I had an okay experience here, DJ was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I love my car, but it had several issues/ maintenance that probably should have been fixed before I bought it. Regardless, they have helped to fix these issues as they came up. I would just really look your car over before it leaves the lot-- if you find something wrong, they will definitely help you to fix it.

Picked up vehicle. Drove it 22 miles home.I get home..Computer display shows. Add quart of engine oil. Engine coolant low. Parking bulb is dead. I open the hood. Hood struts do not work. I ordered correct BMW blue coolant. While under the hood I also checked the power steering fluid reservoir. It is nearly completely empty. Ordered the proper BMW power steering fluid. Very expensive. 3 quarts are needed4 days ago the blower fan quit.If you buy a vehicle here. Take it to a dealer that sells that make of vehicle you are interested in. Example. You are looking at a Volkswagen. Take it to a Volkswagen dealer.. Ask for a PPI. Pre Purchase Inspection. You wont make a mistake in buying a klunker.4/5/2021....》As of today I have put a total of 52 miles on the vehicle since I drove it off the dealers lot. As of yesterday both valve cover gaskets leak, headlight level sensor failure, heated drivers seat heating element failure, rear window defroster is not working.Leaks engine oil so bad. It leaks a quart of engine oil city driving every 6 miles.4/11/2021....》As of today I put another mile on the vehicle. Yes. 1 mile. Now the timing chain cover gaskets are leaking. Vacuum pump started leaking as well.Had to replace battery. Would not hold a charge. Had to replace the water pump.UPDATE. 4/30/2021....》 Facebook page states.We take out time to make sure these vehicles have a owners manual, second or spare key and floor mats.Ok. Where is my second or spare key. I even had to replace my key fob battery. It died as soon as I got home from picking up the vehicle.Computer display showed. Keyfob battery discharged. Pretty upset I couldn’t go through with my purchase of a 2012 Ford Focus. It was very well maintained and detailed very nicely. However insurance was so high for me I couldn’t afford it. DJ gave me other options on how to purchase the vehicle, Unfortunately it just didn’t work out. He was very nice and tried helping me every which way possible. Thank you for that DJ!

Ohhh my if i could give 100 stars i would this place is so great even thru these crazy times they make sure you get a car that your looking for and the prices are great too. I went in on a friday afternoon looked at a couple cars picked one filled out finance paperwork and left, then he called saturday morning! we got approved and we went to fill out the buyers paperwork and wait for everything to process with the bank and get and inspection i have my car today that was less then a week time what is super quick for a buy here pay here. DJ was the sales rep that we had he was so helpful and understanding that i needed a car and he understood what i had been thru with another place waiting 3 weeks for a car that didnt produce on there end. I bought a 2007 BMW 3-series through Village Motor Sales and it was a great experience. The staff was able to find exactly what I was looking for and made the financing process very easy. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here for a car. I went in last night to look at a Lancer with my girlfriend. We both have great credit and both work full time jobs. Wanted to trade in an impala that had 100,000 miles. Without even diagnosing the car the salesman(who had really poor sales skills said he would give me 300 trade value for it). Ive done sales for years and this guy had THE worst customer service out of anyone I ever met. Didnt introduce himself looked like he was bothered the entire time. I asked to test drive it and he literally told us no because we had to figure out a downpayment first Make sure to hire people with real sales skills next time cause that experience sucked. DONT BUY FROM HERE.

I was looking for a reliable second car around march 2017 to get me to and from work. Went to village motors and found a dodge caliber marked for about $6000 and looked to be in good condition. Within 2 months of having it, i needed to replace the alternator. The mechanic i had replace it, told me the frame is rotted out and should have never passed inspection. I was told by a Village motor employee when i called, that they dont put their cars on the lifts when they come in unless they feel something when test driving it. Now the car sits in my driveway until i can afford to get it fixed even with the frame recall by the dealership.

I had an exceptionally pleasant experience purchasing my 14 Hyundai Accent from Village Motors. After visiting a few different dealerships that left me slightly disheartened in my search for a new car, I was pointed in the direction of Village Motors. They just happened to get in the Accent the day before and was what I was looking for - appropriate/low mileage for the year, good condition, and manual transmission. DJ was a great guy to work with and his friendly attitude was genuine and left me feeling like I wasnt getting ripped off. Due to a slight mishap on my end, I had some DMV issues to clear up, but one of the other employees made a special run to the DMV on a Saturday to get my plates so I could take my car sooner than later which I was tremendously grateful for. I have already recommended Village Motors to someone and will continue to do so in the future. I dont foresee needing a new car anytime soon but when the time comes, and if Im still in the area, Village Motors will be the first place I stop.

Sold me a car with many problems, and they never informed me of the accident it was previously in. My recommendation, never support this business.Edit: Two months after the purchase I ran into over $2000 worth of problems upon my first taking it to a service shop.

There warranty is terrible I bought my truck less then 3mnths ago and has to have 1300 bucks worth of work done they told me I only have the lemon law warranty yet I still have 2 more years of passing for the truck I urge anyone who is buying a vehicle for the first time with a note to not go here ez loan has a way better warranty

I would never buy a car in place again ... why after a month the car presented problems of transmission ... I went to them and they told me that they were not responsible why the warranty lasted only a month ... I was a Stupid to believe that I was sold a car in good condition when that was not true ... I was sold a damaged car.
