. I was on my way to work so I said I didnt need a police report as they have cameras so Im not worried.I just got a call from their insurance stating I have to prove it was not my fault. Now they do not have cameras?? I would have protected myself by having the police come out.Beyond mad!!!! 48 yrs old never have had an accident now a kid hits me and I have to defend myself when I was hit? If they do not have cameras as they told insurance, they should not implied to me they did. I would have called the police for a honest report!!
One of the quickest car deals I have ever done. Scott was easy going, and on the ball. Sales manager Tim didnt force me to go back and forth over and over. Generous appraisal of my trade. Good finance manager Josh was able to match my local bank rate. In and out from beginning to end in less than 2 hours. Very easy to work with. Simply come in prepared and ready to rock.
3 times to fix transmission and still dont fix it. Going in today for fourth time. All the same issues. If not fixed will take it some were they can.
