I purchased a brand new 2013 c250 from house of imports and have always had my car serviced there but service advisors come and go. Today I barely got new spark plugs put on my car. I spent $1000. Prior theyd give me a loner car not this time. The service advisor when I asked is there any coupons his reply no. But as I walked out thanks for a Lyft ride home found 15% off service. I dont think he was to happy I found that coupon. Other service advisors would let you know if there was anything they came across instead it said hoses to replace which ones.

Bill Chow is probably the rudest, most pompous, dishonest, unscrupulous, and snide service advisor I’ve ever met! He made a misrepresentation about the type of service I was getting for my car and falsely claimed that service B “did NOT include brake fluid replacement.” I ended up talking with one of the managers who confirmed that I was entitled to getting the FULL B service including the brake fluid replacement. Bill Chow had an absolutely terrible, condescending attitude. The guy obviously despises his job! He went to great lengths to intentionally falsify my email to prevent me from giving him a bad survey rating that he MOST definitely deserved! Without question, he should be FIRED immediately! The fact that he still has his job says a lot about House of Imports! Whether it’s for service or sales, my advice is to RUN AWAY from this dealer!
