So far so good. I ordered a few parts and I ordered the wrong one. So I emailed them and chris took care of it for me! And sent the correct part. And now after that I put in a huge order turning my interior black and they had every part I needed.
Northtown Subaru is Great! I was looking for a Subaru/Thule Bike Roof Rack. Hard to find these days. They were the only dealer that was ready, willing and able (and have in stock!) 2 racks which they shipped to me for 2 day delivery! Friendly parts department was a bonus.
Ordered some parts online to put fog lights on my 2011 wrx hatch and they came within a day of shipping. Absolutely perfect! Parts are brand new with Subaru part numbers attached. Cant wait to install them! Will definitely be ordering from here if I need any other oem parts.
We ordered a replacement foglight cover. Using the online website and the provided diagram(not an actual image/photograph of the part we assumed we had the right part. We were also required to provide the VIN number to the car. Figured we might as well pay for shipping by the time it would take to pick it up. Turns out the part was wrong. Chris T. was not customer friendly at all. He outright told me I was the only customer who ever had problems using the website to order a part. I asked why I needed to provide the VIN number if they werent going to double check? Clearly not their problem. Ultimately I returned the part in person and Chris ordered the correct part. I showed him the information the website had provided and asked him to explain how I was to not to realize I had ordered the wrong part. He stated directly, Thats why you should leave it to the experts. Turns out the diagram had order part numbers we were to click on, but whoops I wasnt the expert! Then non-experts shouldnt be able to order. He also reiterated I was the only one who ever had a problem using the website. I just find the situation so comical with all the other customers who have also used it. Clearly his attitude was he was the parts manager and I was just an idiot customer who couldnt figure out their website. Ill go directly through my dealer if I ever need to order another part.

This dealership really needs to get their shop tech in order Very sloppy brought my 2014 STI in for a recallAnd I noticed once I got home my cigarette lighter didn’t work nor did my heated seats I drive all the way back just for them to tell me that the tech forgot to plug the wires back in behind the council And same goes for the heated seat then they didn’t even click my panels back and would not recommend this dealer to anyone not my first bad experience with them!!!!!
