I am a car person, and love my car dearly. This is the only place from now on that can touch my car. My family has been raving about this Jiffy Lube for a little over a year now as they dont try to upsell and do honest work. They can be a little pricier than their competition, but they easily makeup that difference with their quality of service. It is astounding how candid they are with repairs; if it could be replaced theyll tell you the remaining life and not waste your time and if its a more immediate issue theyll tell you the problem.Incredible people working there!

When I first got there and they told me the price of the full synthetic oil and its little more expensive than other places, but I went with it. Overall I was very impressed that they actually checked the cabin filter and everything else on the vehicle. The customer services fantastic. I will definitely be coming back here.

This was our first and last visit to Jiffy Lube. We requested an oil change, inspection and wheel alignment. Within 20 minutes of dropping the car off, the technician called to tell me the battery was not working and they could replace the battery so they can work on the car. I informed him that we replaced the battery 6 weeks ago and have had no trouble with it and suggested that he hold the key fob closer to the ignition so the sensor knows the key is in the car to start it. He said he would try again. He called a bit later and said the terminals were loose and they could replace the connections if I would like for a small fee. I declined. A short while later, he called again to let me know that they did not have the oil requested (High mileage 5W-30) and asked if I would like to use a 5W-25. I said no thank you, I would like to use what is required for my car. Then he offered a platinum 5W-30 oil that is not designated for high mileage but is a superior oil. I asked if that would cost more than we were quoted and he said he would discount it to be the same price. I said great and he moved ahead with the old change. Later, he called again to let me know that they had started on the alignment process and that he was feeling some play in the tie rods, but those could easily be replaced for $49.99 each and we would need 2. I told him no thank you and that we would come to pick up the car shortly. This entire encounter made me uncomfortable. I can understand calling a customer to let them know something was different than we discussed when we dropped off the car, but this felt like there was an upsell around every corner for things that were not actually a problem. I do not trust this company or their technicians to do right by their customers.

I can only speak for the oil change.. But it was fast friendly service.. They have a few new guys it seems like, so feel free to keep an eye on things.. But dont let that stop ya.. We have all had to learn a trade somewhere right.. I will be back for sure..

I used to go to Jiffy Lube all the time, when I lived in another city and put a ton of miles on my vehicles. They have always treated me well.25 years ago we moved to College Station and there was not a location in town, and today I went for the first time.They were very professional, explained everything, and service was quick. I found a coupon on their web page and saved a little.Ill definitely be using them again.

The crew on 3 OCT 2021 were on point with their skills and professional in attitude and were a joy to deal with.

One car in front of me and it took 2 hours!!! When I looked out each find all four employees were in a circle chatting and on their phones! Grrrr not to mention expensive!! Not returning.

Got there at 4 they claimed they couldn’t do a state inspection in that time because they close at 5. But they just took other cars for oil changes…?!

Overpriced oil change that took over an hour to complete. Only myself and one other car in the shop. I was told 15 minutes to complete. Updated to one star when they went through my glovebox and left the contents scattered on the floor of the car when they gave it back to me.

This is a great place to go for service on your vehicle. If they dont have what you need for your vehicle, they will let you know where you can get it or they will go and get it from a dealership near by if it is something that they offer service for. They hadnt gotten the air filters for my 2020 Silverado when I went in for service and they were willing to go right then to the Dealership to get it, but the dealership was closed and they told me that they would have it on my next visit, and they did. Great place and great people and great service. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Dont go there for a four-wheel alignment service, the mechanic is the worst. I got two tires, and I needed to get the alignment. Before going there, my car wasnt pulling, but at least they know how to refund.

I use Jiffy Lube for my oil changes at a different location but today I had to be in Bryan for a real estate closing. I had a low low tire so I stopped and ask if I could pay to have air put in my tire. The very nice attendant, Donovan, said “No ma’am we don’t charge to put air in.” In 30 sec he had me taken care of and then he suggested I wait 2 minutes to make sure the pressure remained. Super super nice and I think I’ll have to make the extra drive over to this Bryan location just because their customer service was awesome!

Came in for a brake inspection, because I thought I had a problem with my brake. Once I arrived, I had a really awesome customer service. I was told my cars issue was a problem with an exhaust pipe and there was no brake issue. They could have easily told me there was a brake issue, and scammed me of over $200, but they didnt. I also got the issue fixed free of charge.If you are on the fence for a car maintenance shop, I highly recommend this place. You wont regret it

After 5 years of ignoring the fact that my hand brake doesnt really work, I took it to this Jiffy Lube. The guys were nice and professional. The waiting area is spotless and comfortable. Justin tightened things up in under 10 minutes and showed me the results. He explained the next steps that would need to be taken if it got loose again. He said there would be no charge, just spread the word. I highly recommend this place!

They replaced part that was causing car to shake. Drove the car still had the same shake. Was told it was coming from a tire that needed to be replaced. Why did I pay $400? I replaced the tire 2 days later. Still the shake. Took car back in. Now they want $ 800 to fix the shake. MIND BLOWN!!!!!! Hope Im not the only one that has been taken advantage of.

Jiffy Lube changed the oil and replaced the air filter, with no problem. They didnt clean the outside windows, and also didnt vacuum the car. Sadly the receipt said they did. Therefore I deducted 2 stars.

During my oil change, had a minor engine problem possibly due to an inexperienced technician but they resolved it, and covered the cost of a genuine Toyota replacement part. I was frustrated by the inconvenience but they resolved the problem professionally.

