I tried to return a battery today for my motorcycle because after only 3 weeks of installing it, it went flat and would not charge. I was never told to hold onto the receipt when I purchased it and made the mistake of assuming they had a receipt look up method like any other modern company does. So before leaving the store I even attempted to prove Id bought it by pulling up my bank statement that shows the date, purchase amount, card number, name and where the purchase took place but the cashier was not having it. I now understand the company policy even though it was learned the hard way, and I understand I was mostly in the wrong, however if youre going to implement such harsh zero tolerance policies and show no type of empathy for human error, make sure every customer knows to hold onto their receipt so your company doesnt continue to lose customers.
Rich was amazing. As soon as he seen me aproach the counter though very thoroughly handling another customer with instructions he took that brief moment to let me know he would be right with me. And just as I waited patiently he was able to continue providing the other custom final assistance and have him headed out the door with a smile. I cannot stress enough how key patience and communication are necessary in us as the consumer having better results when out there shopping.
Paul was great, very polite, super helpful, and very knowledgeable. I went to advance by the movie theater and it was a bunch of kids that had no clue about anything, it was a pleasure going to Napa and I highly recommend it!

I brought a return in today. I was able to easily make the return with a friend. He luckily kept the reciept. No reciept no return Policy at NAPA. We were going to change his Oxygen Sensor. We went and bought the sensor at Napa and his Transmission died before we could get it on. The guy at the register heard the story and said Im sorry to hear that when he heard the story. Nice to know there is some compassion left in the world. Thanks guys. Ill be back in soon.

Stopped at this store at 2:50 pm on Sunday December 17, 2017. When I managed to get to the door after navigating an unplowed parking lot and unshoveled sidewalk, I saw the sign on the door indicating hours until 3:00 pm, but the doors were already locked. I waited at the door about a minute and then gave up and went to my car. Sat there another minute and I see an employee escorting someone out and then relocking the door. When he saw me, he popped his head back out. I asked why the doors were locked already. He laughed and said, Were closed. Its 3:00 and I assured him it wasnt. He continued to laugh and I asked him what was so funny. He said the door was locked because he was alone and had a customer in the back. The smirk never left his face. In a snarky tone he said, If you need help, Ill help you while doing the universal hand gesture for come on in. No thanks. Im not entirely sure what is so amusing about crappy customer service, but I am entirely sure that I wont be going there again.
