Use Metropolitan to complete collision repair to my vehicle. Mario did an outstanding job repairing my vehicle and returned it in great shape. He was sincerely interested in making me happy and the work showed. I would highly recommend this shop for any work you had in mind. Mario and his team are incredible. They have done several of my vehicles also my mothers. I sent my mother into Mario and he was completely honest with her on her Honda Accord and told her it’s not worth fixing. My mother loves the car and wanted to fix it no matter what but hearing Mario say it wasn’t worth fixing spend the money on a new car meant the world to me because I wasn’t able to be there with her and he treated her as if it was his own mother. The work I have had done has always been incredible quality and the one thing I appreciate is they don’t run cars in and out of here like a chop shop they spend quality time and do quality work. The repairs might take longer then some of the other shops chopping and hacking cars together but when your vehicle leaves metropolitan collision it is perfect and the repairs last. Thank you guys for always being honest and doing impeccable work.

Not only did his shop fix the scratches seamlessly, but he was able to get the car back to me before the long weekend without gouging me on the price. A friend owns metropolitan but I went to the garage in the same building called quality auto. Needed joe to check my engine. He is the best and very reasonable.

Mario is amazing! Did an excellent repair on my Chevy Malibu! Couldnt even tell it had been hit. Highly recommend you see him 1st for collision repairs!!!

His prices are high and he spends on the customer. He told me that he repaired the car and wanted $ 400, and it became clear to me later that he only fit a small piece, and his dealings with me were not tactful and he expelled me from the store after I blamed him for not recommending him at all.

I would give 100 stars if I could! Mario is beyond amazing! I have had my car repaired here three times as well as sent many of my friends. He has helped us cover our deductible, get to the rental place and is all around friendly and amazing. He even helped me with a far distance tow! My car is always perfect, cleaned and fixed quickly! Covering the deductible is a life saver! He has quickly and happily kept me updated and answered all my questions! You couldnt pay me to take my vehicle anywhere else!

They went above and beyond my expectations.I was on vacation when my vehicle was involved in a car accident(November 2018) I was devastated when I seen my truck, I even broke down, crying.Side note: I did not know my car was involved in a car accident until I was coming back home from a week on vacation.Mario took his time, reassured me that everything was going to be okay and that my car was in great hands . I popped in the shop from time to time, Mario was kind and patient with me every visit. Explaining how the progress was going . Also, giving me updates on the phone.The little details matter and they touched on all of them.My truck looks brand new!Ill try and insert pictures.Thank you again to Mario & his crew!

WOULD NEVER RECOMMED. 3 YEARS LATER THE PAINT IS COMING OFF ON ALL THE AREAS THAT WERE DAMAGED IN MY ACCIDENT. MY SENSORS STILL GO OFF AND ON NONSTOP. BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY DID NOTHING. THEY ARE ALWAYS VERY HARD TO GET A HOLD OF. WELL UNLESS THEY ARE LOOKING FOR $$$ THEN THEY MAKE SURE TO CONTACT YOU. AS MUCH DAMAGE THAT WAS DONE AND THE AMOUNT MY INS AND I PAID THEM I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO A DEALERSHIP!! THEY KEPT PROMISING ME THEY WOULD MAKE TIME TO BRING IT BACK FOR THE PROBLEMS BUT NEVER DID JUST KEPT IGNORING ME! ONCE THEY GOT PAID THEY COULD CARE LESS! DO NOT GO HERE!!! AND IF YOU DO OR HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU DONT PAY THEM UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETELY DONE. TO THIS DAY STILL DEALING WITH ISSUES THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN CARE OF BY THEM LONG AGO!
