Wheres place ever, Schedule 3 service appointments for Saturday and every time I show up I am told that they dont do diagnostics on a Saturday. After you schedule your service and you show up until you cant do it because they dont have anybody to do it. After speaking with a service advisor today I find out that they dont do diagnostics on any vehicles on Saturday supposedly. 3 weeks in a row bro Ive wasted my time Im on a Saturday to come in to get a service that I cant get I can only be gotten during the week weak this is crazy! Needless to say this will be my last Mercedes purchase at this location!

I was assisted by Nick who was absolutely outstanding and professional in all aspects of customer service and sales and is simply a great human being who went above and beyond to help me in the process in every way possible! Boomer in finance was equally outstanding! I have told many friends of my easy experience at this dealership… It literally couldn’t have been better! Fantastic buying experience! Im from a different area of the automotive profession which leads me to having experience with all sorts of dealerships in different capacities. I live in Phoenix, Arizona and Im typically a private party buyer, but HOI had a particular Range Rover that I was looking for, so I reached out and started discussing it. Im a reasonable, yet particular car enthusiast who of course had technical questions, and they were able to find me all the answers I needed. Within a few days I flew out to buy the vehicle (this was by choice, they did offer to help with shipping). Even with a delayed Friday afternoon flight, they stayed and had the Rover ready and had me wrapped up in a few hours. After the sale I found a few small issues (it wouldnt be a Land Rover without them, HA) and they even made the effort to work with me and make sure everything got remedied so the car was tip-top. Being a pre-owned car, and one out of their native brand, this showed extra well of their efforts. Big thanks to my salesman Cesar, Kevin in finance, and especially thanks to director Jane for her extended service! I speak about these guys to family and friends with high regard and will certainly look to them/HOI in the future!

Our service advisor was Adam Tashchyan, Adam is an Excellent service advisor, he kept us up to date on the status of our car. Our Mercedes is a 1998 C230, it has always been maintained by the House of Imports, it still looks like it just came out of the showroom. The quality of care and service at the House of Imports is outstanding. We highly recommend Adam and the House of Imports.

Very good test drive with Robert . Tell me everything about the car . But end up not happy with him. Course can not take his offer then tell me waste his time for the test drive . I don’t get it. Is your job to provide customer service. What’s you mean waste your excellent test drive. 2 star because it is good test drive.By the way. Stop use Mercedes compare with Ferrari and Lamborghini. Individually, all the service persons I dealt with at House of Imports are good, friendly. However, when I had to replace a tire recently for my 2017 E-350, I specifically asked to get the price quote for tire/labor for a specific tire. I was given a price range & told that the price would be confirmed before my service began. It was confirmed for me. My Service Appt email did not include the price. I also called in advance to make sure the tire would be waiting for me as the initial Rep warned that it would take a day to get the tire in stock. So I made the reservation for the following week to make sure the tire would be there for me. When my wife arrived at the appointment to get the tire replaced (I was out-of-town), she was told there was no tire in stock and that she would have to come back the next day - which she did. It was extremely inconvenient & inexcusable in my view. Either House of Imports did not order my tire though I ordered in a week in advance, or it used my tire for another service appointment - not sure what happened. We were just told there wasnt a tire waiting for us. In the future, I wish House of Imports would be transparent about pricing & better ensure parts are ordered in advance of an appointment. From start to finish this dealership made my purchase so smooth and simple. I purchased this car without seeing it and the salesmen, Robert, was great with sending me more photos and a visual inspection that was very accurate. The car was a 2017 but was in perfect condition as stated. The manager, Lebanon, was extremely responsive and accommodating. My purchase was not a big ticket item but they treated me and the transaction like it was.

I am very Happy with the service I received when I went to get a tire change. From the minute I got there till they were done with my tire change. The waiting has complimentary Starbucks coffee and a TV while we wait for our car. I will come back for the service of my car when needed. Very professional staff.

