This company may indeed have good parts but they’re customer service is horrible . Anytime I called n questioned where my 1700 dollar part was they decided to give me attitude . Now the current issue they are having my engine sent to an address that doesn’t exist !!! They are refusing to send it to the address that’s on the shipping label due to the fact I needed a lift gate since it’s being delivered residential . I will NEVER refer this company to anyone.. A serious Lack of communication.

I had an excellent experience dealing with this place. I ordered a hard to find part from them and had it shipped across the country to me. It shipped quickly, and they kept me updated with tracking. The package arrived earlier than expected, well packaged, and carefully wrapped. Due to the carrier (FedEx) and no fault of 20-60 auto, the package contents had been crushed in transit. Jeff got back to me right away and immediately issued me a full refund and an apology, even though it was not their fault. The customer service was fantastic, and even though the part didnt work out for me, I wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again.

I have been to 2060 to purchase parts and have purchased several salvaged / rebuilt cars from them. Ryan & Tony are awesome. If they don’t have it, they will find it for you. They are always busy but take the time to help you out. I don’t know how they keep all their stuff together! Prices are good. Quality is good.

Called at 11am to set up an order to pick up. Arrived at 1pm and have waited outside for an hour. Bad service, don’t expect to be in an out as the man said it usually takes this long

I bought an engine from this shop and installed to my truck and sold it but I got a text from the buyer and said it died within a week. He took it to a shop for diagnosis and they said each chamber is full of oil. I asked for a refund but no response. Seems like they dont care.

Pesimo service, I definitely call because they have the bumper that I am looking for, I give myself an hour and a half of travel and when I get there they tell me that it takes 5 days to get a bumper I ask if I can get it with supervision so as not to lose my trip and I did not allow it I do not recommend them at all

Dealt with these guys twice now.I purchased two motors from 2060 and they both worked out beautifully. Excellent price for an excellent product! Both motors were much cheaper than anywhere else offering the same in western NY and with substantially less mileage as well!Thanks, 2060!

I called ahead to confirm that they had the 2002 Dodge Ram Van 1500 scrap vehicle I needed. They drove me back to the vehicle & I was able to pull the fuses/relays off of it for a relatively low price. I was very happy that they had the vehicle & I was able to get the part to fix the problem on my vehicle

Put in an application about two weeks ago ive been calling a bunch of times seeing if they have taken a look at my application and i just keep getting told the maneger isnt there that they dont know when he can come in they say they will leave a message for him but i know they dont every time i called its like they knew who i am and gave me horrible attitude a simple your not the rught chocue for us would of been fine instead of consantly being lied too

Super nice very knowledgeable. I stopped in for a quarter window for my trail Blazer. They had one on the shelf it was super cheap. Then he asked if I had someone to install it for me. I did not so he recommended I go to cobys glass down the road. He even called for me to let them know I was stopping in. I highly recommend stopping into 2060. If you need glass work definitely cobys!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICECheap prices for car parts but the whole customer service aspect is apparently a foreign idea. I was recommended by a family member and was ecstatic at the idea of saving money. My husband called and tried to have the parts pulled before i arrived but it was a wash ( they were concerned about payment upfront ). Ok i can accept that but to call me and inform my order is ready and when i arrive it’s only 1 part( not the 2 i paid for). Then to just have a employee tell me “ well i only pulled one “ and just look at me dumbfounded and unapologetic like i made the error is bad customer service. I took off work early to patronize them and i have to made two trips and push my repair off a day. All i got was sorry human error come back tomorrow. Great place for cheap parts but horrible phone manners and severely lacking in customer service experience . Next time i would rather spend more money elsewhere and receive better treatment.

Called this morning 11/14/16 from a business in Upstate NY (aprox 2.5 hours away). We were more than willing to pickup said parts and pieces but I was told by the VERY rude woman on the other end that they wont ship the part and theyll only sell it local because the mileage is unknown. Had she let me finish, the mileage wasnt the least bit concerning because the transmission I attempted to purchase was going to be used along with another to do a rebuild. My attempt at doing business with 2060 was an epic fail. Theres a reason businesses get bad reputations....they employ people that lack the nice gene.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When it comes to dealing with auto parts the market is always going to be competitive between all of the local yards. Having said youd think 2060 would have slightly lower prices along with Great customer service and a smile but they have the complete opposite. Ran me over 100 for driver mirror then waited for the part for 20 mins all with a mean looking expression.. They then went on to insult other customers then left after coming in while i was waiting! THE LEAST PROFESSIONAL PLACE FOR AUTO ANNNYYYY THING DO NOT GO HERE THEY SUCK! Congrats on running a good business that took someone a lifetime to start in the ground, Good Job guys keep up the work! youll be shut down in no time lol

Called them up for a car battery and the guy on the phone was rude. Bought the battery, the battery was tested at auto zone a few days later and the battery is no good. Going to get a cash refund since its within their 10 day cash return policy
