Judah and his team were great. I had questions and they were able to explain and show me how the paint would turn out. I took separate pieces to be painted and at first did match. He was able to do ot over and color match without any issues. Great business and will work with his team again in the future

Came in for some front bumper damage from a car backing into me. The whole process from start to finish was great. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and knows what they’re doing. They got me right in and I was able to pick my car up a few days later and looked as good as new. Didn’t have to call and check up on them or wait a unreasonable amount of time. They actually called me to have me come take a look at something I didn’t even know about. Fair pricing as well for the work that they do.

Excellent quality, friendly service, and obviously put in a lot of effort to give us as good a deal as possible. They only ordered original OEM parts per my request, did phenomenal job on the paint, and adjusted the hood and other parts until it came out perfect. To be honest I don’t like/trust many places to work on my 2018 Lexus except the dealer. However, after speaking with literally 8 collision shops and 8 estimates later I came across Auto Image and spoke with Judah who from the beginning was very professional and honest. I also was able to see some work he had done with a Alfa Romeo and I was extremely impressed. Throughout the process communication was excellent as I was updated on the status of the car. I received my car back and it looked like nothing ever happened to it. It was detailed inside out. The smell was amazing and I felt like I was in a brand new car again. I took my 2005 Lexus to Auto Image for minor rear-end repair. The plastic bumper cover had a couple small cracks in it and I was afraid that the whole thing would have to be replaced (if parts were still available). Auto Image was able to repair the cracks and paint the bumper to match the car (bright red) perfectly. I would definitely recommend Judah and his workers, they did a great job!

Being relatively new to the Buffalo area, it is tough finding new businesses you can trust, especially when it comes to cars. I am so relieved I happened upon Auto Image. The owner and his staff are very helpful and accommodating. They fixed my side-view mirror right away and then got me in for body work soon after. They even gave me a loaner vehicle to use while my car was in the shop. Upon return, my car looked good as new. I cannot recommend Auto Image enough. I brought my car with front end damage to Auto Image Collision. They did a great job repairing my vehicle to the point I cannot tell it was even damaged. This is a long, overdue thank you to Judah (and Nick) for the fabulous restoration that they did on my 2012 Toyota RAV4 at a very reasonable price. Throughout the seven and one-half years I owned this vehicle, the car was plagued with various dents, bumps and scratches. Although the car had approximately one hundred thousand miles on it, I did not want to buy a new one, since Toyotas hold their value. Auto Image was very professional. What can I say, dropped off my 1969 Camaro for body and paint and Judah was very helpful. He did a great job and my car looks fantastic. Paint, body work and all the little things were done correctly and properly. Price was great too, plus I know they put more time into it, than what they charged me. Judah takes things step by step and sent pics to keep me updated on the progress. Most important thing I can say is the work is very good. Took my 50 foot car down to a 1 foot car. Now It took a bit of time to get the car back, but quality work takes a steady hand and plenty of time. Would come back again

Prices are good, the work quality is excellent, the time it takes for them to do the job is also quite fast. Matched factory paint flawlessly. I couldnt imagine being able to find a better place for paint work in all of buffalo. These guys are seriously talented, fast, and friendly!Just note the parking lot is small if you do go there, but thats the only thing that can be seen as a negative with this entire place; not like it matters anyways!

Auto Image has done custom work and collision work on three of my cars over the last 5 years. The cars always come back looking even better than they did before they were damaged. The prices are very fair, the team is thorough and obviously take great pride in their work. I recommend them to everyone I know. I am incredibly picky when it comes to my cars and I wouldn’t consider taking them anywhere else.