Took the suv in to get a switch replaced. Charged 225 for the inspection, which did apply to the 1100 dollar fix. What they didnt tell me, and I only found out the day after I got it back, was that I was low on oil,as my oil light was shining bright. Why did they not find this and tell me. I totally would have had the oil changed. Irresponsible on their part.

Terrible service department. i scheduled a service appointment over the phone the service agent and confirmed a loaner vehicle would be available. I go to the scheduled appointment and complete the process, Im told they wont know how long it will take to make the repair and then the agent tells me he has no loaner vehicles. When I tell him I came this day and time because I was told a loaner would be available at this time, the service agent looks at me and just shrugs saying I dont know why they told you that. When I booked the appointment over the phone the agent went and asked when a loaner would be available. no answer, just a shrug and i dont know why they said that. I wasted hours of my off day to get nothing done on the electrical system on the car. The agent then told me he would call me when he has a loaner available, its been 5 days and not a word. terrible and unprofessional.

They congratulated us and sent us off with the car only to find out that we were not given a copy of the purchasing document with the loan brake down and CPO warranty contract. We had to followup with the dealer and document was sent 3 days.The sales person also promised us that the service department would reach out to us to refinish the tire rim and to this day, we have not heard for the service manager.Customer experience was not satisfactory.

Horrible Service, Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Pricing.I took my car for service and expressed my interest in wanting to trade my vehicle for a new car to both Allan in Service and Jeff Service Manager 3 times and not only did they refuse to assist me but they talked me out of it by telling me “you don’t want to buy a new car right now, there is a shortage on vehicles so everything is overpriced right now”.I can’t believe a DEALERSHIP is assuming what I can or can’t afford. I experienced great customer service within the service department. I was able to make a same day appointment and my service was quick. I was offered a free rental but I wanted to wait for my vehicle. The service was very fast and complete. Again, great job.

The purchase went smoothly.The car needed the second key and I was called two days later to come and pick up the key. When I got there I was told it takes two hours to program the key. I couldnt wait (other scheduled appointments) and had to return the next day. The next day, I got the key, but not the blade that goes with it....it has to be ordered from somewhere. Can you mail it to me? No, I have to be given the blade in person. A third trip will have to happen for one key. No one has told me how long that will take. Did no one think to have the entire key ready ahead of time? Three trips for one key, 40 minute drive each way...very annoying.

Bait and Switch!!!I called yesterday to see if they had a vehicle still available and they told me they did so went over to the dealership. I got there probably like 3-4 hrs after I called them. When I get there they show me vehicles but not the one I wanted to see they tell me they have no idea where the vehicle is and they are looking for it. Then after a while some guy whos name starts with an R tells me that they lended the vehicle to one of their finance companies but he has no idea what company it was and that hell give me a call the next day. And that was that he sent us on our way..

Be aware.. Very expensive service charge! They quoted $699 for B Service. I brought my car back. I have the name of service adviser but will not reveal. Making Online appointment is meaningless. It took 30 minutes just to see an adviser. No apology whatsoever.

Not impressed, I purchased a car I’d been searching around for, drove it home (140 miles away). The front wheel came off causing significant damage to the car, wheel spacers were installed but the correct length wheel studs (longer studs) were not used so each wheel was held on by just a few threads.Thankfully this accident didn’t happen at freeway speeds!To add to my frustration, The dealer accused me of modifying the vehicle!!Luckily, I took photos of the car prior to purchasing and leaving the dealer lot.This matter is now in litigation.

I was up front and honest when I arrived about how much I was going to put down and brought my auto navigator offer from capital one. I was hopeful this car buying experience would be quick and easy and it was anything but that and was def not haggle free!! Not only was a lied to about time frame on when down payment was due I was pressured in to buying an extended warranty and they switched my lenders and had me sign paper work for a new lender on a holiday so I wasn’t able to call them myself and was told capitol decided not to finance me which was a down eight lie so I ended up signing for an 8 percent higher interest rate and my payments went from 436 a month to 615 some how now it’s a nightmare trying to get them to resign my financing with capitol one with out the extended warranty. As they are saying it’s final!

