I am very disappointed in the customer service of this company. It is shocking actually how bad their customer service is. I received bad sprinkles from a third party company and contacted them to check on the expiration date and to inquire about the bad smell of the sprinkles. They explained to me how to read the date on these sprinkles (they use something called a Julian date). I realized that the ones I had received were in fact old once I knew how to read the date. Initially, the customer service woman was helpful and nice and offered to send me a replacement from their company directly. I was very happy when I received the sprinkles quickly and she sent me a huge jar. However, when I opened them, I realized they had the same very bad odor to them and then I checked the date and then realized that the date they were packaged was a year ago. I contacted them again to let them know. I was told they accidentally must have pulled off an old shelf instead of the production line and then she PROMISED to send me another. I never received the sprinkles. I waited a few weeks, and then emailed the woman I spoke to directly, and she responded by giving me some excuse for the delay but that they would get them out to me. It has now been well over a month, and they never did send them to me. What is even more shocking is that they sent me the expired sprinkles (as a replacement) to begin with, considering that is the initial reason I reached out to them in the first place. I consider this very bad customer service and will not be buying their products ever again!
