This IS the place to go for auto body repairs, hands down! They used OEM parts, the paint is flawless, and the car was fixed right the first time!

I took my 2013 Subaru outback here to have the rear bumper replaced after someone hit me in a parking lot I was extremely impressed with the process from the estimate to getting the repair paid for and most importantly the work. There was constant communication and everything was completed on time as expected. Also when I picked up the vehicle they had completely detailed the exterior as you would expect when having collision work done, but as a bonus they also detailed the interior of my car for me as well which I felt was a really nice touch. They did a really great job overall and I will go out of my way to give them all of my business in the future.

Gabes fixed my driver side doors after an accident. The staff was extremely friendly and did a fantastic job communicating the status of my vehicle during the repairs. The parts they sourced were high quality and they finished the job several days ahead of schedule. Not only were the repairs perfect, but the detailing they gave my car before returning was better than the detailing the dealership I bought from did. They made the entire process painless and easy. They answered all my concerns and really made feel comfortable. While I hope I never have to get damage repaired again, if I do, I will with out a doubt be taking my business to Gabes.

Collision work was great but we will not be going back. They knew my husbands lease was up and saw that two tires were in poor condition. They convince him to buy tires through them to prevent being charged upon turn in (in 1 week). They gave us two different brand tires resulting in a $500 charge to replace both because the brand was mismatched. I called to inquire and was met with major attitude and he (I believe his name was Mike) hung up on me. So here I am reporting my experience. We have used them before and the work was also good but after giving them business for an $8500 claim not including the tires, I expected a little more professionalism than to be met with attitude, told he saved me money because I would have been charged $1000 if we didn’t get these tires put on all before hanging up on me.

They were absolutely fantastic. There was communication the entire time they had my vehicle in the shop. Whenever they ordered parts, received them, had to wait, etc. My vehicle was done two weeks ahead of schedule and looked pristine. Would definitely take it back if needed.

My daughter was in a car accident and Gabes is a preferred shop of USAA. Gabes picked the car up from the mechanic and did all the estimates. Sadly the car was totaled. They communicated with USAA and made the process as easy as possible. They were very professional and patient with me. I live in PA and was calling multiple times because I had to deal with it. My only possible complaint would be that one of the keys got lost but since the car was totaled it ended up being a non-issue. I would recommend Gabes without hesitation.

They used to be pretty good. This time they were all rude and seemed to busy socialising to want to cash me out and give me my car. They removed a Delta Sonic pass from the side of my car they did not do work on. They do the work but they no longer seem to care about anything. I probably wont go back there.

I was in my first accident. After getting it there and looking over it my insurance decided it was totaled. Although they did not work on my vehicle they were the most helpful, sensitive, and patient. They outshone my own insurance company with helping figure out next steps.

My wife and I both took our vehicles to this shop to have hail damage repaired. we thought everything was going well until she picked up her car. She got about 2 blocks away from the shop and noticed the dome light had not went off. It had been on long enough that it burned her fingers when she touched so, Im assuming it had been on for a very long time. She went back to have it looked at and waited between 30-60 minutes for them to tell her they had no idea what was wrong and they had taken the light bulb out so it wouldnt drain the battery. They said they were going to order a part and would call when it arrived. about 2 1/2 weeks later they called me to tell me they had forgotten to put some things back in my truck. It wasnt my stuff. While on the phone I inquired about my wifes light and was told that there was a miscommunication, that part had been there and they thought someone had called. Now mind you this whole conversation was done on a techs personal cell phone. Here we are 7/28/2020, my wife goes to get her car fixed and is told that they have NO idea what is wrong with it and that she she has to take it to the dealer to have it diagnosed. This story isnt over yet but I just want to say that the unprofessional way this was all handled, the not knowing what vehicle they are taking things out of and where to return them, them not checking their work before sending a vehicle home with a fire hazard etc. etc. I wont take any vehicle to this place again. Ill end this by saying that I just got off the phone with Andrew in the front office and hes doing his best to make it right but he shouldnt have to because these things should have never happened.

I had a fantastic experience at Gabe’s collision. I found with them through the Geico Xpress program and they just happened to be the closest shop to me, but I really lucked out. They were thorough at drop off and answered all of my questions—for 20+ minutes. Enterprise is in the same building and they really streamlined the process of dropping your car off, getting a rental, and going to look at the car with the office rep. That afternoon they gave me a call to let me know when they estimated my car to be ready and they went over their plan to repair. I got occasional text updates and was contacted almost a week early that my car was ready. When I went to pick it up, the process was just as efficient as the drop off, and they even cleaned my car! They really went above and beyond. If I ever am in the unfortunate situation where I will need collusion repair again, I will absolutely go right back to them.

Only collision shop in WNY I use. Great work, and great customer service. Work was done quickly, but most important....you can’t even tell it was damaged. Thanks Mike, and everyone else Gabe’s!

My car got hit and this place is in my community. I was apprehensive to use them as the admin assistant didn’t seem to know the answers to some of my questions when I called, and when I took my car in for a quote no one was wearing a mask, but honestly, their reviews were good and I just wanted my car done at a quality shop. They were quick, done a day prior to the due date and they did an excellent job. And they even cleaned my car, which was disgusting because I have a son who, well, is a slob. Ha! I’m glad I chose them because they did my beetle right. Thank you!