I purchased my Mercedes last week as a certified car, the sells person John Perez was very helpful and the process went really well and fast, the car was picked up the next day and unfortunately after 24 hrs of having the car I ran over something that slashed my tire and damaged my rim. Upon calling the dealership spoke with sells manager Jake who listened to my concerns and immediately sent a tow truck to tow the car to the dealership. The next day the other sells manager Erwin called and follow up with me, Erwin went over the damages abs explained the issue, he was very courteous and went above and beyond what he needed to do and order a new tire and resolved the issue with the help of service advisor Allison who was also very nice, and the tow the car back to us since we did not have ride and lived far.Over all we had unbelievable abs exceptional experience and we definitely be back for more business. Now to begin here I have been wanting a Mercedes-Benz for such a long time now, but I hesitated to go further with it cause of course I had a car that worked fine, there wasnt the NEED. That was until some kids decided to go joy riding while under the influence and smashed into my car while I was parked outside of my gym! So the need for a new car was now in play. I had researched different models but fell in love with the GLA 250! Upon searching I found a great deal at Fletcher Jones Mercedes-Benz of Newport Beach, that turned out to be a total bait and switch. The car I had seen had already been sold, I immediately looked up the inventory at House of Imports and they had just what I was looking for! I filled out the online request for information form and almost immediately, Ashley (the best saleswoman ever) called me! I verified with her if the car was ACTUALLY there, which it was and I went straight over! Now I am a single mom and I am on a budget, I am not rich by any means but Ashley made my dream come true of getting my dream car! She worked until I got the best rate and stayed within my budget! Actually everyone involved helped stay within my price range and made this happen! I was never a believer in a dealer working it with you until now! I love the car but they give no deals on any used cars, they say. This is the first time in 25 years that I have ever heard of that. My seller was nice but not even the manager tried budging on any deal. Worst experience ever with customer service. They are all about the dealership, rather than satisfying the customer. Wouldnt recommend. The worst part, I think was the inexperience, I paid cash and the guy tried to tell me that he still needed to run my credit. Wow! Seemed like I was profiled. But the good part is that I still got the car.

I had taken my Mercedes in for servicing at a different dealership near my home. I was provided a loaner Mercedes vehicle but unfortunately got a flat tire on the freeway near this Mercedes dealership. Roadside assistance was able to get the loaner vehicle towed to the House of Imports and the Service Technician, Jonathon saw me right away and was able to have the tire replaced in about 1 hour. Everyone at this dealership was friendly and very accommodating.

I did a night drop off and received a call from Chris bright and early the next morning.Chris explained the situation and how much it will end up costing... not mansplaining at all. Not what I expected from a Benz dealership. I made an 8am appointment after letting my rep know I needed my vehicle back by 1pm. I called my rep at 1pm he claimed service was backed up and a technician can’t inspect my vehicle till 4pm. My rep understood my time constraint and still didn’t notify me that an inspection takes a whole day. Basically leaving my vehicle there for 5 hours and nothing was done to it. The least he could’ve done was offer me a loaner.

Initially, me and my wife had an appointment on May 28, 2021 at 815 am. My wife took time off and brought it to the dealership. When she arrived, she was met by a certain Brian. He talked to my wife and right away said that our car is not scheduled for maintenance. It was baffling because that wasnt the reason of our appointment. I stated specifically online when I made the appointment the reason of the visit which is a high pitch noise when engine is on. My question is do your service personnel read the purpose of visit of customers with appointments? Apparently not. Then he told my wife that its not gonna be seen that day because its the holiday weekend. So whats the purpose of the appointment if its not gonna be seen? You call this world class service? Not honoring an appointment? And it seems that the staff has no clue of the visit. It was also puzzling because that day I received an email stating that I cancelled the appointment which I DID NOT. Another observation is that the staff doesnt use laymans term when explaining the problem. Its like a doctor telling a patient without explanation that hell do salpingoophorectomy tomorrow and prepare $1400 for your procedure. Lastly, when the car was done and I was about to pay, I told again to the same person mentioned above that I have a 15% discount. He immediately shut me off and said that the discount is already included in the price. When I checked the receipt, it doesnt show any discount in the receipt. Isnt it that when you buy something and it has a discount a certain percentage is stated in the receipt?

