Made an appointment for oil change/tire rotation, new way they said to avoid extreme wait times. I thought that was a great idea. Arrived 10 minutes early, checked in and was told to have a seat in the waiting room. Hour and a half later I asked how much longer would I expect to wait for the service to be complete. Was told that there were 2 cars ahead of me but they would get to mine ASAP. No excuse, no were sorry, just youll have to keep waiting. Spoke with Service manager and he explained that they were missing a couple of techs and that was the reason for the delay. Mind-blowingly poor communication! Service of this caliber will drive away repeat buyers.
Well it started out great on Friday, but then they had to get some hail pits to get out, install a trailer hitch and detailing, I was to pick up the vehicle on Wednesday, which turned into Thursday, which turned into Friday, which turned into Saturday. I called Saturday before noon and said it was ready, got there at 1 p.m., car wasnt ready, trailer hitch was on but no wiring...the floor mats were missing, hadnt been detailed or gas put in the car. I waited until 5 p.m. to finally get my vehicle. This dealership definitely needs help and hopefully they have got some help.
Awesome staff and Customer service. This is the only business that I will allow to work on investments. Period.
Horrible experience. I took my yukon in for an oil change and complimentary tire rotation. My husband picked it up for me and he literally almost DIED. One of the tires did not have any of the lug nuts tightened on and the tire almost flew off on the highway. Thank God he was able to pulled over and call them. They showed up and tried to tighten them on the highway. However the threads on the rim were striped (severely damaged) as well as the inside of the wheel. They then stated they would have it towed and inspected the same day. Mind you Coy Alexander, the general manager sent him home in an extremely dirty (pet hair and dirt everywhere) dodge Durango. You would think with us being in the middle of a pandemic, they would have at least cleaned and sanitized the inside entirely before giving him the loaner. I have two small children that I worry about on a daily because of this pandemic so my husband spent the whole afternoon cleaning it out for me. Then, this morning on my way to work, my vehicle was still on the ramp of the highway, where my husband parked it. This is not acceptable. I am so disappointed that is not how you treat your customers. DO BETTER LITHIA.
I literally sat there for several minutes just for them to turn me away and say to come back in a week. Even though the repair was for an airbag recall that said it was potentially fatal and needed to be fixed urgently
Took them 8 hours to have my headlight replaced... and I brought the bulb.... they honestly gave me a BS excuse and I felt like they were lying about everything. Lady in the front couldn’t be professional to save her life. Also, it was over $300 for them to change a light bulb... they took off $100 trying to act like they were giving me a deal. Honestly, scammers and full of sh*t. Go somewhere else.
Did not rotate tire ans claimed that they did.

I walked the guy offered water then he forgot tried to get us in a recent in used car covered on dog hair and way way over price in most of the vehicles quite upsetting.
Ill be honest, Im not a huge fan of the Lithia service department. They do always eventually fix the issue, but Ive waited there for over 4 hours to get an oil change. Ive spent weeks driving loaners waiting for repairs and/or parts.

Came here for an oil change with my delivery van. I was told it would take 1.5 h. After 3 hours it has not been done yet and i am late to pick up the load.