Gabes got us in quick and kept us updated through the whole process. Luckily for us, Gabes works directly with our insurance, so it was hassel free for my fiance and I when the repair was more than we were originally estimated by our insurance (just more damage than could be easily seen). My vehicle needed repairs including repainting from a minor accident. They gave a very detailed quote, made the repairs in a timely manner, their communication kept me informed of when it would be completed and I was able to pick up my vehicle ahead of schedule. It was also clean inside and out when I picked it up. Everyone was respectful and helpful throughout the process.

I had a relatively small job done - the rear bumper cover on my Ford Crown Victoria was damaged in a minor rear-end collision.The work was performed in less than two days. Although it is a very difficult color to match, it is nearly perfect and the vehiclecwss returned spotless inside and out.Friendly, courteous and quick - highly recommended!

I brought in my car to get a taillight fixed today and I was referred to Gabe’s, couldn’t have been a better experience. Gabes Collision did a great job fixing the damage to the front of my car after someone had hit me. The turnaround time on the repair was quick and they were very friendly and thorough making sure I understood what would be repaired. My car was returned not only fixed, but also cleaned inside and outside. My bumper had some damage unrelated to the recent accident and they were able to buff it out with no additional charge. I will use Gabes Collision again if the need arises.

I brought my Audi A8, in for a repair, replacement of my rear bumper. When I arrived to pick up my car, IT WAS UNDRIVABLE! It shook, my check engine light was on, among other mechanical issues.My car went in for a bumper repair. It came out with mechanical major issues!Gabes did not even pay for a rental car for me to drive home.Shame on Gabes Collision.

Slow turn around and poor communication- both between business and customer, and business and insurance, made for a sub par experience. Not the worst, but weve had better luck elsewhere.

I’m extremely satisfied with Gabe’s Collision. Brandon went beyond what I expected in dealing with the insurance company multiple times. What he saw as unfair he fought for me to ensure that insurance covered as much as he determined they should. His former experience as an insurance adjustor was invaluable in determining what was fair. Overall I was treated with respect, professionalism and curtesy. Although there were a few delays in completion of the repair, I was notified each time with the explanation as to the cause of the delay. This was my second experience with Gabe’s and I would highly recommend them to all.

Was involved in a accident and my vehicle was brought here, they did great work in a timely manner. They went above and beyond buffed my entire car cleaned the entire interior and placed my items(things left behind from the accident that my vehicle was towed) in a bag. Didnt recognize my car after it looked so good! Unfortunately a year later had another accident(neither my fault) was persuaded by my insurance to take it elsewhere, completely regret that. Hope in a good way I never have to see these guys again, but in that instance I will most definitely go here

If you want to get your vehicle done right and in a timely manner as promised and communication with the collision shop do not take it to Gabes. Take it to a competitor because this place is horrible to deal with and the work done to your vehicle is not good. It has taken over a month for them to fix my truck and if it was done correctly the first time, wouldnt have to bring it back again. Horrible at keeping the customer updated. I had to give it 1 star in order to comment. These surveys need to change that so people can comment without stars.

Lack of communication! The whole time they had my car, there was very little communication from Gabes! Once I went to pick up my car I was then informed that during the duration of them having my car they lost some people that were doing the work, which I understand now about that delay, but that should have been communicated during the process. They told me the car would be ready one day. I go 1/2 hour before closing and not only was my car NOT FINISHED....the car WASNT EVEN THERE!! They had to take it to the dealer to clear a code, again NO COMMUNICATION! I feel I should have been notified before my car was taken back to the dealer. I will NEVER take a car there again nor would I reccomend this location to anyone! On top of ALL OF THAT they told me they had a replacement part that was due to come in the next day. It would take 3 minutes to replace the part and they would call me when it came in....that was March 4, 2020. Here it is march 18th 2020, still no phone call telling me the part is in!! NEVER AGAIN!!Update: Thanks to cronovirus I will probably NEVER get that part now!! Just saying!

Needed some damage repair on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. Was driving by one afternoon and stopped at Gabes collision for an estimate. I was greeted by Janell and she took care of everything. After about 30 minutes I was on my way with estimate and a promise of call when parts came in. Finally received call to bring vehicle in for repairs. While waiting for truck to be finished, I received a status call from Janell telling me when work would be done. On day before pick-up of vehicle Janell called again to let me know when it would be ready. When I picked vehicle up, we both went out and inspected work that was done. Not only was work done, they had washed and cleaned vehicle, it looked like brand new. I was totally satisfied with experience and hopefully wont need there services again, but if that should happen, I would not hesitate to go back to Gabes again.

1st of all everyone at Gabes was very welcoming and helpful. Now one person who went above and beyond was Michelle, she was very attentive to the minor issues I had and made sure everything went perfect, she updated me on the status of the job etc. I could not be happier with the level of detail and customer service Michelle provided.

Had collision repair on my fender and rear bumper. Replace bumper and paint fender and bumper. The work completed I rate 9/10. Their customer service and the entire experience was a,10/10. They completed the work two days early and called me every day too let me know how the work was progressing. They worked with my insurance and the at fault persons insurance to get everything paid and the paperwork completed promptly. They also worked out the details with the rental car company as well.