My car broke down in the early morning, and I called Mercedes Roadside Service for assistance. Within 15 minutes, a Mercedes service car showed up. A young serviceman greeted me with a big smile and eagerly assisted me resolve my car problem. He got my car up and running in 15 minutes. I took my car to put the control module and they charge me for it how ever when i went there to get they lost my order even though i pay for it 36 days before and they told me that i have to fix the body work and bring it back to reprogram it and when i did they refuse to it and told me if i leave my car there they charge me storage and i am not welcome there it was world of service supervisor he is un professional servic3e man and i told him dont make it personal and he attack me with we do what ever we want and you get lost i am taking this matter to PENZKE head quarter hope they take care of him them selves this guy has no room there and he need to learn manner from higher level to take care of customer this is how they advertise their dealer ship sorry to say but it is waste of time and low class service adviser running the show with mobster attitude basically my or highway .

The most important thing, when I go to any service place I look at the people and how they will treat me. From the moment I drive into the service tunnel, I am quickly greeted by someone. The place is clean and well kept, it makes you wanna feel relax. What can I say about my service guy, Allan A. from the first moment we met, he made me feel at ease. I am always hesitant to take my car in for service. I feel like a great service technician is always hard to come by. Being someone who isnt familiar with how cars work mechanically, I am always on edge while receiving vehicle service. I always expect the worst but hope for the best. That being said, let me tell you House of Imports Service Department has exceeded my expectation. Jeff Chung provides a service like no other. Every time I have a concern Jeff immediately provides assistance, not just service assistance but even answering his phone to answer a basic question, how do I put my back seats down? Have had all of my cars serviced here for years and the quality of their customer service never disappoints. I called my service advisor (was Jeff Chung, who is now a manager - Allison took care of me) and he told me to bring in the car at my earliest convenience and they would have loaner available for me. Allison took wonderful care of me and had me in and out in no time. She texted me updates about the car and had it ready when I needed it. There was a bit of confusion regarding my pre-paid maintenance - this is where the great customer service one again kicked in and it was all taken care of, no hassle. Highly recommend Allison and Jeff!!!! I should also mention sales - this is my 4th Mercedes with House of Imports and getting ready for my 5th - if you need to buy or lease a Mercedes, you must go to Jason!!! He takes care of me every time.

I had an appointment to check on the battery problem. I was greeted by John Kim and he thoroughly explained what he is going to evaluate. I was told it will take about couple hours to go over all the testing.Within two hours I got my car back and was very pleased with such through evaluation and of course free battery replacement was more than Ive expected ~~ all in all Mr. Kims professionalism in dealing with customers are highly appreciated. The service department is great they are under construction and my vehicle was not cleaned after service. I do enjoy bringing my vehicle here for service ...usually they have great customer service but this time they didn’t provide me a loaner 😒 and my car was not washed.

I highly recommend House of Imports, Buena Park.I also highly recommend you call ahead for Dietrich Gumbrecht. He will give you a true 100% customer service experience all the way to the end (days later in my car). I honestly walked out of 2 other dealerships. Purchased an S Class and couldnt be happier. Only negative is the current construction but hopefully they complete that soon.

Dont buy a car here. Dont get extended warranty. Dont use the gap insurance. Payed my vehicle off early was owed money back. It has bee a year and 9 months havent received my refund. Just Dont buy from this dealership.