Went in for a quick state inspection. After waiting for 30 min, I saw them talking to the guy in front of me about his inspection. They pulled and brought in his mostly clean air filter, cabin air filter trying to get him to buy new ones, along with trying to get him to replace his trans fluid. I dont think the cabin filter is part of the state inspection... I walked out and went to Goodyear down the street. In and out in 10 min not feeling violated.

Not only that they are polite, fast and not pushy about all the add on maintenance options.But what moved me to leave a review was the extra service I received. While one tech was changing my oil another was cleaning my windows. I never saw that before and I appreciate it.They have my recurring business.

I felt extremely taken care of here. The manager, James, walked me out to my car to detail all of the components within my brake system. He didnt try to upsell me, he was genuinely just explaining each component. What each does and why mine would need replaced in x number of miles.Each employee was extremely respectful and courteous. The pricing is comparable to others but not many of them walk you to your car and genuinely explain things.I trust this service and will absolutely be back for all of my future oil changes and inspections.

They were awesome and very professional. Stopped by for an oil change and showed them a leak I thought I had. Turns out I was right and it was way worse than it looked. They got the part and got me fixed up!

I went to get an oil change and one of the workers did not properly put the screw to the flap on the bottom of my car back on. I didnt realize until I was on the freeway and heard a loud noise. I took it back to jiffy lube and the manager was very kind ordered the peices to fix it with no charge. Over all I am satisfied because the problem was taken care.

I went to Jiffy Lube for a vehicle inspection so I could get my vehicle registration renewal. The people at the Jiffy Lube treated me and my vehicle like family. I would recommend them to anyone who desires to be treated with respect when having their vehicle serviced.

Honestly its the only lube and auto shop that genuinely cares about your vehicle. They do so many quality checks to make sure the work is done properly and correctly. I had their signature service, conventional, granted its a little pricy, but all in all worth it! I wont take my truck anywhere else.

Super quick! A little on the expensive side, but very transparent on which oil they use. I called ahead, so I knew the pricing. The price was worth it for how fast they did an oil change and inspection. The only negative thing is, they spilled oil in my engine compartment. They didn’t spill much but a little oil goes a long way, just wished it was a cleaner job, but better than the mess I would have made doing it myself.

So I went in to this particular jiffy lube on the account that my car was overheating. The employees are nice & easy to explain to them what the issue was, that is until they tell me “you just need a water pump” so I go ahead and get that replaced, come to find out I drive it off the lot and my car is still overheating, so I take it back. They wasted 3 hours of my time looking under the hood just to tell me my intake manifold is cracked. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!

My husband took his truck to Jiffy Lube to get it Inspected and was told his third brake light was out and it was $10 to change it and must be done in order to get the inspection so he complied but did notice when he pulled in that they were changing another trucks third brake light. My son went to get his truck inspected two days later and he too was informed his third brake light was out. My son said he was almost 99% certain his brake light wasn’t out but they said they would Change it for $5. My son pulls a race trailer on a regular basis and that third brake light reflects on the trailer and he would know if it was out. I am pretty sure they are trying to get more revenue out of people by changing brake lights that are functioning! It is very suspicious to me and I doubt a coincidence! Beware!

When I came to Jiffy Lube for a routine oil change, a service technician asked what type of oil my car needed (synthetic) and asked me to come inside while they moved my car. They proceeded to perform the oil change without actually ever discussing price with me. The service ended up being quite a bit more than I anticipated (about $100).While I understand that synthetic oils are more costly, I definitely couldve gotten a cheaper oil change elsewhere. In the future, I would appreciate receiving an estimate before the oil change has been performed. Otherwise, I have no complaints about the service I received. If I were not a tight budget Id definitely recommend this location.

I stopped in here on my way to houston. He told me the price was $70 and I knew that was a little high cause walmart is like $40. But, they check a lot of things and they do it fast so I let it slide. The guy that was in here with me said its cheaper if you bring your own oil. He said its like $40 cheaper. My car broke down today about a couple hundred feet or so in front of jiffy lube . At first I thought it was just my serpentine belt had worn off and I needed a new one. Fast forward a little bit, the there was a new problem, not the belt. Very unique and confusing. They offered to get there entire crew to come out during closing time and push my car to there lot and look at it the next day (Sunday) if possible. DONAVAN and the other young gentleman that came out there are a couple of the NICEST mechanics I’ve ever come across! Great guys with great customer service. I would’ve have ever thought to ask them to do something like that for me, especially it being such an “out of the way” thing. Couldn’t have asked for better service! 1ST CLASS!! THANK YOU GUYS!

Came here on a Saturday. 3 hours from home. Flat with an “unknown” stripped lugnut. Discount tire wouldn’t/couldn’t help us. They actually told us to try Jiffylube.The mechanic Kelvin (at jiffylube) did everything he possible could do help us. He was so professional, respectful, and helpful. He was unable to get the lugnut removed on Saturday. Kelvin came back in on Sunday (his day off). He tired everything. This was a very difficult situation and it was just one of those things.Anyways, it was Monday before we were able to get on the road. Some people would have been angry, but I cannot stress enough the word intent. The intent of Kelvin and his managers was all of them going above and beyond. We really didn’t get too frustrated because of Kelvin and the other guys being so professional. Personally, I would give Kelvin a pay raise. He didn’t have to work on his day off. He could have told me Saturday (like discount tire) we can’t help you. But, his intent was honorable. The world needs more Kelvins. We finally got on the road Monday.
