DO NOT GO HERE!*unless they fire everyone and hire a completely new set of mechanics*I called at 1pm and she told me I should come later because there are a lot of cars coming in, just make sure to be here before 5pm. We get here at 4pm and the guy tells us theres only 2 of us working we cant do it. After explaining we called and followed instructions he made us wait 30 minutes while he checked to see what he could do. Finally just came over and told us he couldnt do it. Dont tell people to come later then make them wait 30 minutes to find out they need to go somewhere else and now theres not enough time to make it before the other locations close.
Had my oil changed I was impressed with the price and I can’t believe they cleaned my windows and checked tire pressure very impressed definitely going back there and I gonna get my tires there too great job at customer service was nice to see

Awful customer service, 3 guys took over an hour and a half just to change 5 tires. What they did are hanging around, putting tools back and chilling.
I love them! i take my car here every time i need something done. Last visit i needed an air filter and im always afraid to say yes because other places sell it to me at THEIR price. A mechanic literally walked to the aisle and took it off the shelf and only charged me for the filter...he said he was already changing oil so no extra charge.Then I knew this was a long shot request, but I needed a copy of my mileage for the past 3 years for insurance purposes, I just called and spoke to EDUARDO and told him, and he gladly checked and said he would print out the services and would put in an envelope for me when i want to pick up. EPIC customer service!! I would give them more stars but i dont have that option!!
Went with flat tire at 6:20PM and only after 10 min learnt that they cannot take the work as its already cut-off for the day. they should better change the work hours as 6PM instead of what it shows now as 7PM. Would give no Star at all but it doesnt allow me to post the review.
Took my motorhome there today because a friend recommended them for the best price. They work 1st come first serve. I was goven an ETA of 3 hours but they were done within an hour while we shopped. They were very courteous
I use to like this place. . . While we still go here due to price and closeness to home. . . I hate to say this. . . there really hasnt been other places either to go that we trust with our cars, when comes to oil changes. But I know thats not saying much about Walmart for good reasons. Most of the staff seemed to have an attitudes in unpleasant ways. Not mention their employee turnover rate seemed high.The last few times they really seemed to miss the mark. Just yesterday, and because I dont check the underside on my truck, by accident I noticed something sticky out of the bottom of my engine bottom. Upon investigation it was my metal skid plate hanging by one bolt out of 5 bolts.Again, 4 out of 5 bolts were missing. How could this happened and why would they let it stay the way. I been going to the Auto service center for a couple of years getting oil changes and they been losing bolts and not telling me? I wasnt going say anything but this is both crazy and dangerous. I needed to write this. . . And give them a bad rating.I am sure I will go back, but if I do I may need to babysit these guys. . . To say the least, I fixed the problem myself, it was only $1.75 a bolt (from the dealer) and I replaced the missing bolts, along with getting a couple extra just incase.Simply stupidity!
Called the phone number I was on hold for 20 minutes. I hang up and I called again and the girl was a bit rude maybe she hasn’t gotten trained on how to pick up a call. I asked if I can make an appointment for tomorrow for an oil change and she said they don’t take any appointments. She said she advices me to come in early because weekends are busy. I was about to ask how much for an oil change and the call just ended. Nice 👍🏻
Giving them a star is offensive to the star. I took my car in and the two me they would be done in 3 hours. I drive in MINI and the call me 2 hours later saying that they don’t do foreigns car. Full of it. They are useless and lazy. So disappointed. Once I arrive to pick up my car the to told the lazy the Toyata, Nissan, Lexus, cars that they had inside are foreign cars. But she just walked away and said I don’t want to argue with you! Rude lady. Maybe the also need retraining on customer services.
Wish I was not able to give stars, but waited 4 hours for an oil change. Saw them skip my car to do another car that came after me

Came here on 7-1-16 to get my flat tire fix got a estimate for 20$ and I was really happy until they call me after an hour and said they couldnt fix my flat and I needed a new tire and I said ok got a new tire it was on sale off $66, $1.5 for dispose tire fee and $9 for wheel balance and so the title came out to 76.50 and I was really happy after 3 days air the same tire keep going out so I called and let them know and I was told to come back when ever I get a chance and they will take a look, so Im here in 7-25-16 and they said they cant help me and I didnt get a road side hazard, so Michael was helping me this time who had no idea what s going on but he did help me, Julio who dont know anything about car is working here he didnt even know how to check for battery, Donald who is a Assistant manager at this place came out and offer me 50% off only on tire so I cant complain about that, Karina who help me last time and said that I have road hazard just ignore me and Daniel was just standing there and I get here at 11:30 and to almost 2:30 for a tire change, not very happy today but if you still choose to come here please real the PPWORK very careful..They really need to train new worker before set them out in the tire and lube area
Send my wife for a wheel balance since I felt a trembling on the front wheel around 65 to 80 mph. She was told that there was 1 car in front of her then she will be next. 2 hours later she finally spoke to the manneger about the delay. She was told that our rim is vent or uneven (sounds like bs). So finally she was given the car back. Got home to realized that they did not put the wheel lug nut caps back on and were in a bag in the trunk. I always thought that some of the reviews about their service had to be exaggerated. Well no, I dont think they are. They spot on the truth.
Been on hold for 30 mins for a simple tire qoute. The lady keeps asking dumb questions about my car and putting me back on hold without even listening to me. i told her i know the tire size! Would give them no stars if i could. Dipshittery!

DUUHHHH which way did he go George??? Douche-Mart auto service. Couldnt even answer simple questions during a phone call. First, I told him the kind of car I drive. He didnt bother lookng it up. Then, I asked what the price was for a synthetic oil change and he says $45. Then I asked how many quarts that covered, which he answered fine which was 5 quarts. I then asked how much for the extra quarts since my car requires 7.5 quarts. He replied, it depends on the oil.. (???) So I asked him what oil they used for the synthetic oil change and to quote me a price based on the same oil. He didnt know the price per quart (On their standard synthetic oil????). Then I asked him if he carried the special oil filter required for my car and he proceeded to look up the price for the oil filter which was not at all what I had asked. Then I instructed him to look my car up in the system. He did and realized that they dont offer oil changes on Volkswagens. Total waste of time because of incompetent and untrained techs. I wouldnt let any of these people within 100 miles of my car. Good thing I did my own recon. STAY AWAY.

An oil change should not take 21/2 hrs. I got there at 4pm and there was one car ahead of me that was just about done. They called me at 6:30.
Took my car to get new tires,was told they can get it done.I waited for 2 hours so they can tell me that they didn’t have the tool to do the job,so I had to go somewhere else,won’t go back again.
Worst service ever ! Called in because I was stranded and they said they couldnt help because they where closing and they had 5 cars already and it was just 6:45 when they close at 7

The auto department is good . As for customer service the front dest is horrible.
Bad customer service, they dont care. Welfare people. Ok then, dont be surprised when they cut hours and start closing more stores.
