First of all the owner is very rude and cocky.. the paintwork on my car was average at best. I’m just very disappointed. I have a lot of money invested in my vehicle and this leaves a poor taste in my mouth.. stay away from the place

This place is total ripoff, towed my vehicle from the scene of an accident, courtesy of Lackawanna police department. They’re overpriced and very disrespectful. Other places charge reasonable price for towing for half of the block, they’re price start from $250. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bunch of Thieves and losers.

Rick has always done professional work in a timely fashion. His attention to detail is second to no one. Id recommend him to anyone looking for friendly service with an excellent job result.

I got my car towed by police the worst service ever they are scammers they don’t wanna except credit cards and they have credit Machine they only want cash and they want to 200 dollars to tow your car for 2 miles they are scammers and they’re working with the Lackawanna city police nothing but scammer

They destroyed my vehicle now my vehicle has the problem of oil pressure.

They need to be investigated. Them and Lackawanna police basically impounding cars then holding them for cash only.

These guys are the best in WNY!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I called as a recommendation from another business. We have surface rust on one of our pickup trucks (we own a landscaping and snowplowing company) and wanted to have it fixed before wrapping the vehicle. I called to see if they had time for one of our guys to stop by quick to get a ballpark estimate on what it would cost. The guy on the phone said sure. Took the truck in, to be told, the guy who does the estimates isnt here and we dont fix rust here. Ok...(1) you could have saved us time by just telling me on the phone. (2) what kind of collision shop doesnt deal with rust?? Especially in Buffalo. And (3) good luck with your business if this is how youre treating potential customers. WHAT A JOKE!!!
